一进到我家的大门，就是我家的客厅了。在客厅里最显眼的就是一块长1.2米宽0.4米的匾牌，是用桃木雕琢而成，上面写着“天道酬勤”，意思是上天会实现勤劳的人的志愿，只要不懈努力，限度的完善充实自己，千方百计的提高自己的竞争实力，就会有一个美好光明的明天。在客厅的旁边，还有我爸爸的“私人花园”。虽然地方不大，但是里面种植的都是我爸爸喜爱的花。每天爸爸都认真地照料它们，它们已经成为我们家的一道亮丽的风景线了。早上起来，花儿随风摇动，好象在向我问好，我的心情也格外愉快。

在大厅的对面就是我们饭厅。每当我们在这里用餐时，一场热烈的议论也就随之开始了。无论是国家大事还是街头小事，我们都纷纷发表自己的意见我们可以是拼个你死我活的战士，但吃完饭后我们有是和睦相处的一家人，可能就是这种气氛，使我家中增添了不少情趣。

顺着走廊的左边，走进我的卧室了。我的卧室里到处都挂得有歌星的画报，床上还有两只可爱的小熊，那是我过生日时我表姐送我的生日礼物。我的床头另一边就是我的书桌，书桌上摆着许多书，有什么《水浒传》、《西游记》、《红楼梦》、《三国演义》还有《少年百科全书》呢!在这些书里，《西游记》是我最喜欢看的书呢!在床的对面，放这我的吉他。当我无聊的时候就会拉弹上几首欢快的曲子，当我不高兴的时候，就弹上几首悲伤的曲子。所以妈妈经常说的“闻曲识奇”的典故也就诞生了。

这就是我的家，怎么?还挺又趣吧!

随着时间的推移，岁月的流逝，我们告别了天真烂漫的童年，来到了一个金黄的岁月——青春。 Over time, the passage of time, we bid farewell to the innocent childhood and came to a golden years -youth.

不经历三九天的严寒，怎能迎来梅花扑鼻的芳香?在青春路上，遇到风浪，要以坚决的信心和卓越的信念去冲破风浪。若失败了，就要越挫越勇，更好地迎接今后的人生挑战。

在拼搏的青春路上需要坚持，当我们迷失时就会想到放弃，若放弃了，就会更久地迷失。贝多芬的坚持足以震撼人心，他身为一个音乐家，却双目失明、两耳失聪，用自己的双手敲打着黑白琴键，弹奏出生命的悲壮乐章，诉说自己的命运。人们常说：“不放弃该放弃的是无知，不放弃不该放弃的是无悔，总有一天，你会为你的坚持不懈而感到无悔与欣慰。

拼搏的青春是美的，是贵的。席慕蓉说：青春的美与贵，就在于它的无邪与无暇，在于它的永不可回。青春是花一样的季节，多姿多彩;青春是诗一样的韵律，潇洒活泼。在这个花样的季节里不去拼一把，怎样对得起这灿烂的青春!

同学们，不要等到了两鬓斑白时才去后悔未拼搏的青春，不要用这颓废的人生去给子女当反面教材，不要等到了风烛残年时才去为青春的行为而叹息。青春只有一次，要把握青春，把握当下，在这金黄的岁月里，拼搏吧!

About two weeks from now, college students will begin to enjoy their long summer holidays. Many are looking for odd jobs, of which tutoring is almost the most popular one.

These students say, by doing pan-time jobs, they can not only make some money for next terms tuition, but also enrich their holidays. They prefer to be tutors because this has more to do with what they have learned in class.

As a student, I myself have also been a tutor. But I didnt wait in line until I was chosen. I put up an advertisement with my school scripts attached. So, my suggestion to my fellow students is: be a tutor only when you are good at your courses.
