我为什么说电脑游戏是两面派呢?因为电脑游戏对身体有害，又对脑子有好处。

坏处是，对视力有影响。本来帅帅气气的小男孩，可是一旦跟眼镜打了交道可就不好了。如果戴眼镜时间长了，眼睛就会肿起来，甚至眼睛还会变形。

好处是电脑游戏可以激发你学习的兴趣;锻炼你的记忆力;扩展你的想象力;增加你的知识面……如果玩的是那些“连连看”一类的，还可以练习你的反应能力，像游戏“赛尔号”。所以我觉得，玩电脑游戏是可以的，但是千万不要玩得时间太长，最好玩一个小时歇一会儿。如果玩得时间太长，对身体非常有害。

比如，有一个小孩子，没人管教，所以他一直玩电脑游戏，一下子打游戏打了三天三夜，第四天时，由于太过疲劳，当场死亡。

还有一个小孩子，玩游戏玩得着迷了，而后把自己当成了电脑游戏里的人物，从8楼往下跳，一下子摔死了。

通过这两件真实的事例，我们大家一定要明白：电脑游戏利用好了，它可以带给我们好处;利用不好，它会带给我们坏处。所以我们大家一定要合理安排自己的时间，控制好游戏时间，不能过分迷恋电脑游戏，更不能因为它而影响了自己的正常学习。
