可是每次跑步，爸爸都跑在我前面，我很不服气，下定决心一定要超过他。

春雨也涤荡了飞舞的尘埃和灰土，走到屋檐下，就已经感到一种新鲜的空气带着湿意迎面而来走到院子里，让雨丝在头发间落到脸上，手上，就会觉得分外新鲜，清凉，再仔细一品味，仿佛还能到一丝丝香哩。虽然院子里并没有迎春花。对人们的心理来说，岂不也时时需要一场春雨，来涤荡掉它沾染着的一些尘埃和灰土吗?

也许他们暂时并没有使你感到什么痛楚。甚至也许已经习以为常了，也许它们已经在不知不觉中侵蚀了你的肌肤破坏了你的血液，并且越积越多，成了一个垃圾堆，也许他们曾经被扫清的了，但是“野火烧不尽，春风吹又生”，在你放松警惕时又发了芽……那么，就让一场新的春雨，来把它们冲得干干净净。

春雨还下着，下着。雨丝撩拨着人们的心弦，同雨声响成一片……

人们常说：“只要功夫深，铁杆磨成针。”意思是在说：只要肯下功夫，不论干什么，都可以成功。的确，这句话在我身上得到了证实，并且使我爱上了一种体育运动-羽毛球。

成绩一直平平的我，自然一直对体育运动不敢兴趣。但是突然有一天，我在电视中看到几位大姐姐在打羽毛球，觉得很有趣，便请爸爸妈妈做我的‘教练’教我打羽毛球。

人们经常说：“万事开头难”也许和我本身体育就不优秀有关吧，我竟然学习了好久，球也发不过网子。

“不玩了，不玩了!这个太难，累死我了!”

“怎么?放弃了?那就回家吧!”

听到这里，我反而不乐意了。放弃?我可不是轻易放弃的人!我不论怎么样，也要学会。我一定可以的!一定可以!

真是功夫不负有心人呀!经过我不断的努力和进步，我不但学会了发球，还学会了打球、接球……今天的我，终于可以骄傲的说：“我学会羽毛球了，我喜欢羽毛球!”

How to Learn English Well

English is one of the most important subjects in middle school.  Almost everyone knows that we should learn English well, but few of us know how to learn it well. Karl Marx has set a good example for us. He once said, "When one is learning a foreign language, he must use the foreign language." In this way, he could use several languages. A saying goes, "Practice makes perfect." When we learn English, we should read more, speak more, listen to English from time to time and practise writing every day. Don"t be afraid of making mistakes. Only in this way can we learn it well.

运动是一项老少咸宜的活动，其种类相当多样化，例如：水上运动、民俗运动、球类运动......等等，其中我最喜欢的运动是桌球。

为什么我最喜欢的运动是桌球呢？因为桌球不但能训练自己的反应能力，还能在学习的过程中，交到许多志同道合的朋友，也可以在比赛中得到许多的经验及技巧。如果在比赛中以悬殊的比数打败对手，会显得更有成就感。

回想起我第一次打桌球时，只会在球桌上「挥空拍」，根本就不知道击球的技巧。光阴似箭，岁月如梭，慢慢的桌球技巧也愈来愈精湛，已经能轻而易举的击败对手，也能在比赛中找到许多乐趣，想必这应该是我最喜欢的运动吧！

运动不但能增强免疫力，而且有助于身心健康，因此政府也积极提倡「运动三三三」的政策，希望我们能每周运动三次，每次运动三十分钟以上，心跳率达一百三十以上，让我们时时都有运动的好习惯，同时也可以拥有健全的体格。

最后，参与运动时也要拥有运动家的精神，有一句话说：「过程重于结果。」，所以我们千万不能半途而废，也要遵守运动的守则，才能成为一个优良的运动员。

[我最喜欢的运动作文250字

有人喜欢爬山，有人喜欢游泳；有人喜欢跑步，有人喜欢打球。而我，却对跳绳这项运动情有独钟。

每天清晨，伴着天边的启明星，呼吸着新鲜的空气，来到离家不远的一片草地上。站在这里， 先舒活舒活筋骨，再做几次深呼吸，然后轻挥双臂，白色的棉线绳便上下翻飞。一会儿单腿跳，一会儿双腿跳，脚尖随着跳绳的起落有节奏的跳跃，身子轻盈如同灵活的燕子．

最初，我每次只能连续跳五六十下，还会累的气喘吁吁，臂酸了，腿也软了．经过一年多坚持不懈的锻炼，现在我跳绳的技术已堪称一流．连续２００个双腿跳，是我每天必练的基本功．翻花，跳飞绳是我的绝活．现在，我的职业病－－－肩周炎再没犯过，感冒发烧之类的小毛病更与我无缘．在锻炼中，我体会到了＂生命在于运动＂的含义．

在跳绳的过程中，我还领悟到了许多人生的道理．人的一生，有春风得意的时候，也有逆水行舟的艰难；欣喜也好，悲伤也罢，起起落落之间，希望是不能破灭的．就如手中的跳绳，如果你不抓紧它，它就会从你手中飞出去．我们跳累了，可以歇歇再来．事业不顺了，心情烦了，不都可以重新调整再来一次吗？就把这一次的下落看作是为了从低点再次上扬的准备吧！

抓紧手中的这根跳绳，感觉就象握住了心中的希望．只要我们不放弃，它就会再扬起来！

如果让我向大家推荐一种体育项目的话，我会说：跳绳，不但是一种简单有效的健身方法，还是一剂催人振奋的良药！

Among all the sports, I like basketball most. It is both an indoor and outdoor sport. People in everywhere like to play or watch this game.I also like to watch people playing basketball on TV. I often play it with some friends after school, and sometimes we play it on Sunday afternoon. I am very good at basketball, but I am not the best player in my team. Basketball can make me happy and healthy, and I really enjoy playing it.
