我和小表叔坐在船的最前面，爸爸妈妈坐在后面。我和小表叔轮着掌握方向盘，爸爸妈妈在后面蹬着划船。我们在水里转来转去，玩的高兴极了。正在高兴时，忽然看见我们的船正直直往正前方的一条手划船上撞去，把划船的叔叔阿姨吓的赶紧转弯，把我们俩笑的肚子疼。妈妈说我没掌握好方向便让小表叔掌握方向，我想抵赖，于是就说：“还没到时间呢!”小表叔好象知道我在骗他，就说：“哥，时间是不是到了。”我爸爸说：“时间到了，浩悦让你小表叔来掌握方向。”我极不情愿的让给了他。也不知道今天是怎么了，总有船和我们相撞，刚才我们撞人家的船，现在又有人家的船来撞我们，我们的船劲大，把它撞的转了个弯，又把我和小表叔乐得哈哈大笑。又有一条汽船朝我们驶过来了，爸爸叫我们赶快转弯，我们立刻就转弯躲了过去。

我们看到岸上有人在跳舞便把船划了过去看，看的正美时，岸上有人说我们的船时间到了，叫我们停船靠岸，我们很快把船划了过去，上了岸便回家了。

那天我和小表叔玩的太开心啦!既划了船又知道怎样掌握船的方向，这事就是我寒假里最有趣的一件事。

现在，有许多人沉迷于网络游戏，下面我以切身感受谈谈小学生沉迷于网络游戏的危害。

我是一个网络游戏迷，一玩就是3小时，作业一个字没做，把爸爸妈妈急坏了。他们常声嘶力竭地对我厉声吼道：“任逸非，赶快停止玩!去做作业。”我总是说：“再等一会儿。”过了一会儿，爸爸妈妈发现我还是在玩，又对我大吼：“我再给你2分钟，如果再不停止，就把电脑电源强行关掉!”我听后，立即停止了玩游戏，去做作业。可是，我在做作业时，爸爸妈妈发现我手总是一会儿写字，一会儿停下，知道我还是在想着游戏，他们对我说：“如果你还想着游戏，不专心写作业，以后禁止你玩游戏!”这样，我才专心写作业。可知，小学生沉迷于网络游戏，使得家人着急发怒，自己像掉进陷阱一样，无力自拔，脑子里全是游戏，上课、走路、吃饭、做作业都在想，甚至晚上睡觉做梦还是游戏。这样下去，久而久之，影响学习，影响身心健康，影响家庭和谐;这样下去，误人子弟，危害终身!

生活中还有许多事可以证明小学生绝不能沉迷于网络游戏。我们班的包智健同学连续玩了6年网络游戏，现在视力不断下降。许心鹏同学玩网络游戏经常玩到深更半夜才做作业，有时甚至连作业都忘了做，上课打瞌睡，他的家长管不了他，导致他学习成绩下降。

小学生沉迷于网络游戏的危害很大。我要给大家提醒：“沉迷于游戏的小学生要逐步远离网络游戏，实在忍不住，开始一段时间只在星期天，做完作业后玩一会儿，一天不宜超过3小时，而且每玩1小时要休息15分钟左右，不宜玩含有暴力的网络游戏。以后逐步少玩，最后做到不玩。说了这么多，首先从我开始，少玩到不玩，我相信大家也一定能做到的。

今天我的表哥来到我家里做客，等吃完早饭后，表哥对我的爸爸说要带我出去玩一会，爸爸很快就答应了。

我跟着表哥来到了街上，这时表哥走进了一间屋子，里面放了好多电脑，我不知道表哥来到这是干什么的，这时表哥把电脑打开后，进去了一个东西，里面都是人来人往，在相互打枪，这个场景深深地吸引住了我，我好奇的问表哥这是什么，表哥说这是穿越火线游戏，挺好玩的，我看了表哥玩了好大一会，这时我就也想要玩一下，表哥把电脑让我玩了，我一开始不知道该怎么做，但慢慢的我也掌握住了要点，但是做的还不是很好。

这时我第一次玩电脑游戏，真的感觉挺有趣的，但听表哥说一定不能让爸爸知道，我肯定得点了点头，好期待下次表哥带我玩。

首先，我先给大家讲一个真实的事件。那是我随我的外公从宜昌坐船前往三峡时发生的一件事。

那天早晨，船上的人都起来了，正准备打水洗淑。可是船上的水龙头半天也只下来几滴水，一询问，原来是船上的水用完了!所以，大家只有排着长长的队伍，慢慢的等。我望着船下，船下虽然有着流不尽的江水，但却没有一个人愿意来使用它。因为江水太脏了，是那么的浑黄，又有谁敢去使用呢?只有慢慢的排队，慢慢的等!

如今科技虽然在高速发展，但这影响到了我们的环境。河流污染，大气污染，树木的减少，沙漠的增多……这一切的一切都是拜人类所赐!国家虽然在重视，世界虽然在重视，什么环境保护日，这些事又有多少人影起了注意呢?在我看来，是极少的。国家虽然在这么说，可是光说不做又有什么用呢?做了也只是少数罢了!根本没有从主要原因抓起!你看，黄河的水不是还在被污染吗?工厂不照样还在污染大气吗?抓，就应该从小抓起，从人们的素质，品质抓起，可是国家乃至世界这么做了吗?没有!即使做了也只是做样子罢了。环境不是照样还在被污染吗?

台湾一位年仅22岁的刘姓男子对网络在线游戏成瘾，常宅在家里通宵上网，玩游戏时又爱喝啤酒，近日他猝死电脑前，屏幕秀出游戏画面、耳机从头部脱落，死前仍沉醉虚拟世界。

警方调查，从事网拍的刘姓男子跟母亲同住，朋友很少，几乎足不出户，每天窝在房间玩在线游戏，因床铺边就是电脑，他习惯坐在床上熬夜“拼战”，饿了就吃家人买回的食物。

长期沉迷导致身体亚健康

母亲说，儿子平常都待在家，常熬夜打游戏玩电脑，不过会锁起房门，因此不清楚作息，但未曾透露身体不适。
