As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and can t see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating Zong Zi . My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. Because there was no supermarket, we couldn t buy finished product from market. However, now, we can buy anything in supermarket, so my mother didn t make them anymore. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

In reality, young people began to have a bug to celebrate foreign festivals, such as Christams, Saint Valentine s day, April Fool s Day, some people also celebrate Easter in church. After new holiday regulation, we have three holidays during the dragon boat festival. So many people will choose this time to travel. People who lived in Xiamen are able to visit Xiapu or Wu Yi mountain, these tourist attractions are in Fujian province,which is suit a short tirp. but I d like to stay at home for my decorate painting. I decide to draw two canvases about Christmas, it s really a big project. Then I ll hang them on the new house wall. I must start it now, or I can t finish them before Christmas eve. But I preceive it s a little difficult to draw them in such a hot season.

many people can reject he temptation of it. I like this festival very much. I

have two reasons.

First of all, mid-autumn has the deep meaning of reunite. In china, people

come back to their family if there is a chance. They don’t like celebrate this

festival outside, which will make them feel lonely. Thus, they will go home by

all means. Luckily, the government also pays great attention to this traditional

festival. There are laws to make sure people have holidays in that special day.

In the other word, mid-autumn festival gives a chance for family get

together.

Secondly, every family will prepare a big meal in that day. All the food is

delicious. It is good to have a big meal. I think nobody will not interest in

delicious food. The mooncake is a necessary decoration for mid-autumn day. It

tastes good, too. It is the traditional for a long time. How pleased to enjoy

the glorious full moon with mooncake!

This is why I love mid-autumn festival so much. It is funny and happy

time.

In the young generation, their lifestyle is different from the old

peoples. They like to stay up and join many night activities, then they wake up

very late. The new expression of brunch fits them so much, which means the

people to have a meal combining with breakfast and lunch. But their health is

under threat. Some young peoples stomach hurts and cant digest food well. In

order to keep healthy, we need to do some exercise and eat food regularly.

Whats more, the balanced diet is very important, as the saying that an apple a

day, keeps the doctor away, so we need to eat properly. The healthy lifestyle

makes us live happily.

Everybody has his or her interest， and interests differ widely from person to person because of age， sex health and education. To some extent， interest also reflects ones ability or wish. Now we are in the front gate. Entry in this school, you can see there is a big
