The Spring Festival is my most favorite festival, because it’s time for

hometown. My hometown is a small town. Many of my relatives move to the larger

cities, but we usually go home when the Spring Festival comes. During the

gathering, we share our lives with others and care about each other. Of course,

big meals are necessary. Families prepare for the big meals together. They all

cook their specialty dishes. Therefore, our meals are always delicious. We often

stay at home for three days and then we leave with others’ wishes. I like the

Spring Festival, because I like family gathering.

The Spring Festival is very important to Chinese people. In the past, people could not often have meat, rice or other delicious food. They could only eat these during the Spring festival. So every year they hoped that the Spring Festival would come soon. Now, although peoples life is much better, and we can eat the delicious foods everyday. People still like the festival. Because most people can have a long holiday, and we are free to go on a trip or visit our friends or have parties with our family. In the evenings, we can have a big meal in the restaurant or stay at home with family and watch the TV programmes. I like the Spring Festival very much. How wonderful the Spring Festival is!

“欧耶!终于可以回家过年喽!真是想念老家的那些小伙伴们啊!”我高兴地念叨着，心里满是内江老家的那些情景。春节前两天，我和老爸就早早地回到了远在内江的老家。而今天，就是春节了。

早晨，我在一片欢声笑语中醒来，脑袋迷迷糊糊的，还在纳闷大家怎么这么高兴。这时，老爸走进来说：“幺儿，快点起床了，今天可是春节呀!”我一拍脑袋，猛然醒悟过来。吃完丰盛的早餐，按常理来说要去给先祖们拜年了，上山后，我双手合十，虔诚地在心里说到：祝先祖们在天上平平安安，也愿先祖们保佑我们天天向上，勇往直前。

午饭后，本想好好休息一下的我，听到要去买烟花，我便立马蹦起来踊跃报名。二爷急忙答应：“好好好”我们便踏上了买烟花之旅。烟花店的烟花真多呀，五颜六色的，看得我眼花缭乱。犹豫了好半天，最后才选择了电光花，小鞭炮，冲天炮这三样。

晚上，夜幕降临，最最期待，最最精彩的放烟花环节来了!我们一群小朋友兴奋地拿出烟花来尽情地舞弄。一根根电光花就像许多魔仙棒，散发着不同颜色的光。外甥女刚喊到“变”，她那根就灭了，我们哈哈大笑。小鞭炮比较刺激，它就是拿在手上玩，看着那红色的、跳跃着的火花，我内心有点忐忑，因此总是不敢到燃完了再扔。开始放冲天炮了，所有人都屏息凝神，一发、两发、三发……七彩缤纷的烟花照亮了天空，我觉得所有的烦恼都不复存在，剩下的满是我对未来的憧憬。

岁月匆匆，时间过得非常的快，在炮竹声中，我们迎来了最盛大的节日——春节。每个人脸上洋溢着快乐的笑容，家家喜气洋洋的，每个人都在忙碌着。

每到春节我就会美美的睡上一觉，最后一个起床，可是今天我却不是最后一个起来的。我早早的起了床，人们把自己手中的鞭炮燃放，声音很大，四处飞溅，仿佛要把每个祝福传递给所有人，炮竹声接连不断，热闹非凡。我当非常喜欢看烟花绽放的那一瞬间，看着烟花一冲而上，直入空中，划过闪亮的轨迹。然后，绽开，绽开，越来越大，绽放出莲花的花瓣，像无数颗明亮而璀璨的流星。天空还绽放着其他花朵，有的像一颗颗流星，有的如菊花，各种各样，让我目不暇接。它打破了黑暗中的宁静，将自己最美的地方展现给所有人，变得光彩夺目。

到了晚上，我们一家人吃完团圆饭后坐在了电视机旁，看着春节联欢晚会。晚会布置得非常漂亮，几位主持人穿的喜气洋洋，让我感觉到了年的味道。

大家也为了春节晚会做了许多的努力，各各表演的都很精彩，尤其是刘谦表演的魔术，非常令人不可思议，完全搞不懂这是怎么回事，让人充满了疑惑，观众们也连连拍手叫好。但是最让人期待的就是那赵本山演的小品，幽默而搞笑。在里面赵本山为了不借给邻居钱，而让小偷偷他家的东西，把小偷都逼“疯”了。小偷竟说赵本山家地下是个古墓，听了就叫人毛骨悚然。最后才知道这个俗称自己是盗的小偷其实是来自于精神病院，小沈阳和赵本山另一个徒弟也出来了。这个节目内容非常精彩，我都不知道怎么说，我开心极了……

随着时间的流逝，晚会结束了，人们一定念念不舍。在新的一年中，我会取得新的成绩。在此，祝大家春节快快乐乐的！
