如今，微信已经成为我们生活的一部分。由于年轻人的优点，它变得越来越受年轻人的欢迎.。首先，我们可以很快地和我们的朋友交流词语和表达方式。其次，我们可以分享图片，音乐和视频与他们。第三，我们不仅可以向他们发送语音信息，而且可以直接与他们交谈。此外，我们可以在任何时间使用它。最后但并非最不重要，我们使用它免费，可以节省资金。在我看来，虽然WeChat已经改善了我们的生活，它要运用得当。我们不应该在它中迷失自我。

古希腊哲学家亚里士多德说过：“惟有适度可以产生、增进、保持体力和健康。度是一种明智的生活态度，不是中庸，不是不思进取，而是让自己守住持续的生机，实现可持续发展。

“琴弦为什么断了呢？／我强弹了一个它不能胜任的音节，／因此琴弦断了。”这是泰戈尔的诗句。确实，只有适度的弹奏，才能使琴弦产生美妙的音乐。那天傍晚在回学校途中，我遇到一个老人坐在路边卖艺乞讨。他用竹笛吹着《追光者》，我的脑海中有两个小人争斗了一路：白衣者说老人多不容易，况且这是卖艺，正当工作，给他一些钱吧；黑衣者说你又不是不会吹竹笛，知道他吹起来其实尽是杂音破音全无民乐风情，只是为了乞讨得更顺利想出的招数，却包装过度。最终，纠结地，于心不忍地，黑衣者到底战胜了，我匆匆离开。

适度这一点在丹麦人身上体现得淋漓尽致。他们去钓鱼会随身带一把尺子，钓到鱼，常常用尺子量一量，将不够尺寸的小鱼放回河里。他们说：“让小鱼长大不更好吗？”这和我国孟子曾说的：“数罟不入洿池，鱼鳖不可胜食也。”的意思差不多。只有适度开发资源，才能实现可持续发展。

我们总是会发现，真正的强者在交往中一定会把握“火候”，不到万不得已，不会置人于死地；真正的演说家会适可而止，留下悬念来吸引听众；真正的武林高手比武决高下，一定会点到即止，不伤害对方，亦不伤害自己。

孔子云：“三人行，必有我师焉。”他不耻下问，勤奋学习，成为华夏圣人。而“头悬梁，锥刺股”在我看来则是过度学习，把自己的身体不当一回事，无视了“身体发肤受之父母，不敢毁伤，孝之始也。”

波澜只有适度才能掀起壮景，而不至于伤人；沙漠只有适度才能展现雄浑，而不至于无法生活。

朱熹有言：“谦固美名，过谦者，宜防其诈。默为懿行，过默者，宜防其奸。”适度，方得生活幸福。

Strong Will

Since I go to high school, I live in the school and stay away from my

parents.

I have three roommates. At the beginning, we have trouble in staying in the

same room, but now we have got used to it. One of my roommates impresses me so

much. Since she came to our room, she has kept the habit of reading novels when

we go to bed. She told me that when she lived with her parents, she dared not to

read because her mother would blame her for sleeping late. Now she is very happy

that she is out of control, it seems that she is free. But I feel sorry for her,

because she is short-sighted now. What’s more, she is lagging behind other

students in the study. Staying away from her parents, she is not strong enough

to behave herself.

We should have the strong will and behave ourselves.

坚强的意志

自从我上了高中，我就住在学校，远离父母。

我有3个室友，刚开始，我们不习惯同处一室，但是如今，我们已经习惯了。有一个室友让我印象很深刻，自从她住进我们的房间，她就在我们睡觉的时候保持看小说的习惯。她告诉我们在她和父母住在一起的时候，她不敢看小说，因为她妈妈会责怪她那么晚睡觉。如今她很高兴再也不受控制了，似乎她得到了自由。但是我为她感到遗憾，因为她现在已经近视，而且，在学习方面也落后于其他同学。离开了父母，她不够强大，无法自律。

我们应该有坚强的意志，并且自律。
