breath. I have watched butterflies emerge and sit, trembling, while the sun

irons their wings smooth. I watch tigers, like flames, mating in the long grass.

I have been dive -bombed by an angry Raven, black and glossy as the Devils

hoof. Ive lain in water warm as milk, soft as silk, while around me played a

host of Dolphins. I have met a thousand animals and see a thousand wonderful

things.

All this I did without you. This was my loss. All this I want to do with

you. This will be my gain. All this I would gladly have forgone for the sake of

one minute of your company, for your love, your voice, your eyes, hair, lips,

body, and above all for your sweet, ever surprising mind which is an enchanting

quarry, in which it is my privilege to delve.

about the origin and customs of Chinese festivals. The reason why I like this

book is that when it introduces the calendar of festivals, it always tells a

story about the situation at that time. And each article is extremely vivid,

from which we can not only learn the origin of many customs, but also understand

some unknown history and legend.

My favorite article is called "Chongyang climbing, drinking with dogwood.".

This article is about the origin of the Double Ninth Festival. It is said that

there was a pestilence devil in Zhuangnan of the Han Dynasty, which was

extremely ferocious, and would come out to harm people every September 9. There

is a man named Huanjing in Zhuangnan county. Because Huanjings parents died in

the hands of the pestilence devil, Huanjing wanted to kill the pestilence devil

to avenge his parents. On this day, Huan Jing packed up and went to practice

magic arts with the famous immortal Fei Changfang, hoping to kill the evil

devil. After a long journey, Huan Jing finally found the immortal Fei Changfang.

Changfang for two days and two nights. At last, Fei Changfang was moved by Huan

to the mountain, and let everyone drink chrysanthemum wine, and filled the

mountain with Cornus. After that, Huan Jing stood in front of the mountain with

a knife. After a while, the pestilence came as expected. It wanted to go up the

mountain and eat people. Huan Jing stopped him, so they fought together. The

smell of Cornus and dogwood is not stable for a few rounds. He raised a knife

from the mountain. The plague devil was removed, and the people in Nancheng

finally lived a comfortable life. Since then, in order to commemorate September

9, people have designated September 9 as the Double Ninth Festival. On this day,

people will climb high with their families, fill the mountains with Cornus and

drink chrysanthemum wine to pray for themselves and their families. This is the

origin of the Double Ninth Festival on September 9.

__自去年9月1日入学，至今已有大半年。

从刚入学时的不适应、生病、咳嗽一月不好到现在的身体健康;从刚入学时的天天哭泣到现在每天高兴和妈妈再见跑进幼儿园——其中凝聚了老师的心血，承载着幼儿园的哺育。

我从来没有和老师面对面的沟通过，借此机会，我总结下__的变化：

1. 自理能力：自从上了幼儿园，别的不说，首先解决了两项民生大问题：穿衣吃饭。我们对女儿还是有些娇惯，__上幼儿园前每餐饭都有大人喂，现在完全自己搞定;不仅会自己穿衣脱衣，还会把衣服被子叠得整整齐齐——清明节去亲戚家还表演了一把，深受好评

2. 动手能力：小竹目前使用剪刀能够剪出圆形(虽然还有些棱角哈)，使用胶棒能牢固的粘住目标纸片(虽然可能会大面积涂抹)，能够轻松把细线穿到串珠里，能够用木质积木摆出形状各异的高楼，能够用乐高拼成奇形怪状的物品。小竹也能拍皮球，虽然仅能连拍三个，但是我们还是觉得挺棒的——当然以后要更加努力哈!

3. 交往能力：作为一个纯女生(而非女汉纸)，小竹很多时候还有些害羞。但是从幼儿园回来她会自豪的跟我们说：妈妈，袁紫琦和郭玥希是我的好朋友!现在她平时和相熟的小朋友相处愉快，见到认识的大人也能够打招呼，虽然还有些扭捏——这些，都是这半年多以来的进步哦。

4. 艺术认知：小竹在幼儿园学习了很多歌曲和舞蹈，回到家里经常哼给我们听，还自豪的说：这是我在幼儿园新学的~听到动听的旋律不由自主的翩翩起舞，其中一个标准动作就是用小手做一个心形(来源幼儿园体操)。小竹前一段回家很喜欢画画，估计是在幼儿园也收到老师的鼓励~

5. 团队自豪：小竹对于豆三班这个集体很自豪：我是在豆三班的!我的豆三班里还有滑朵儿呢!前几天突然跟我说：妈妈，我想星星老师了(很伤心的样子);她还有点害羞地说老师跟她叫“拇指姑娘”

