And there are many well-protected culture relics as well, taking the grand Budala Palace as an example. It is a historical museum as well as an art treasury, where people can share their spirit belief in Buddhism and get artistic entertainment of the carved paintings and the beautifully-written chirographies.

The Tibetan ethnic group is also famous for its strange custom in funeral. Thinking that the soul belongs to the sky after a person dies, they usually put the body on a platform outdoors, spray on it and wait the condors to come to eat the body. In this way, they believe the soul goes up to the sky.

The Tibetan Minority is brimming over with deep emotions. The people there are very zealous and hospitable and they live freely and happily on the spacious grassland. People travel by plane, by train, by ship, by bus. To me, the best way of traveling on a summer vacation is to go on foot.

My preference depends on the purpose of the travel. On a summer vacation I travel to refresh myself and to see the countryside. When I use my feet and walk on a grass covered path along a river or among the hills I feel detached from the noise of the city and closer to the nature. And when I travel on foot I get more freedom. Books are our best friends. They are very dear to us because they give us a

lot of pleasure and sincerely advise us how to get alone in this world. And when

we come across difficulties, we often turn to them for help. Good books in need

are good friends indeed.

However, not all the books are worth reading. Some books contains violence

or sexual scenes are not good for people, especially teenagers to read. While

some books are too simple or too difficult, others are not interesting enough.

As time is quite limited, so it’s wise for all of us to choose to books that

suit for us to read.

So, it is important to make the wise use of books. We should read different

kinds of books. The books that give us knowledge which we can not learn in the

class, the books give us pleasures and the books which remain us do not forget

the past. What’s more ,we must try to apply to practice what we learn from

books.

In China, students work so hard, they study day and night, for the purpose of getting the high mark, so that they can go to a better school, which will bring them more promising future. To get the study time as more as possible, some students move their books to the study room, they want to occupy the seat, so they put a lot of books as the sign that the seat has been taken by someone, other people can’t take this seat. In my opinion, studying hard is a good thing, working hard will lead people to success, while taking the seat for a long time is not a civilized behavior. It is a kind of wasting resource, when students are not here, but the seats are empty, they should be left for other students to study.
