Every parent wants their daughters to learn ballet and piano. My mother

finds me having no talent in ballet, so she chooses to send me to learn piano.

At first, I am not very interested in it, but soon I find practising it every

day makes me feel bored. I want to give up, but the girls around me keep coming

to the class, so I decide to hold on.

With the rapid development of the technology，many inventions have

appeared.As a result，with the help of these inventions，our life has changed a

lot.For example，television sets.TV is my “best friend”.Every time when I leave

school and go back home，I will turn on the TV at once.I like the programme

Outlook on CCTV 10 best. It’s an English programme and it helps me learn many

English words and foreign culture.I also love the TV station called Phoenix.I

can learn a lot form Phoenix.What’s more，I can know very well about what is

going on at home and abroad.

It’s hard to imagine life without TV.If there is no TV，we can’t enjoy the

enjoyment with others and we won’t learn about what’s happening in the

world.Thanks to TV，I have a more colourful life.

My best friend is Jim. He is a cool boy. He has curly blond hair, big eyes

and a small mouth. He likes to eat strawberries and bananas, and he loves

sports. He often plays basketball in the school playground. He watches sports

every night. He has good manners and studies well, so everyone likes to make

friends with him.

Disney movies always catch my attention. Recently, the animation movie

since last summer, i have written to my pen pal, seda, who lives in turkey.

i became acquainted with her when i went to england for a study tour.

we stayed with the same family, and she was my roommate and classmate as

well. sometimes we went to the movies together after dinner. seda is very easy

to get along with. i will always remember the two weeks i spent with her. we

didnt forget each other and kept writing to each other after we returned home.

although i havent seen her again since i left england, i still know how she is

through letters, cards and photographs. seda tells me her secrets and also

shares her happiness and sadness with me . both of us hope that we will meet

each other somewhere one day.

maybe ill go to turkey to visit her, or shell come to taiwan to visit

me.

Spring is coming. Everything begin to come back to life, the long cold

winter is over. Birds are singing in the woods. Some girls are dancing under the

tree. Some boys are rolling on the grass and chasing the butterflies. They are

happy. I like running outside. When I feel a little bit tired, I will lie on the

grass and watch the sky. I look around and see a chipmunk looking for food under

the tree. Spring is warm and nice. I love spring.

As a child, I am very naughty and forget about what my mother tells me. One

time, I go back home very late. When I see my mother, she smiles at first and

then turns angry, because she has told me before if I go home late, I must tell

her in advance. I let my mother heart-broken. I feel sorry and promise it won’t

happen again.

When I am sick, the doctor always asks me to drink more hot water. Now,

drinking hot water has been most people’s habit, while my uncle tells me that

am so curious the world, I want to travel around the world someday.

I want to have a cat,because Im very alone. So, Im going to keep a cat.

The cats colour is white and orange, and it has big green eyes, and its so

beautiful.I hope that it can be beautiful. I think cat is a kind of cute animal

and keeping one is good for me. The cat is clean . Cat likes drinking milk and

eating fish. fish is good for health. Sometime cat is naughty, but dont worry,

I love it. How nice my friend is !I love it more and more.
