Nowadays, star-worshiping is popular among teenagers, especially many university students.

Why? When it comes to the symptoms of worshiping a star, the main factor Id like to mention is imitation. With a blind love for their idols, teenagers firmly believe that their choices are the best. As a result, the stars clothes, hairstyles and hobbies, as well as their behaviors in public, are closely observed or followed, though, to some extent, they may be considered improper or even ridiculous.

In my opinion, having idols is not a bad thing. However, we should make it clear who are the real “heroes”. I love clean thing, it sounds good for me. But the thing is that I cant bear the dirty environment around me, I am very picky about the environment. It is reported that ten big cities in China are being ranked among the top twenty cities with the highest pollution index in the world. This means it is high time we did something to bring the situation under control.Many factors are contributing to the deteriorating situation: industrial wastes pumped into the air， the lakes and rivers; a increasing number of automobiles crowding into the streets; the widespread use of plastic bags etc.

To my view， stiffer laws and regulations must be implemented to check pollution. Industries that release wastes without permission should be heavily fined. Cars should be equipped to minimize the exhaust they release into the air. And the use of plastic bags and disposable meal boxes should be banned. What’s more， the media should play an important role in implanting a sense of environmental consciousness into people’s mind. If everybody works toward a common goal of making the environment better， we can create a cleaner and lovelier world for us and for the coming generation.

After entering college, we found, to our surprise, that differences between high school life and college life are great. In high school, we always depended on our parents and teachers to solve all kinds of difficult problems. At college, however, we have to rely exclusively on ourselves. passed through their author’s minds, ages ago. What was then said and thought

time have been to sift out the bad products; for nothing in literature can long

Books introduce us into the best society; they bring us into the presence

of the greatest minds that have ever lived. We hear what they said and did; we

see the as if they were really alive; we sympathize with them, enjoy with them,

grieve with them; their experience becomes ours, and we feel as if we were in a

measure actors with them in the scenes which they describe.

The great and good do not die, even in this world. Embalmed in books, their

spirits walk abroad. The book is a living voice. It is an intellect to which on

我们一家三口人住在一个不大的套房里，两间卧室一个客厅，厨房不大，厕所很小。虽然房子小，但我和爸爸、妈妈都生活得很快乐。

“哈哈，又是我和女儿赢!”爸爸露出黑黑的牙齿显得很狡猾。这不，我们一家三口闲着没事干正在打“斗地主”。瞧，机会来了!妈妈摸完牌去接电话了。我在爸爸的带领下偷偷地给妈妈的牌做了一些手脚。结果妈妈一出牌就没有再出第二张牌的机会了。

她还特别郁闷地说：“今天手气未免也忒差了吧!都是些烂牌。”我听了捂着嘴巴在偷笑，爸爸倒是故作淡定的样子在一旁洗牌。再看爸爸实在憋不住笑的样子，我更是乐得不行了。可这些都被“火眼金睛”妈妈发现了。没办法啰，我只好又当“叛徒”从实招来了。这下可好了，只要妈妈一摸到牌不好就说我们父女俩作弊，“早知今日，何必当初”呢?真是“搬起石头砸自己的脚”啊!

妈妈做饭总是会有多余的，这怎么办呢?吃呗!可为什么不放进冰箱里呢?不新鲜了呗!于是，聪明的妈妈就想出了一个绝妙的方法——把一个汤勺放在桌子的中间，勺把转到谁，谁就把多余的菜打一大勺去，直到全部吃完才可以停止转动。唉，像我就经常被转到，然后吃到撑。不然，我怎么初一就一米七三了呢?

我们一家三口的分工都很明确，我和爸爸负责洗碗，妈妈收拾桌面“残局”。就因为“洗碗”这看似很小的事，我和爸爸经常发生冲突。因为以“懒猫”为外号的我不想洗碗，而爸爸就更不要说了，他只会找一些乱七八糟的理由来拒绝洗碗。所以，我们只好猜拳决定。三盘两胜是“铁规定”，这下，爸爸就不能在耍花招了，愿赌服输嘛。这点，我和爸爸还是一致遵守的。

虽然我的家不是住大别墅，不是很气派、豪华，但我的家很温馨，很甜蜜。我们一家三口生活得很快乐。你说我能不爱我的家吗?

Chinese micro blog has about five years of history. Though it’s very short,the micro blogs in China are popular with young people, especially we students. We students believe that micro blog is very useful, we can do many things by using it. For example, we can get news and information quickly. And we can write our feelings, our sense of life and some small things everyday on it, just like keeping a simple diary in 140 worlds or fewer. We can enjoy or upload photos, videos and music easily. What’s more, we can find or create a hot topic, and then talk about the topic with others online. How interesting!

Lots of my classmates and teachers have micro blogs. I also like using micro blog very much. I often upload my pictures and get some advice from others who can draw well. And it’s also a great way to learn English by using micro blogs. We can try to write three beautiful English sentences and then ask someone to modife them and teach us online.

There are many arguments about the advantages and disadvantages of examinations. Some people think that examinations can help them review the lessons regularly, while others maintain that too many examinations have frustrated them.

To me, I think an examination is a good thing for both teachers and students. Teachers can find out how much the students have grasped and then improve their teaching; students, on the other hand, will learn what their weak points are and then study even harder.

All in all, we should not waste time arguing whether examinations are good or not. What we should do is to try to improve the exam system and try to adjust it to our different requirements.
