When the New Year comes, it is naturally full of joy to welcome this festival.

除夕这一天对人们来说也是极为重要的。这一天人们准备辞旧迎新，吃团圆饭。一年一度的团圆饭能充分地表现出家庭成员的互敬互爱。在吃完团圆饭后，就开始守岁了。

最值得小孩子们高兴的不仅仅是在过年的时候能穿新衣，玩鞭炮，最为重要的是能够收到大人们给的压岁钱，收压岁钱也可以说是收红包，因为红色象征活力、愉快与好运。大人们派发红包给未成年的晚辈，是表示把祝愿和好运带给他们。红包里的钱多少并不重要，主要是让孩子们开心，其主要意义是在红纸，因为它象征好运。

然后就是家家户户准备年货，节前十天左右，人们就开始忙于采购物品，年货包括鸡鸭鱼肉、茶酒油酱、南北炒货、糖饵果品，都要采买充足，还要准备一些过年时走亲访友时赠送的礼品，小孩子要添置新衣新帽，准备过年时穿。

在节前要在住宅的大门上粘贴红纸黄字的新年寄语，也就是用红纸写成的春联。屋里张贴色彩鲜艳寓意吉祥的年画，心灵手巧的姑娘们剪出美丽的窗花贴在窗户上，门前挂大红灯笼或贴福字及财神、门神像等，福字还可以倒贴，路人一念福倒了，也就是福气到了，所有这些活动都是要为节日增添足够的喜庆气氛。

春节的另一名称叫过年。在过去的传说中，年是一种为人们带来坏运气的想象中的动物。年一来。树木凋蔽，百草不生;年一过，万物生长，鲜花遍地。年如何才能过去呢?需用鞭炮轰，于是有了燃鞭炮的习俗，这其实也是烘托热闹场面的又一种方式。

节日的热烈气氛不仅洋溢在各家各户，也充满各地的大街小巷，一些地方的街市上还有舞狮子，耍龙灯，演社火，游花市，逛庙会等习俗。这期间花灯满城，游人满街，热闹非凡，盛况空前，直要闹到正月十五元宵节过后，春节才算真正结束了。

春节是最热闹的节日，大人与小孩都放下手中的任务，为过年做好准备。

接近春节时期，家人们从市场上买回一些香肠、腊肉。那一节节香肠，一块块腊肉，无不勾起我的食欲。看到这食物，我口水都流三丈长了，真想大口大口吃起来，那香肠、腊肉，任谁看了都会大吃一斤。可想而知，吃一口便能回味无穷。

到新一年，人们总会打扫自己的家，除去旧灰尘，让一切变成崭新的。大人们拿着一把30多厘米的扫帚，似涂油漆那样扫着墙壁，那之前要用一些旧布遮住家具，不让它们受到侵袭。不知不觉中，这做清洁成为一种每家每户都参加的比赛，看谁能把自家打扫干净。

送灶神是我们这的传统习俗，每年都灶屋烧一些纸，把灶神送往天庭，让他向玉帝汇报家庭情况。

每年街上都挂有彩灯，有苹果形，有流星形，还有五角星形……这些灯晚上会闪烁出绚丽的光芒，使街上焕然一新，放眼望去，能看到一片灯的海洋。

除夕是春节的一个高潮，尤其是晚上，小孩子们都要守岁，待到24时，可以欣赏烟花表演。我电视机前看《春晚》，但用余光每时每刻注意墙上的时钟，希望24时立刻就到……23时59分，人们开始倒计时，激动人心的时刻快到了，10……1。这时，烟花冲向空中，打破了夜晚的宁静，烟花接二连三地撞击夜空，汇成了各种图案：有的似花儿，有的似星星，还有的似封闭图形等。各式各样的烟花为单调的夜空增添了许多色彩，装扮了许多服饰。浓浓烟雾都弥漫大街小巷中，这烟雾已经遮挡了人们的视线……

到了正月初一，人们走亲访友、祭拜祖先。最多的是与亲戚一起吃团年饭，吃汤圆预示“团团圆圆”，吃鱼也预示着“年年有余”。小孩子最期待的是压岁钱，可以用压岁钱买东西，对他们而言，没有压岁钱就无法喜气洋洋国新年。这一天，路上车辆也增加了几倍，川流不息的车表明外地的人纷纷回家乡。

