It is very hot and wet today and is called sauna weather.

During my mom did the cooking in the kitchen, I saw her head was sweaty.I told her I could help her and she accepted.

After cooking,we were all sweaty .However, mum and I all felt happy. She said I was growing up and became her good assistant.

I think my teacher got out of bedon the wtong side this afternoon as she hasn’t cries.i went to office saw the boys unhappy.Because the students got their teacher’s goat became they didn’t do their homework..I think this is my teacher unhappy’s cause. Today, I saw a boy ,he played the handset.But didn’t saw the walls so he Rnocked we laugh up our sleeve at he knocked ,but he hurt his norse in the accident, and he was laying it on thick about how painful it was .

It’s also a happy day, isn’t it ?

I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. 不说家乡的山，也不谈家乡的水，更不讲家乡的人，就单单家乡的情，都会让人沉默。

Today things are different。 The world has bee too crowded。 We are using up

our natural resources，and polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals。 If

we continue to do this， human life on earth will not survive。

We realize that if too many fish are taken from the sea， there will soon be

none left。 Yet，with modern fishing methods， more and more fish are caught。We

know that if too many trees are cut down， forests will disappear。 Yet， we

continue to use powerful machines to cut down more and more trees。 We see that

if rivers are polluted with waste products， we will die。 Yet， waste products

still put into rivers。

We know that if the population continues to rise at the present rate， in a

few years， there wont be enough food。What can we do to solve these

problems?

If we eat more vegetables and less meat， there will be more food available。

Land for crops feeds five times more people than land where animals are

kept。

Our natural resources will last longer if we learn to recycie them。

The world population will not rise so quickly if people use modern methods

of birth control。

Finally， if we educate people to think about the problems we shall have a

better and cleaner planet in the future。

呀!下雪了!

甜甜的雪花飘落下来，想伸出舌头接住它，尝尝它的甜味。

雪花一定是甜的，是沁入心脾的那种甜，不然怎么觉得那样温馨呢。

飘飘洒洒的雪花纷纷来告诉我们一个季节到来了，我们穿上厚厚的衣服，照样过着每天的日子……

寒冷的风来了，太阳躲得远远的，冰天雪地。

好冷啊!

看，那根枯枝上的螳螂卵巢，被寒风吹得快要支撑不住了，不知道这样大冷的天里那些细小的生命还能不能挺住，它们的妈妈临死去的时候只给了它的孩子们一个小小的巢，脆弱的可以被冷风刺透，谁也不会来帮它们，天知道它们能不能挺住。

喂，天上飞的那只小雀，你不冷吗，快找个暖和地方躲起来吧，寒冷会像刀子一样切了你, 看看你身上穿的单薄的衣服，怎能经的起冷酷无情的风。

那棵树怕是被冻坏了吧，身上光秃秃的，一片叶子也没有，任凭冷风严寒欺凌，雪花落在你的枝干上，结成冰，一定会感冒的。

小河里的水被冻住了，不再调皮流淌，也没有了欢唱的声音，寒冷冰封了你的笑容，身子变的坚硬起来，这还是你的性格吗?

还有那块石头，曾经坐在你身上歇脚的，可是现在却不敢摸你一下，你已经被冻得僵硬，冷得叫人恐惧。

真冷呀!

就连天上的星星也被冻得发出寒光!

一片雪花飘上脑门，被沁了一下，好像听到雪花在说：那些细小的螳螂如果不经历严冬冰雪，它们一出生就会死去。天上飞的那只小雀，如果躲在暖和的地方，它的身体会变得臃肿而无法飞翔。还有那棵树，那条小河，那块石头，也都是因为经受了寒冷才更有旺盛的生命!

原来是这样子的呀!

冰天雪地里的那许多生命，硬着骨头扛起凛冽，心里却都热热地暖着希望……

感谢这个季节，它是告诉我们人生就像四季这个道理呢。

不再讨厌寒冷了，倒是觉得寒冷让我们冷静清醒许多，知道冷是不能缺的，也就知道人生必须有冷才会有对暖的渴望和感动。

是了，如果没有冬天，春天就无法证明它的温暖。如果没有冬天，夏天就不能体现它的热情，如果没有冬天，秋天就不会展示它的收获。

正是因为有了冬天，我们才尝到了雪花的清甜。

真好，原来冬天是在爱我们呢。

记得有这样一幅画：远处是座入云的高山，近出是一条崎岖的小路;路边坐着一位背着行囊的旅人，正拿着一只鞋在磕。画的下面有这样一句话：使人疲惫的往往不是远方的高山，而是你鞋里的一粒沙子。

面对这一粒沙子，有的人停止了脚步去抚慰磨的红红的脚趾;有的人磕去脚中的沙子，又毅然背起重重的行囊开始了新的征程。

这一粒沙子不正如我们生活中的困扰吗?有的人自暴自弃，甘愿沉沦整个人生被搅得永无宁日;有的人剔除生活中的琐屑，卸下心灵上的负担，以一颗纯净之心去轻松地面对远方的高山。

巴尔扎克说：“不幸，是天才的进升阶梯，是信徒的洗礼之水，是弱者的无底深渊。”

不幸是弱者的无底深渊!

前世界台球冠军路易斯安那曾称霸世界十余年，无人能敌。然而，在一次比赛中由于一只苍蝇三次落到他正要击的球上，他竟然挥杆打苍蝇而触犯了规则以致输掉了比赛。第二天，人们在离比赛场地不远的地方发现了了他的尸体!

不幸，是弱者的无底深渊!一个生活中小小的挫折竟然击败了无人能敌的世界冠军。

朋友们，不要做一个自暴自弃，甘愿沉沦而被生活中的困扰打败的弱者。

张爱玲曾经说过：“人生是一袭华美的袍，上面爬满了虱子。”辉煌亮丽的人生时常充满了啮咬性的困扰，面对这些困扰你将怎样做呢?

古人告诉我们：“艰难困苦，玉汝于成。”萧伯纳说：“生命的道路在于把地狱变成天堂，把人变成上帝，在于那‘苦难的山谷’里点起一盏万年灯，普照大千世界。”史铁生告诉我们：“艰难和困惑就是生命本身，这是与生俱来的。否则人生岂不简单了吗?”尼克松说：“生活就是99个回合。”泰戈尔说：“如果你因失去了太阳而流泪，那么你也将失去群星了。”……

朋友们，风雨中这点痛算什么?黑暗过后必是黎明，阴霾散尽，依然溢彩流虹。对待困扰我们要泰然处之，不要因为一粒沙子而毁了我们的大好前程。
