记得我二年级的时候，有一天中午，我独自一人在家里写作业。突然，门“咔”的一声打开了，我跑出去一看，原来是妈妈回来了。妈妈瞧了瞧我，问：“敏敏，作业写完了吗？”“恩。”我说着，眼睛直盯着妈妈拎着的白袋子看，“咦！这好像是新华书店的袋子耶？”“恩，这是一本新书，刚出版的，拿去看吧。”妈妈说完，便把书放在桌子上，身去做午饭了。 我以迅雷不及掩耳之势，冲到桌前，提起袋子，跑进房间，从袋子里拿出书。哇多漂亮的书啊！湛蓝的封面上画着七个可爱的小女孩，在小女孩的中间，众星拱月般地围着四的艺术字“智慧儿童”。

在“童”的下面还有三个红色的小字：中外篇。我迫不及待地打开书，翻到目录，哇！好多故事呀。有《司马光砸缸》《曹冲称象》《藏在图书里的绑架案》《拿破仑以少胜多》《巧买“啊”和“哇”》……最让我惊奇的是《藏在图书里的绑架案》了，为什么绑架案会藏在图书里呢？带着这一连串的疑问，我找到这个故事，认认真真地看了起来。噢，我明白了，这个故事讲的是小罗宾很爱看书，他去图书馆借了一本名叫《横渡大西洋》的书，书里有好几个字被人挖掉了，他向管理员记下了这些字，回家以后把它们拼成了一句话：如果想保住你孩子的性命，就准备十万美元。不许报警，再联络。小罗宾一看，赶快上警局报了警，经过警察们的努力，终于破获了这一桩绑架案。真是太精彩了，我越看越入神，不出半天，一本书就被我“啃”光了。

我小心翼翼地把它珍藏起来，每天时不时地把它拿出来看一看，翻一翻，生怕它哪儿脏了，哪儿皱了，把它当稀世珍宝一样看待，对它爱不释手，宝贝地不得了！ 现在，当我再翻开《智慧儿童》，翻阅着中外儿童的智慧精华，看着跟我同龄的孩子们惩恶扬善的事迹时，心中就会涌出一种激动，一种感慨：是啊！正是这本书，教会了我怎样做人，怎样用自己的智慧去战胜困难。

我最喜欢的一名运动员是许海峰，是他取得了我们中国金牌“零的突破”!就在美国洛杉矶举行的第23届奥运会时，年仅27岁的许海峰参加了男子自选手枪慢射，许海峰手握紧手枪，全部的注意力都集中在标靶上。裁判一吹哨子，许海峰就握紧手枪，认真的打出每一发子弹。 许海峰打出的每一发子弹都很好，好到只剩最后一发子弹。这时，他的对手只比他差1环，这次，许海峰的对手又打了一子弹，对手的这一发子弹打的也很好，一下子就打到了10环，许海峰紧张极了，他拿起手枪，命运就注定在这一弹上，如果他打到了10环，他就能超过对手了，如果他打到9环，就只能跟对手打平，如果他打到8环，那就会输给对手了。

许海峰很紧张，他拿着手枪，一直不敢打出最后一弹，他一共四起四落，看得观众心都提到嗓子眼了，就在他第五次举起手枪时，终于打出了最后一弹。裁判大喊一声：“10环!”观众都在为他欢呼，中国的国旗高高升起，许海峰站在高高的领奖台上，挂上了金牌，露出了满意的笑容。 在这个故事中，要是他输了，我会一头趴在桌子上，感觉到好后悔。可是他赢了，我实在是太兴奋了，我的心在为他欢呼!

世界上的运动有很多种，其中我最喜欢的运动是一个需要水的运动叫“游泳”。

游泳前要先换泳装或泳裤，戴泳帽及泳镜，下水前还要做暖身操，做暖身操是为了预防游泳时抽筋，才不会有溺水的情形发生。

我喜欢游泳因为可以除了运动之外又可以玩水，而且夏天泡在冷水里全身凉爽舒畅，满身的暑气，全都消失不见了。如果又喝一杯冰冰凉凉的可乐，那真是一件心旷神怡的事，游泳的那一天晚上特别好睡觉喔。

游泳不但可以消暑，还可以运动强身，是一项令人喜欢的运动，暑假就快到了，真希望妈妈能帮我和妹妹报名参加游泳课，让我游个痛快!

我很不爱运动，每一次比赛跑都是最后一名，还总是喘不上气，我听说上初中后有体育考试，考不过的就不能升级，想到这儿，我就更郁闷了。我以为会一直这样下去，没想到，在游戏中，我发现了跑快的方法。

暑假时，我和朋友们去了游乐场玩，那是一个球池，我们在玩抓人游戏。在跑的过程中，因为在球池中，跑步不方便，眼看后面的人就要追上我了，我就跨大步使劲跑，也不怕跌倒了，最后，我胜利了。接下来，我又玩了一个游戏。以前，有个小女孩跟我玩一个游戏，叫做跨大步，比谁先跨到指定的地方，原来我老输，那个女孩教会了我跨大步的方法后，我们总是不相上下。于是，我快要到地点的时候，就跨大步，数一下需要几步。

开学了，第一节体育课开始上了，刚开始，老师让我们齐跑，我们跑不齐，于是，老师让我们赛跑，大家都很不情愿。开始跑了，我豁出去了，使劲地跨大步，刚开始，我以为还是最后一名，于是悠着跑，没想到我超过了一个人，我立刻有了信心，就加快速度，还真巧，就到最后快到的时候，我一个一个超过，后面有五个人呢！虽然对跑快的人来讲，这不算什么，但对我来讲，这是至高无上的荣誉，是让我喜欢上跑步的关键！这一次小小的成就，让我对跑步产生热爱，产生了信心。在接下来的每一次跑步中，我得到了不错的成就，直到有一次……

