before i came here,i can never imagine that i can learn so much knowledge about other countries, which can"t be got from my books in school. three months ago, i took my first class. unfortunately, i felt so embarrassed, because i even can"t speak any words, though i know i really love english .

春节是中国最隆重的节日，这一天中国人民同欢喜共度过，虽然各地的习俗不同，但欢乐仍在每个人的心中荡漾。

除夕那天，孩子们穿上新衣服，欢天喜地地和伙伴们一起玩耍，大人们也忙里忙外，全然一片忙年的繁荣景！。时间过得真快，转眼就到了快天黑的时候。妈妈的厨艺在我们家中可是最好的了，所以肯定要品尝她为我们准备的丰盛晚餐啦！面对着一桌子香喷喷的饭菜，我们一大家子围坐在桌边，每个人脸上都洋溢着幸福的笑容，我真的感到了“生活比蜜甜”的滋味呢！

i"ll tell you an experience of myself happened last week. last thursday our school was tackling something about woking fou study. i wanted to have a try even though i knew the salary was so low and i had little chance,because the students who had the certificate were always thought to have priority to get the job. fortunately i was called at noon and a teacher said to me that she wanted me to work for her and asked if i could change my mind.

at that moment i was so excited that immediately i accepted her idea. but later on,she found me that i"m not a student,so i had little chance and suggest me to get one. then an idea occurred to me that i could call my father and ask him to send me the letter. at the same time i was told that i was admitted to the job and don"t need the certificate.

that time i forgot to remind my father,until the next day he called me that he had posted it and it would arrive in just one day. at that moment i was moved, and even moved into tears, because i knew my father was injured not long before,the process of helping me with the affairs was not so convenient for him.

我住在一个美丽的地方,是一个被山包围的小世界,.这里山清水秀,鸟语花香，充满了和谐的气氛。

你看那高大的山川,穿着由树林组成的绿纱衣,不时还戴着由白云组成的大帽子,它可真会打扮呀!你看那美丽的溪水,像一条透明丝带从高山缓缓流下,曲折蜿蜒,晶莹剔透；流水汇成一个小水潭,水面如镜,清澈见底。水中鱼儿在欢快地嬉戏,游玩。鱼儿能够生活在这美丽的水中,真是令人向往。

不管是高大的山川,青翠的树木,还是清澈的小溪,绿油油的田野，都让人感到心旷神怡。再加上那些自由自在的小鸟,辛苦忙碌的蜜蜂,还有淳朴乐观的乡亲们,这里简直是一个世外桃源。

好景不长,在三年前发生了一件可悲的事.一切都改变了.几位村民看好一座北面的山,这一座山的山腰露出一大片石坡,像褪了一层皮,村民仿佛看到了宝,就大肆对这座山进行开采.那些人为了把开采工具运到山腰,就乱砍树林,乱挖田地.没过几个月,一条从水泥路到山腰的小山路就出现了,.为此许多苍天大树就失去生命成了人们的柴火.而山腰也被挖的像黄腰带,从那时起一座美丽的山就从此毁容了.

路挖好后，一下雨那条小路就泥泞不堪，大雨时就变成一条小黄河，雨过后人们要拿起清洁工具为水泥路做大扫除，吸取教训的人们才开始抱怨。抱怨有什么用，当初你们为什么不阻止他们呢？现在说有什么用呢？

开采就造成山上的土地流失，树林减少，我们中国本来耕地面积就少，还要浪费土地资源。而且他们挖好的石头运走，坏的就用挖土机倒在山坡上，现在山坡下的树林已经被滚石砸的差不多了。而且他们又挖了一条水道，把那些带石灰的污水排入溪里，溪水变浑浊，充斥着白沫。现在被污染的地方一只小鱼也看不见。再这样下去，那这个小山村就会失去以前的摸样：山上的树一棵一棵地减少，那些土地慢慢地流失，溪水严重污染，惨不忍睹。我们要是不赶快进行保护治理，那么这个“小世界”将不再美丽。所以我们要爱护树林，保护水土。只有这样做才能抑制住盲目开采，随意破坏所造成的环境恶化。因此我们应该竭尽全力去保护家乡，保护好环境才有好生活。

