老师还会自己想一些，有趣、好玩的学习方法，来增加我们的记忆力。在前几天，我们学习了英语26个字母中的5个元音字母，这五个元音字母分别是：A E I O U老师让我们把这五个元音字母写在左手的第一关节上面，大拇指——A，食指——E，中指——I，无名指——O，小拇指—— U，这样老师让我们看着左手上写的五个元音字母，教我们一个一个的读，等我们大家都读熟了以后，老师让我们看着手的另一面，老师随便读一个元音字母，我们就把字母对应的那个手指头伸出来。就这个样子我把这五个元音字母记得牢牢的。

老师还教我们怎样更快的记住单词地方法，用单词的音和意思来记住这个单词。还有教了我们一些字母组合，通过这些字母组合 ，可以很快地读出这些单词的读音，方便极了。

我喜欢这一位英语老师，我原来不太喜欢英语，通过这几天老师的指教，我渐渐对英语产生了兴趣。我还要对英语老师说几句话：“谢谢您老师，我一定不会辜负您对我的期望。”

这就是我的英语老师。

在我们班里有一个优秀的老师，他工作细心认真，从不粗心大意。

Korea is a country that famous for its beach, culture, even their products. Luckily, I had a chance to go to Korea last year.

When I got Korea, it was night. We went our hotel. To our surprise, the hotel was so beautiful and nice, the room was comfortable and the food in the restaurant was also delicious.

The most famous palace in Korea Gyeongbokgung Palace. It is spectacular and it is too big that we spend 5 hours finishing visiting this place.

作为一名教师，必须要有优良的职业道德，具有较高的人格魅力。教育家陶行知曾说过，“德者师之魂。”教师是学生崇拜和模仿的对象，教师只有以身作则，才能有效引导学生怎样去做人和学习。学高为师，身正为范，这是对教师职业特征的概括，也是对现代教师人格塑造的要求。

干一行，爱一行，既然自己选择了教师这一职业，就要把自己的这份职业当成一种事业来对待，从而会产生一种对事业的执着和热爱，并且具有着一种强烈的责任感。只有有了对事业的执着和热爱，崇高的使命感和责任心才会油然而生;只有有了对事业的执着和热爱，才会热爱学生;在工作过程中高标准要求自己，时刻规范自己的言行。为人师表，以身立教，乐于奉献，不计个人得失，一切服从工作需要，自觉地主动地为每一位学生的健康成长尽心尽力，尽职尽责。

二、加强学习，提升自身素质

俗话说：“活到老，学到老。”更何况一名数学教师，要给学生一杯水，自己必须先有一桶水。我认为我们要不断学习，具备扎实的专业基础知识和渊博的文化知识。教师的专业知识是教书育人的资本，是将学生培养成才的必备条件，是教师必备的业务素质。只有这样才能培养出高素质的对社会有用的人才。此外，我们更应具有渊博的知识。有学者说“ 教师知道的东西，要大大超过他要教给学生的范围，要具有宽阔的科学视野，否则，他就不能唤起和发展学生对所学知识的兴趣，就不能满足他们的需要。” 渊博的知识能有益于增强教学效果，满足学生的求知欲，也是适应现代社会科技不断发展的需要。因此，教师要具有精深的专业知识，能在教室上展示自己的个性，能以教书传知，育人感人，

三、与时俱进，勇于创新

“创新是一个民族进步的灵魂，是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。”尤其在知识经济时代，科技发展日新月异。面对经济飞速发展的时代，面对新一轮课程改革，面对新时代的学生，做一名教师，我认为要与时俱进，勇于创新。不断探索新的途径方法，以学生为主体，教室不教死书，死教书，不能像以前一样，就课本教课本，而要更新观念。

教师应该有着开阔的胸怀，勇于接受各种批评与自我批评，充满爱心与责任感等等。我们只有在实践中不断思考和探索，才有可能向之迈进一步。记得有一位老教师曾经说过：“每位老师都要热爱教育事业，每位老师都要热爱我们的孩子。千万不要把孩子估计错了，估计少了，估计小了。孩子们的事没有一件是小事。他们的事在老师心中应是大事，要事。把小孩子的事做好就是我们老师的责任。做好了我们会感觉活的很有意义。“ 我想这大概就是教师的典范吧。我会用我的实际行动，努力使自己成为一个四有教师。

要成为一名好教师还应不断地改革创新，不断地给自己充电，不断地完善自己，因为学习是无止境的。只有不断地学习新知识，新理念，才能在教学过程中不断地创新，才能跟上时代的步伐。
