周末又到了，是最令人兴奋的确了。当天空还灰蒙蒙时，我仍躺在床上，盖着被子，在呼呼大睡。

正当我厂做着美梦时，爸爸一手扯过被子，大声说：“快起床!早睡早起才能身体好。”我却慢吞吞地又把被子拉过来。爸爸见状，只得使出杀手锏──抓痒，我哈哈大笑起来，不得不推开被子，穿上衣服。爸爸接着说：“走，跟我去晨运。”我伸伸懒腰，懒洋洋地说：“天这么冷，待暖和时再说吧。”这时，爸爸向我投来严厉的目光，我只好跟他去了。

我们来到公园，绕着公园跑。雾气弥漫，覆盖在公园上空。花朵上还沾着滴滴露珠;鱼池里的鱼儿们还没有睡醒呢;篮球场也竭力睁着沉重的眼皮;柳树扯着丝条睡觉。不知不觉中，已经跑了一圈，“脸上全是水了。”我就装着很累的样子对爸爸说：“好累，休息一会儿吧。”“不行，一圈就累了吗?”爸爸说。我指着脸上的水，说：“看!全是汗。”爸爸一口咬定那是雾。没有办法，只得跟他跑。一圈又一圈，也不知跑了多少圈，只觉越跑越精神。不知不觉，曙光射破了黎明的薄雾，我们愉快地回去了。

说也奇怪，跑完后，我觉得人特别精神，做事特别起劲，不一会，我就把当周的作业做完了。

原来，运动那么好。我发现了它不仅让我精力充沛地迎接新一天，让人更健康，而且还培养了人的意志和毅力。运动真好!