以上这些，都是我真心的向豆三班的老师致以感谢的理由。另外，借此机会，我把我们认为的优点也与老师沟通一下：

1. 小竹比较讲道理，讲原则。虽然偶尔会耍小脾气，但是她会主动遵守规则：比如我记得在幼儿园亲子班一起做体操的时候，老师告诉说踩在小星星上，小竹自始至终都是踩在上面的。在家里我们也会认真的遵守规则：早晨起床去幼儿园(四天妈妈送，一天奶奶送)、放学奶奶接回、晚饭前少吃零食、如果饭吃不完的话直至下一顿餐前都没有零食可以吃、晚上必须刷牙洗漱才能睡觉、十点以后不进食不可以再与奶奶玩、每天只能吃一颗糖等等。

2. 小竹理解能力比较好(不知道老师是否同意哈)，一般沟通也不成问题(除了偶尔耍脾气的时候)。有一次她和同龄的小朋友一起学画画，老师说，小熊的耳朵应该在哪里呢?小竹就拿起笔在小熊的头上把耳朵画上去了...

3. 小竹的中英文阅读与听力、识字能力应该略强于同龄小朋友。因为她从小便习惯于把书当玩具，从零岁到现在三岁半读的大大小小的中英文书籍估计将近千本，所以这一点还是比较省心的。

4. 小竹的体质不错。除了刚上幼儿园的适应阶段生病外，目前虽偶尔生病，但皆无大碍，一般挺挺就过去了，不需要去医院。上周爬凤凰岭，自己爬到了半山腰又走了下来，比奶奶爬得要远多了。

同时小竹也有很多缺点，希望老师帮助予以矫正：

1. 小竹有些小女生的娇气。因为一直是妈妈带着，有些粘妈妈;同时不免偶尔有些扭捏。有时候自己有想法不肯大大方方的说出来，自己扭扭捏捏的让别人去说。这一点我们在努力矫正，同时希望老师能够帮忙。

2. 小竹天生有些胆小。很多事情如果别人说做了有危险，她就连尝试都不愿意。这样的话，她未免在进取与主动性方面较差，希望老师根据这个特点对她多多鼓励。另外，可能不会主动与小朋友打招呼，交朋友，我们也很迷惘，不知如何处理，希望老师能够有更好的引导。

3. 小竹的自理能力与动手能力仍旧不够强。我怀疑会略逊于同龄小朋友。因为我们毕竟有些娇惯，也因为她自己的性格，所以在自理和动手方面仍旧差强人意。我们以后一定多多努力，给她机会，同时也希望老师在这方面帮助加强。

4.小竹的创新力与想象力有待培养。因为平时都是妈妈教育较多，而创新与想象都不是妈妈的强项。妈妈在绞尽脑汁思考如何培养小竹这两点，如果老师有好的建议我们将不胜感激。

其实我们对小竹的期望也很简单，希望她快快乐乐的成长，有开阔的视野，有宽广的心胸，有欣赏美的眼睛。我们所采取的养育方式是顺其自然，养成良好习惯，原则性问题不让步;教育方式更加简单：读万卷书，行万里路。我们希望她能够在幼儿园里，适应幼儿园的环境，与小朋友老师相处愉快，并每天开开心心。至此，所有目的均顺利实现~

Seldom did we express our own ideas. I suggest that teachers should interact with students more frequently in the class. i’m going to the sun on my holiday. i will go there by a spaceship. i will

take a big blue spaceship。then i’ll pilot the spaceship to the sun. the sun is

very hot. so i put on the super-shirt. in the morning， i will have some sun

burger for my breakfast.

at eight o’clock， i will play with my friends there. they are super dog and

super girl. super dog is white and black. super girl is very clever. super girl

and super dog like to play with me. so i play with them for forty minutes. then

i do my homework in my little red room on a small blue table. after my home

work， i will have my lunch. i will eat sun salad. i will make some red toy bear

to the sun babies. i will have red juice， red fish and red rice. all the things

are red. then i need a lot of water on the sun because the sun is too hot. so i

will walk to the spaceship. i’ll pilot the spaceship to the earth.

this is a good holiday on the sun.

There was once an old goat that was very, very old; he could barely walk,

and was always sleepy during important emergencies. One day the goat went off to

eat grass among the fields.

During the time, the goat did not realize that the goat pack had gone

straight in front of him. He had no choice but to continue straight on. As soon

as he passed the hill, he found the goat pack had already crossed three other

mountains… The old goat was tired of climbing and walking, so he decided to

rest. After a short break, he was sure that the goat pack had already wiped him

away far back behind.

The goat decided to find a place to be made a shelter for him to sleep

tonight. Along the way, the old goat walked along; he trembled along the way. At

last, he found a big round cave for him to sleep in, so that he could rest his

energy and continue his journey…

The old goat didn’t even realize that this was home to the lion, king of

all animals. As soon as he approached the mouth of the cave, the lion smelled

the goat out with his nose. The lion shouted, “Who are you that dare come to my

house? I am going to destroy you, and eat you up for breakfast!!!!” the old goat

was frightened out of his wits, he wanted to run, but knew that he was not fast

enough. He closed his mouth and held his breathe, and pretended not to be

frightened or afraid.