刚开始跑时，我还想用老办法，但一看，大家全超过我了，于是我急了，先开始快跑了，结果到最后，只有两个人在我后面。

跑步，不仅让我锻炼身体，也让我懂得道理。我喜欢跑步。

我喜欢的小动物，最喜欢的小动物要数我家的那条小黑狗了。

我家的小黑狗可逗人喜欢啦!一身黑亮亮的绒毛，眼睛上面有两个白点，颇像两颗白色珠子。头上和大腿上的毛很长，像马鬓一样拖到地面。直楞楞的耳朵，好象时刻在倾听着周围有什么动静。又粗又长的扫帚尾巴不时摇摆着，像一个免费清洁工呢!更逗人的是它总翘着潮湿的鼻子向着我，像一个生病的孩子，看起来似乎很可怜，其实，我知道它很想和我玩。在向我发出邀请呢!

小黑狗的性情很温顺，很通人性。我和它相处久了，产生了感情，它好像很理解我。每当我生气的时候，它就静静地蹲在我身边一动也不动，似乎想陪我度过那难过的时间;我高兴的时候，它就会围着我跑来跑去，“汪汪汪”地叫着，很讨人喜欢。

小狗的经历危险也有几次。第一次是掉进了河里，幸好被人发现拉了上来，喂给它吃药，不久就好了。还有几次是被毒狗的人毒了几次，幸好也被及早治疗，才得脱险了。从那以后，它就能嗅出那些食物有毒，哪些食物无毒。后来，我家的狗再也没中过毒。它够机灵吧!

我喜欢我家的小狗。我希望它永远伴随我左右，陪我快乐成长!

1949年，解放军刚刚进北平时，年已50岁的聂荣臻身兼六职，这算是他一生最为繁忙的时期。白天，他要处理各方面的工作，晚上还要经常去毛泽东、周恩来那里汇报情况、开会等。在这样忙碌的情况下，聂荣臻总是要抽空散散步，活动活动身躯、腿脚，以解除疲劳。由于日夜操劳，1952年9月的一天，聂荣臻到京郊视察国防工程后，刚回到办公室就突然摔倒在地，经检查是脑平衡神经失调、高血压、心脏病。在休息养病时，散步是聂荣臻天天不可少的运动，晚饭后他总要有一个多小时的散步时间，散步时，不是与秘书交代要处理的工作，就是与家人谈古论今。

他还十分喜爱打网球、台球。20世纪50年代，聂荣臻的住处与邓小平家仅有一墙之隔，连通两家的小红门从来都是敞开着的。在两家院子里，工作人员平整出了一个网球场，聂荣臻与邓小平经常在这块球场上锻炼有时。有时逢节假日，聂荣臻还会约上邓小平一家或是贺龙、罗荣桓、罗瑞卿等人到长城或十三陵等地郊游、爬山。聂荣臻特别喜欢约请钓鱼好手贺龙一起钓鱼。只要甩下鱼钩，他便沉稳地坐在渔场边，神情专注地注视着鱼儿的动静。他甩下的鱼钩就像撒下了天罗地网，再滑头的鱼遇到他的鱼钩诱饵也只有自投罗网了。每次钓鱼结束后，他都要与贺龙比一比谁的收获大。有一次，聂荣臻钓到一条5公斤重的大草鱼，一回到家，他便吩咐秘书将那条大草鱼分成几份，分送给罗荣桓等老战友，让他们共同分享这胜利的成果。

1956年10月，中央任命聂荣臻为国务院副总理、科学规划委员会党组书记，他肩上的担子更重了。在那段时间，聂荣臻连打网球、打台球的时间都没有了，甚至把台球桌交还给了有关单位，看球的机会也少了。但他始终坚持散步。无论是盛夏还是寒冬，他总要利用各种机会走一走、散散步。聂荣臻曾说过：身体是革命事业的资本，这个资本不能丢。他还以亲身体会向他人介绍散步的好处与方法。三年自然灾害期间，有一次，一些干部向他反映：我们的科技人员，甚至有一些老科学家，由于缺少必要的食品与营养，不少人得了浮肿病。聂荣臻得知后心情十分不安。他立即以自己的名义向海军、北京、广州、济南、沈阳等军区领导同志呼吁，请求他们尽快设法给予支援，调拨给国防科研战线一批猪肉、鱼、海带、黄豆、水果等副食品。这些食品以中央和军委的名义很快分配给了每个专家和科技人员。他自己带头捐款购买营养品分送给科研第一线的知识分子，还呼吁大家都来关心科研工作者的身体健康，并要求各级行政领导和政治机关工作人员做好科研人员的后勤工作，关心他们的吃饭、住房、小孩入托、两地分居、业余生活、体育锻炼等问题。他说：要把科研工作者的身体健康问题作为大事来抓，好身体是搞科研的资本，这个资本丢不得。

聂荣臻常风趣地说：“人生70而拐，80而车。我的体会是，人过了70岁，行动就离不开拐杖了，过了80岁，行动就离不开手推轮椅了。”然而，就是在这样的情况下，他仍然持之以恒、锻炼不辍。不能拄着拐杖散步，就扶着手推轮椅或由人架着散步。后来实在不行了，就在轮椅上、躺椅上、病床上做各种动作，活动四肢。
