第四，确立日记的中心要点，尽量突出主题，可以通过对某个细节、某个侧面的描写来突出主题，千万不要写成一个流水帐。

头痛的一天

昨天整天穿高跟鞋跑来跑去，都是高跟鞋惹的祸弄的我头痛一天。今天我终于放弃了我坚持“足足”两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了。虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽得下。
