3、 交给学生读的方法。 把常用的阅读策略有计划有步骤地交给学生，比如浏览，扫描，题目，主题句，抓大意、找细节、判断态度等。各种技巧的安排要循序渐进，结合不同的阅读内容在阅读中渗透。而且多数技巧都需要教师不断提醒，不断示范引导才会逐渐被学生掌握。

4、 不同学生要有不同要求。

让他们各有收获。基础好的，要求速度和深度，基础不那么好的可以慢点，问题要简单点儿，只要能读懂一点，就是收获，应该收到肯定鼓励。有必要时，可以把用不同难度的材料来训练不同的学生。这样他们才不会过早放弃。也要积极想办法帮他们把基础补一补，帮他们及早赶上来。

5、循序渐进，莫要急躁。

Secondly,i will do a lot of read to widen the range of my knowledge.and try to combine thoery to practice.