He walked inside the cave and saw the terrifying lion king. The lion never

saw this kind of thing before, he was frightened now; and asked, “Why are you

here? And who are you? And…” Before he could even finish his speech, the g oat

answered; “I am the goat empress, and I have come to see you…” “See me?” asked

the lion, “Yes,” replied the goat ‘empress’; “I can live no much longer, and

even walking; but, before I die, I want to eat: 100 elephants, 75 wild oxen, 63

wild pigs, and 25 lions. Now I had already had: Elephants, wild oxen, and wild

pigs; I am looking for a lion to eat now!” the lion was so frightened.

“You know what empress, I am too dirty, and I should probably wash up

before you…You know, Gulp! Eat me up!” as he said those words, he backed up

towards the mouth of the cave, and rushed out immediately with his back legs

between his jaws…

Along the way, he bumped into a jackal, the jackal asked; “Hey, I am the

cranky jackal dear king; and what has gotten you in such a fright?” the lion

took a breath and answered, “There was a goat ‘empress’ in my cave that wants to

eat me!” “The goat empress? I never heard of such a thing!”

The lion replied, “Then come with me to the cave… Gulp!”

And so the lion led the jackal to his cave, the goat ‘empress’ saw them

coming, and answered; “Jackal, what do you think you’re doing? I asked you to

bring me 25 lions, but you just brought me one! I’m going to eat you both up for

breakfast!” the lion trembled and shouted at the jackal, “Jackal, you tricked me

into this trap?! How dare!”

At these words the jackal ran away, and the lion ran to a place far, far

away…

我利用业余时间阅读了《把信送给加西亚》这本励志读本，内心很受感动和鼓舞。书中的故事很简单，就是一名美国中尉罗文如何将一封决定战争命运的信送给古巴起义军领袖加西亚将军。这个流传百年的故事，激励着无数的团队和个人，他们忠于职守、爱岗敬业，把对事业的忠诚作为他们终生追求的目标。正如通知中所讲的，这个故事传达的理念影响之大，是不可想象的，足以超越任何理论说教。

读后我感同身受，每个人的潜能是无限的，有时候我们欠缺的不是能力，而是一种对事情的态度，一个充满正向思维的态度。其实任何事情的本身并没有多复杂、多难做，而是办事的人们的主观意识将事情变的复杂化。我们不得不承认，现实工作中，虽然有能力的人很多，但不见得每个人都能承担起把信送给加西亚的重任。

《把信送给加西亚》书中讲到服从是执行的前提，也是执行力的保证。我认为执行就是给做事的人定位的，我是干什么的，我就是要把信送到古巴起义军加西亚将军手中的人，这就是我的职责，也是我的工作，更是我的使命。反醒一下我们，在工作中做到了多少，我们又有多少服从、忠诚、荣誉感呢?

其实罗文取得的成功并不是他的军事才能，而是他的忠诚和信念，以及良好的道德素养和勇敢不屈的进取精神，才使得他圆满完成了任务，为后人所铭记。

罗文是一名军人，有人说军人以服从命令为天职，但如果罗文没有奉献精神，没有忠诚、尽职、尽责、尽力这种精神态度，只是服从接受，不用意志去克服艰难险阻，一次次的困难，一次次的生死之界，他就不会完成总统交给的任务把信送给加西亚将军。

罗文中尉从接受任务到完成任务，体现出罗文对待职业的忠诚，对上级的忠诚，对祖国的忠诚，对待职业的敬重之心。如果我们每个人都能像罗文一样，对工作多一些敬业，多一些理解，多一些担当，多一些尊重与宽容;就会少一些埋怨，少一些计较，少一些推诿，少一些失误，少一些借口，少一些私心，那么我们的工作一定是充满快乐和幸福的。这样的工作也一定是效率最高、质量最佳的。

实际工作中，大家有没有发现，团队效应的力量，它体现在方法上，效率上，成功率上，好的团队、好的协作，它一定是一个充满阳光的正能量团队。这样的团队在哪里，那里就是春天、是阳光，他们不仅闪光自已，同时还照亮着别人，影响着别人，带动着别人。我们日常的工作中，工作本身没有多复杂，配合不好，导致工作效率低下，报怨声声，无论是拒绝或是被拒绝者，心里都不是滋味，都感到不舒服，我们为什么不能做一个心地阳光，快乐的接受者、奉献者。工作本身没有界线，需要我们协调配合的时候，这项工作就是我们自已的工作，我们没有什么理由推诿，我们必须无条件的完成。

也许我们这一生无法达到罗文把信送给加西亚的高度，但是只要我们心中坚定一种信念：那就是忠诚、服从、诚实、守信，对待职业多一些尊重，敬重之心，那么我们的个人素质和团队执行力都将得到强有力的提升。
