朝鲜族的年夜饭丰常丰富，大大小小的盘子七八十个，有的人家甚至达上百个。其中占特殊位置的是‘岁酒’和‘德固’二种。

春节前夕，记者在延边朝鲜族自治州的各乡村看到，很多朝鲜族村民都在酿造“岁酒”。朝鲜族在年夜饭有喝“岁酒”的习俗。这种酒多在过“岁首节”前酿造。岁首节相当于汉族的春节，“岁酒”以大米为主料，配以多味中药材，是一种药酒。用于春节期间自饮和待客，他们认为饮用此酒可以避邪、长寿。
