last term we had a sports meeting . It has last for a day. I think it’s

funny, just like a game.

First is running. And the other part is jumping. The meeting is very

exciting. I watched the running match, but I didn’t watch the jumping match.

What a pity!

Ha-ha, I ran with my classmate then. Because I want to cheer them on. But

always they ran faster than me long. So I had to try my best to catch them up.

It’s a hard work, I think.

The match is very fierce. The players are powerful. Who is the best? We

guess. All of us hope the winner is our class. Finally, the best will get

congratulations. And others also will get comfort and support.

Oh, I am forget something. Before the match beginning, it is warmth and

fragrance doubled and redoubled, all of the pupil and teacher will give ther

best wishes to the players in their class and also the other classes. They are

kind people. And the match is the best way to make people happier, stronger, and

also make them become more friendly.

There was once a little girl named Mary that wanted a phone so badly that

her parents couldn’t help bearing her crying and got her a phone with purple

dots and a little smiley face on it.

So life went on as usual until one day. when she was walking down town, she

saw a house, filled with decorations. She knew at once that this house was

having a party for somebody. Perhaps they were celebrating a birthday, or Happy

Anniversary… Mary really wanted to enter the party, so she begged them to let

her in and have a great time. They promised to let her in as long as she could

do what they asked.

And that request was to make bread for the poor and buy milk for them to

drink. That sounded like an easy request to grant, so she used her phone to call

her dad to get some bread and milk for the poor. But there was a problem, “No

phones allowed!” cried the owner of the house standing out. He held onto Mary’s

phone and pulled it out of her hand. He deleted her phone numbers and message

box, and then he took the batteries out, in case she had some other plans.

“There, now you couldn’t use your phone anymore,” and the owner went

inside. So poor Mary used her pocket money which was for a new dress for the

school party, to buy bread and milk for the poor; she was very sad, and went

back and said that she had finished her work.

“Where is your proof?” asked the owner again, “I-I didn’t know you wanted

me to give you proof?” “Well then you are out,” and he closed the door

tightly.

I wish to express my thanks to you for the wonderful vacation I spent with

you and your family.

During the vacation, you were so nice to teach me how to swim , boat and

fish. I also really appreciated that you showed me around the city and took me

to so many interesting places and tasted some delicious local food . You were so

helpful as to spare your time to take me to some parties and shows, through

which I experienced the local culture . Your family were also very friendly .

Especially ,Your mother is such an excellent cook that I enjoyed delicious meals

every day .

I am really thankful for you and your family. Let’s keep in touch with each

other and welcome to my country . I’m looking forward to meeting you at my

hometown!
