过了一段时间，我渐渐喜欢上了跑步，而且跑起来非常轻松，我很快就进入到跑步的节奏中了。

我上网查了资料，跑步是有许多好处：健身，预防疾病，锻炼肺活量，促进健康等。看了这些资料，我深有感悟，原来跑步有这么多好处啊！

当然跑步也非常讲究姿势的，如果跑步的姿势不对，就不能起到好的效果。老师告诉我们正确的跑步姿势是足中和脚跟着地，脚应该放在重心线的末端，头部保持正和直，目光看着正前方，不要僵直手臂，握紧拳头，完全弯曲肘部，保持放松。将手臂自然弯曲在腰线以上，不要太高或太低，两个手臂前后摆动，膝盖要抬高，呼吸要保持深度的均匀的呼吸，很多时候呼吸会自己调节，跑得快了，呼吸也就快了。

Taking exercise is good for our health. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.By taking exercise, we can relax our body and mind. At the same time, we can harden our muscle and have a good figure. If we dont take exercise for a long time, we may easily fall sick.

I enjoy several outdoor sports. Swimming in the sea is my favorite. Because there are too many people in a swimming pool and the water is always dirty, I prefer to swim in the sea.

Playing badminton is also fun. I can always find a place in the park for playing badminton.Besides,I enjoy jogging in the morning. Sometimes, I jog with my parents in the park.

锻炼对我们的健康有好处。只会用功不玩耍，聪明孩子也变傻.通过体育锻炼，我们可以放松身心。同时，我们可以锻炼我们的肌肉和有一个良好的数字。如果我们不运动很长一段时间，我们可能很容易生病。

我喜欢一些户外运动。在海里游泳是我的最爱。因为游泳池里有太多的人，水总是脏的，我更喜欢在海里游泳。

打羽毛球也很好玩。我总能在公园里找到一个地方打羽毛球。此外，我喜欢在早上慢跑。有时，我和我的父母在公园慢跑。

爸爸妈妈从幼儿班开始就带着我学这个班那个班，每个星期都排得满满的。我学过打鼓，学过跳舞，学过图画，学过书法，但我最喜欢的是学游泳。

我6岁还是幼儿班中班的时候，由于个子小，总排在前排，不是第一就是第二……不知道听谁说，“游泳可以长身体”于是爸爸妈妈就带我去学游泳了。

我所在的游泳班共有16个同学，大多比我小但都比高，我只认得方翔洋，他是我幼儿班的同学，我们形影不离，有时连上游泳课也忘了听老师的讲课，所以在训练时，经常被甩在后面，游泳老师向我爸妈告了状，妈妈就生气说：“让你考虑一天，要么就好好学，不然就停了算了”。我想，爸爸妈妈为了我学游泳不但要接送，还要化钱，再说游泳是我喜欢的运动，现在刚入门，很多姿势还不会呢。所以。我就向爸爸妈妈说：“不要停，我一定好好学!”

我上课不再讲话了我按照老师讲的要领去做，越学越感到有味道了，有时训练时还游在高个子的前面呢。三年来，我学会了自由泳，仰泳，蛙泳，蝶泳等。我现在对游泳特别有兴趣，学习再忙，也不会把游泳停掉。有一次，我没有完成作业，爸爸生气地说：“如果学习忙不过来，那干脆把游泳停了。”我哭着向他保证，以后一定完成作业，奶奶也为我求情，这才送我去游泳。我除了学习以外，还学这学那，当然感到忙感到累，但想到爸爸妈妈比我更忙更累，他们都是为了我，所以我应该少看电视少打游戏，挤出时间把学习搞好，把游泳学好，让爸爸妈妈高兴。

Chinese people are now face to a serious problem--pollution. And this problem is a little bit different from others--the goverment can not solve it by themselves. We need everyone to protect our environment. But we also know that it is very hard to call everyone to join us to protect the environment. But it seems that they have found the way to let everybody know it. In a report, Anhui Daily called on residents to help protect the river against pollution. I am so glad about it. And i believe that somewhere the pollution must stop.
