除夕下午，家里便要准备包饺子了。这时候，全家人都忙碌起来。除夕时，需要在门上贴对联，在房檐上插上包了红纸的桃枝。这红纸，是奶奶一张一张用剪刀剪出来的。过一会，她会准备和面，将面粉倒进盆里，一边揉一边加水。揉好面后，将面团搓成长长一条，用刀切出剂子。在这之后，奶奶会去厨房，拿一块肉剁馅。

与此同时，爷爷，爸爸和我，会去后家拿一棵白菜，或者一两根萝卜——冬天，我们经常把萝卜埋在土里，等到吃的时候再挖出来，吃多少挖多少。同样的，后家的门上也要贴上春联，房檐上也要插上桃枝。有时候有余下的桃枝，会随手插在早已谢了的月季花之间。这样月季花彷佛又开出鲜艳的花了。

然后，全家人都围在一起包饺子。妈妈将白菜剁馅，或者将萝卜切丝——有时候，余下半个萝卜，是可以把中间掏空，做成萝卜灯的。我把剂子按扁，爸爸将它们擀成饺子皮。饺子皮到了奶奶手中，只见奶奶两手一捏，一个元宝形的饺子就包好了。

煮饺子时，一锅可能煮不完，得分几次煮。其余的年夜饭做好后，全家人围坐在桌子边，享受这桌年夜饭，享受这来之不易的团聚时光。外面夜空的烟花，五彩斑斓，我们一边欣赏着，一边赞叹着。虽然门和窗户都关着，但一股只有过年才有的烟火气飘进屋里。

又是一年过去了，去年开始的疫情，到了今年已经被有效的控制住。我们能在家里享受甜蜜的人间烟火，何尝不是英勇的医生们用生命为我们换来的呢?