正月十九后，人们又该忙活了。

天空中飘下的雪，一点一点的盖住了屋顶，绿树。下雪啦，过年了，我在心里惊呼。

随着年味越来越重，我和母亲也回到家乡。那时暮色已悄悄来临，但远远的，还是看见那个熟悉的，单薄的身影，瞧见我们的车灯，拼命挥手。那便是我的姥姥。一屁股坐在沙发上，姥姥端来一盆热水，为我们接洗风尘。热水的温度从脚尖传至心窝。

一觉睡到日上三竿，伸个懒腰。看见一条宽敞的公路蜿蜒地绕着竹林子，阳光透过叶子星星点点的洒落在这条路上。我想起小时候，曾经满身泥土在这条路上跑来跑去，尘土飞扬。嘴角勾起一丝笑意。这条路终于修到这里了呢。我顺着公路慢慢往上走，却发现竹林稀疏了，不能像小时候那样捉迷藏了，心中一阵郁闷。回头一望，一座烟蓬映入眼帘。它从山林中拔地而起，既有气势，又显得憨厚。想当初这里还是一个小土坡呢。我一时兴起爬上梯子坐着，看着久别的家乡。

在我们那里，有做糖片子的风俗，早在过年之前，就准备好了。那天，我正在看电视，却被抓去做糖片子。本是不愿意的，但看见一锅闪闪发亮的液体糖，我就悄悄地走过去，迅速用手蘸了一点，放入嘴中。恩，真甜。

顿时对做糖来了兴趣。大人们熬完糖之后，端出一盆白花花的东西，一粒一粒，圆滚滚的，但是很小。这不是昨天炒的吗?我想到昨天帮忙炒的像芝麻一样的。知道自己也出过一份力，才动手做起糖片子。“哗!”一盆“小芝麻”倒入糖中，用力和，知道两者成为一体。然后把它们放入小盆中挤压，再切成片。我吃了一个，发现极塞牙，母亲笑了：“要等它们冷掉。”

一起准备就绪，春节在鞭炮声中悄然来到。一大早我和姥爷就开始贴对联。可是没有见到胶，只好找邻里接了，隔壁张爷爷是一个和善的人，不仅爽快借给了我们，而且念及姥爷腰不好，帮我们贴。可最后姥爷还是亲自在我房门贴了“四季平安”。这是姥爷每年要做的。这是个字把温暖传至心窝。

“啪啪啪!”鞭炮响了。我捂着耳朵，跑进屋子：“过年了，过年了。”

在宜昌这边，春节时从腊月二十三开始过的，我家是不过小年的，但在兄弟伙的，每个人家中过一天来，是从腊月二十三以后过的，我们那边小年的时候，自能隐隐约约听见一阵阵的鞭炮声，但在二十三那一天，我指不定在哪儿淘气呢！

腊月二十五，家家开始办年货，我们家反正从二十五以后，去上街买东西的念想越来越多，几乎每天都要去买点东西，好像哪天不买，就觉得心里有个坎儿似得，什么瓜子，饮料，副食这些我们小孩最爱的东西当然是不可缺少的啦！我们家里是分了层次的，零食这一类的就由我和弟弟负责，而年菜就由妈妈和奶奶这两位大厨来操办，杀鸡什么的体力活就有我的爸爸来担当了。我最爱吃的零食，比如雪梅，乌梅，话梅，杨梅……上上下下里里外外算算起来都是几大包，菜都是小孩子爱吃的口味，当然大人也不会太放纵我们小孩子啦，他们吃的都是重口味，肯定要给自己买一点自个儿喜欢吃的了。

菜都备齐了，就等三十那天大饱口福了！

到了三十的晚上，我们就把准备好的火锅底料拿出来，什么香菜，鸡鸭鱼肉，还有许多的蔬果，我们是吃的热火朝天，电视里面的小品相声把一个个的人物刻画的栩栩如生，把内心的表现展现的淋漓尽致。今年的春晚似乎并不是那么的吸引人，弟弟和妈妈早早的就睡了。看到24点的时候，电视里就放起了难忘今宵。外面也陆续燃放起了绚烂的烟火，我兴高采烈地跑上楼去观看一个个漂亮的烟花，一个个各具特色，美不胜收。

春节，已经成了中国人不可割舍的一个重要的节日。我，也会一直一直把他的美好深藏在心里。
