要学会这门运动说难也不难，说简单倒也不简单，最主要的是要掌握平衡，为了掌握平衡我是吃尽了苦头，开始我急于求成没掌握要领，把自己的腿也摔青了，手也擦破了，还是不能很好的掌握平衡，我真想放弃!这时妈妈经常讲的一句话在我耳边想起：别人能做到的你也能做到!就是这句话一直鼓励着我，我开始脚踏实地，一步步循序渐进学习，首先我坐在自行车上，双脚在地上像在走路一样往前“走”。等这样练了个三五天后。我就试着用一个脚在踏脚板上面骑，另一个在地上“走”。这得练一两个星期才行。到最后，也就是最关键的一环，那就是将另一只脚也放到踏板上，两脚配合起来，使自行车往前运动。这时别以为已经大功告成了，我又发生“尾朝天”的状况了，但我并不沮丧，因为“失败是成功之母”，只要我再接再厉、坚持不懈，相信我就会成功。水道渠成，我现在不但会骑了，而且骑得“贼溜”啊!

暑假里，我每天都会去骑两三个小时，这不仅能让我肥胖的身躯进行了锻炼，同时我也找了几个好朋友呢!瞧!我又跟我的小伙伴们去运动啦!

我开了“车灯”(我自己安上去的)，便和小伙伴“守候”在小区门口，等待着“目标”的出现。我们的目标不是别的，就是那一辆辆进入小区的车辆，他们有桑塔纳3000、有海南马自达6、有花冠、有凯越……，我把它们锁定为我追逐的目标，我要超越它们，成为一个赛车手，虽然在现实中，我是超越不了它们的，但是在进小区后，这些小车往往都放慢了车速，所以这些车是我手下的败将。超越了海南马自达6，超越了奥迪、超过了宝马、超越了奔驰，我的心情是多么得舒畅和激动。

作为一个小胖墩的我，在其他运动项目中可能不是你的对手，但在这项运动中我相信我决不会输给你，这就是我喜欢骑自行车，喜欢这项运动的真正原因，将来有可能的话我还想成为一名自行车运动员呢!

在这次10米汽手枪项目中，我国运动员郭文珺在比赛中表现突出，虽然在资格赛中排名第二，但是她并不灰心，在决赛中发挥出色，终于登上了冠军宝座，为祖国争了光。

不过这位冠军身后的故事并不简单，在她十四岁时，她父母就离了婚，随后她爸爸又把她一个人扔在了体校，至今杳无音信，没有爸爸的支持，她的精神和生活可想而知，好几次她都想放弃运动生涯，甚至一段时间差还去打了工。但是她最后还是坚持了下来，她只有一个信念，就是得到世界冠军，让爸爸为她自豪，能回心转意回到她的身边。

这是多么感人的经历啊!她的精神太值得我们学习了，我们祝愿她的心愿能早日实现。

我想：人人都应该热爱体育。大家一定会问为什么？因为体育不仅仅能强身健体，而且可以锻炼你的意志。

从小，我就热爱体育运动，经常和小伙伴们比赛，跑步就是其中之一，在老家的日子里，我就隔三岔五地和他们比谁跑得快。过年的前一天，我和朋友又比了一场。说好从村头跑到村尾，谁先到达终点，谁就是胜利者。

只听“嘟”的一声，哨子响了，对方一下子跑在我前面，我慢慢地跟在他后面。我想：他跑得这么快，等到冲刺时我能超过他吗？这时他转过身来看了我一眼，我从他眼神里看出了他的得意。“哈哈，别得意太早了，你就等着看好戏吧！”我心里暗暗嘀咕。这时，一边观战的女同学给我加起了油“琦琪琦琪，永远第一！”听了她们的加油声，我越加有信心了。眼看到了冲刺点我便一鼓作气地超过了他，胜利的哨声响了，裁判宣布：“黄琦琪，赢了。”

虽然这次比赛我胜利了，但和别人跑我未必能赢，跑步不光要靠实力，还要靠战术和运气，所以我要努力努力再努力地锻炼，超越自己的成绩，才能百战百胜。加油！黄琦琪！

I like summer best because I can have a very happy time then. Every summer I stay at my uncles house in the country for some time and enjoy the life there. What Am I Going to Do in the Summer Holiday

The new summer holiday is coming. As we know, summer is a beautiful season. During the coming summer holiday, I am going to study English. Then I am going to borrow some science books from

the library and discuss problems with my classmates, I’ll help my parents do some housework in my house, and I’ll water the flowers and trees our garden. I am going to play basketball, volleyball and

badminton with my neighbours in the afternoon. At the same time, if my father has time, he’ll teach me to swim. I’ll have fun.

我是一个非常非常喜欢好动，活泼开朗的男孩，只要学校里组织什么的运动项目活动，嘿嘿其中一定有一个我。因我喜欢运动，我热爱运动。

先说打羽毛球吧，我坚持打羽毛球已经一年多了，不管是炎热、寒冷、刮风、下雨我都去球馆练习羽毛球。教练还经常表扬我打羽毛球有进步。以前我和爸爸打不了几个回合，现在我可以和爸爸打二十几个回合!
