据美国《纽约时报》网站6月29日报道，为期两到三天的高考测试学生在数学、理科、人文知识、外语(课程)和语文方面的能力，各地考题存在些许差别，此外还有艺术类等特殊类别的高考。作文部分占语文考试约1/3的分值，作文部分给学生提供材料，要求根据材料写出约800字的作文。这些“作文题”一旦在高考后公开流传，通常会引发人们讨论哪些作文题最难写，更为有趣的是讨论什么样的作文必定会因偏离“正确”答案而获得“零分”。

报道称，今年有一道吸引了大量关注的作文题，题目来自河北、河南、江西、陕西和山西等省采用的高考试卷：

因父亲总在高速路上开车时接电话，家人屡劝不改，女大学生小陈出于父亲生命安全的考虑，通过微博私信向警方举报父亲。警方查实后，依法对老陈进行了教育和处罚，并将这起举报发在了官方微博上。此事赢得众多网友点赞，也引发一些质疑，经媒体报道后，激起了更大范围、更多角度的讨论。

作文题目是：对于以上事情，你怎么看？请给小陈、老陈或其他相关方写一封信，表明你的态度，阐述你的看法。要求综合材料内容及含意，选好角度，确定立意，完成写作任务。

报道称，看到这道作文题，希望猜透阅卷人眼中“正确”答案的众多中国考生可能决定赞扬女儿通过举报父亲来维护法律，即便这以伤害父亲为代价。新东方老师谢明波建议，面对这道作文题的考生可以论述，材料中女儿举报父亲违法，正是古人所提倡的孝道的表现。

但被广泛转发的一篇零分作文态度截然相反，该文质疑这道作文题认定任何寻求高等教育的考生都必定熟悉城市中产阶级生活特征的假设，并因此质疑大学教育不是为农村穷人准备的。

这篇作文写道：“父亲是个不折不扣的农民，一辈子都没有离开过栾川县，一年365天都是过着面朝黄土背朝天、日升而作日落而息的日子。……高速公路对我而言，也只是电视上、报纸上和书本上的事……。如果作文材料是有关农村的事，比如种庄稼的事，比如养猪牛羊的事，比如去摘甜瓜的事，我可以很负责地告诉您，我绝对熟悉，绝对可以写出点东西来，至少不会无法提笔……”

报道称，其他几篇零分作文严厉斥责小陈向警方举报自己的父亲。其中一篇零分作文写道：妹子，你怎么敢大义灭亲并成为告密者？你难道不知道你父亲为了你多么辛劳？

另外，来自西南城市重庆的高考作文题是：一个刚上车的小男孩请公交司机等一等他妈妈。过了一分钟，孩子妈妈还没到，车上乘客开始埋怨，说母子俩耽误了大家时间。这时，那位腿有残疾的母亲一瘸一拐地上了车，所有人都沉默了。

西南大学新闻传媒学院院长董小玉在《重庆日报》官方微博上分析了这道作文题。她建议考生从宽容精神、敬畏生命、道德价值以及平和心态等几点进行挖掘。

她写道：“这一材料作文具有很强的现实针对性和鲜明的思想导向性。它能引导人们沉静下来、反思自己、反思社会，重新认识生命、认识价值、认识崇高。”

报道称，有零分作文驳斥这种崇高的反思：“时间就是金钱，我的朋友！连玩个游戏都被要求加速，更何况是别人的工作和行程？”

这篇零分作文写道：“在重庆，车流如果比较密集的地区，其实快的话可能5分钟就有下一班车。一个小孩子却不愿意自己多等几分钟，去等下一班公交车。”

报道称，这些另类作文的出现吸引了针对它们的一些分析。《纽约时报》引述《光明日报》的一篇评论称，对高考作文的吐槽无疑多是源于对基础教育的更高诉求和对教育改革的更高期望。
