排骨串的形状很奇特，有的像小石子，有的像仙丹，还有的像“足球” ……后来经过了解，这些小排个个都是选的上好的仔排，剔除骨头，用特制的蜜汁调料腌制好，穿在小竹棍上，过油烤制，一串让人口水直流三千尺的排骨串就新鲜出炉了。再 蘸上点香喷喷的芝麻粉，那才叫香呢！
