一、重新认识了自我

：

通过学习使我的思想有了一个新的转变，作为一位英语教师，必须具有渊博的英语知识，熟练的操作技能，良好的思维品质，在英语的探究过程中，教师不再把英语知识的传授作为自己的主要教学任务和目的，也不再把主要精力花费在检查学生对知识掌握的程度上，而是成为学习共同体中的成员，在问题面前教师和孩子们一起寻找答案，在探究英语的道路上教师成为学生的伙伴和知心朋友。

二、对英语课堂教学有了新的认识

通过听郑岚峰教师讲的一些教学技能及他课堂教学的一些经验和感悟，我对英语课堂教学也有了一个新的认识，英语课以语言为对象，强调以任务入手，放眼看周围世界，培养学生的英语能力，这个就是知识点。在教学总体目标上注意兴趣，体验成功和培养自信;在课程实施上注重创造学习环境和提高学习效率;在教学模式与方法上注重参与实践和创新发展;在语言教学的目标上，注重培养语感和交际能力;在教学评价上，注重运用激励机制和多元评价。英语教师应具备的听、说、读、写、译的教学技能，给英语教师指明的努力的方向，明确了作为一名合格英语教师应具备的基本素质。

三、英语基础知识和基本技能有了一次质的飞跃

这次基础知识专业的培训对我来说，无疑是一个莫大的收获。语音、听力、口语、写作对我的英语水平有了一个很大的促进。尤其是郑岚峰老师的语音课，由原来不知如何正确发音到现在基本标准，且较清楚地了解如何教学生的英语发音，真是大有收获。语言学习只有在有意义和有目的的活动中才会发生。通过专家教师的精心讲解，让我了解了如何较好的进行英语的听、说、读、写的教学，我们的英语教学法让学生有较沉重的压力，而不会感到学习的快乐，事实上每一项能力的教学都可以教得非常有趣。优秀教师的做法让我很受启发。很多时候我们的学生不愿开口说英语是因为没有安全的语言环境。强调词汇和语法知识使教师经常当众打断学生的发言，让学生觉得很尴尬，长此以往，学生就不愿当众用英语交流了。因而，要提高学生的听说能力，首先要给学生创造一个安全的语言环境。在安全的语言环境，教师注重交流的内容而不是词汇和语法的正确性。利用自我纠错能力，学生在不断的交流中就能提高听说能力了。只有在不断的练习中，学生的口语能力才会不断的提高。

四、对教材的把握有了一个整体的认识

作为一线教师，我知道了怎样的课才算是一堂好课，不泛包括师生互动，学生主体等，但我觉得关键还有对教材的把握，通过培训，使我明白了，我要用教材教学生，而不是教教材，可以创造性地使用教材，围绕课标可删可增，另外要锻炼学生的实践能力，也就是听、说、读、写的能力，也就是说在课堂中，Pairwork和Groupwork部分不但要练，还要让每一个学生都能参与其中，勇于张口，使课堂气氛活跃而有秩序，让学生都能找到自己的定位，真正喜欢上英语课堂。

作为一线英语教师，通过这次培训感到肩上的担子更重了，非常感谢教育局领导能给我这样一次学习的机会，我会加倍努力，在以后的教育教学中勤于思考，善于分析，尽早成为一名优秀的英语教师!

When webeginingvacation,Ill borrowsome English books fromourschoollibrary,andIlllet my boyfriend to borrow some Englishbooksfrom his schoollibrary,too .Every morning Illreading these books,andcommunicate withmy little sister and my boyfriendin English. At this time,Ill listening theEnglish program from the vedio.In order to improve mycommunicationability, maybe Ill go to the "HE NAN PROVINCE TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY".

There are many foreign students andforeign teachers.I think,Illtalking with them. Mymajorprofessional is BussinessEnglish.Itsa popular profession inthe future.Our teacher told us,ifwe wantto getagood job,wemust knownalotofprofessionalknowledge.Face tothe job problem,Imuststudyhard moreandmore!IdontknowwhatjobIwilltakein.My parents wantmetoteach inmyhometown.Maybeinthe summer vacation , Id preparations for the"Teacherqualification certificate" .

The National Day is coming Im planting to go Beijing with my parents.

On the 1st we are going sightseeing the geart wall .On the 2nd we are going the palace Museum and taking many beautiful photos .On the third day ,we are going shopping and buying some food .We are getting back on the third day .

Oh,Its a very interesting vacation ,I cant wait.

10月7日下午，妈妈和我去萧山日报社参加小记者活动：亲子讲座《聪明的父母教你学习英语》。

主讲人是金山小学涂亿奕小记者的妈妈，她和我们一起分享了她给女儿制定的英语学习计划和她家英语学习的方法和体会。

讲座一开始，涂妈妈就问我们学习英语的动机和目标是什么？一位小记者站起来回答说：“我学习英语是为了以后出国能更好地与外国人交流”。“这是个非常好的目标”，涂妈妈接着说，“那么我们怎样才能学好英语呢？适合自己的学习方法很重要！”涂妈妈介绍了自己女儿的英语学习方法，她给女儿精心挑选了一本英文版《夏洛的网》，让女儿像学习语文一样学习英语，先泛读，再精读，每天读一段，通过每天的坚持，一段时间后她女儿终于读完了整本书，英语成绩也在不知不觉中提高了。接下来，涂妈妈又让女儿通过朗读短文、朗读原版书和学唱英文歌等多种形式来学习英语。涂妈妈说我们的母语学习是从听和看、读和唱、说和写逐步积累起来的，英语学习也是一样，只要坚持不懈就一定能学好！

最后，涂妈妈让我们自己制定一个英语学习计划。我的计划是：我想让妈妈给我买一套涂妈妈推荐的蒲公英英语绘本，从自然拼读学起，通过阅读绘本、观看英语动画片和电影来逐步提高英语水平，同时我也要坚持每天阅读，争取这学期能看完看懂英文版《小王子》。

Anew year has come. In order to have a fruitful year, I make a plan for it.Firstly, I must study hard as much as possible. After all, study is the most importantfor me. Secondly, I will take more exercises. I always got illness last year.Therefore, I must be healthy this year. Thirdly, I want to learn swim thisyear. I like swimming very much, because I think it’s cool. I hope I can do it.Finally, I hope happiness is fully filled my home in the new year.

Another new term comes again,so i should have a study plan to promot myself.

Firstly,i descide to finish my homework more carefully than before.And pay more attention to the knowledge which i didnt know it clearly.

Secondly,i will do a lot of read to widen the range of my knowledge.and try to combine thoery to practice.

Finally,i will learn to adjust, to be more positive and more helpful.