一棵小小的流星能划破夜空的沉寂，给大地一线光明。一滴水能折射出太阳的光辉，显示出一个五彩缤纷的世界。只要人人献出一份微薄的力量，那么这个世界将会更美好。这个世界生灵的生命是相互维持的，保护大自然的同时也在保护我们自己。

瓜沥位于萧山东南，西面有一座航坞山，航坞山上有一座寺庙叫白龙寺。传说山上里的一口井里有一条白龙，下大雨时就是腾云驾雾，于是叫白龙寺。瓜沥到处是高楼，别墅，我们在全中国富绕的排名也可以说是数一数二的了。我们的瓜沥可真是一个富饶之地啊！

我的家乡是风景秀丽的汕头。它不仅物产丰富，更是景色迷人。有许多名胜古迹。有：中山公园，?石风景区……但真正令人流连往返的，是宽阔的海滨长廊。

我的老家坐落在陕西省宁陕县，俗称小秦岭。那里盛产板栗、核桃和木耳。其中，我最喜欢的还是那味道鲜美又补脑的核桃。

到了春天，万物复苏、姹紫嫣红，家乡的核桃树上慢慢地发出了嫩叶，渐渐地就长出了许多小穗儿，好像是核桃树姑娘在刻意把自己打扮得漂漂亮亮的。过了一段时间，小穗儿都落了下来，结出了许多大大小小的青色果子，那一个个穿着绿色外衣的小核桃，好像在阳光下对人们微笑呢！许许多多的核桃把核桃树姑娘的胳膊都压弯了，让人即心疼又愉悦。

到了金秋八月份，核桃终于成熟了。新鲜的核桃外面那层绿色外衣还穿着，想要吃到鲜美的核桃真不容易呢！爷爷把打好的核桃放在麦草堆里面捂上几天，那层绿色就能轻易地剥掉了。核桃分为薄皮的和厚皮的两种，薄皮的比较容易弄出来吃，厚皮的很难弄出来吃，有时候还得借助牙签来帮忙。

我最喜欢吃薄皮的核桃了，那味道实在是鲜美极了！我爱家乡的核桃，更爱呵护核桃的家乡人！

那里的湖非常美丽,四周环绕着许多树木,像是站岗的士兵。柳树的枝条随风飘动,像是春姑娘的头发。湖水很清很清,清得都能见到湖底的石沙。湖水很绿很绿,绿得像无暇的翡翠。一阵微风拂过,湖面上泛起了层层波纹,美丽极了!

我最喜欢冬天的湖滨公园,一片阳光从树叶的空隙中了进来,露出了斑斑点点的细碎的日影,让人忘记了寒冷,特别是下雪的时候,树上堆满了厚厚的积雪,整个湖滨公园好像变成了白色的世界。夜晚草坪发出了绿色的光,好像给小草披上了一层轻纱。红灯笼像长龙似的挂在树上,给公园增添了热闹的气氛。湖滨公园不但美丽,而且还给我们带来了无穷的乐趣。

Good morning/afternoon/evening, my name is. It is really a great honor to have this opportunity/chance to introduce myself. I would like to answer whatever you may raise, and I hope I can make a good performance today.

I am years old, born in province/Beijing, northeast/southeast/southwest…… of china, and I am currently a freshman (大一新生)/sophomore (大二学生)/junior (大三学生)/senior (大四学生) student at Capital Institute of Physical Education. My major is sports training of basketball/voellyball/football/badminton/pingbang/tennis/

In the past 1/2/3 years, I spend most of my time on study. I have passed CET3/4/6 and I have acquired basic knowledge of sports training both in theory and in practice.Besides, I have attended several sports meetings held in Beijing. I am also the volunteers of China Tennis Open, Chinese Badminton Masters……. Through these I have a deeply understanding of my major - sports training.I have lots of interest, such as singing, dancing, drawing and so on.

My home village is a small one. It’s in Yuxian county of Shanxi Province. Small as it is， it’s very beautiful.

There are many hills around my home village and they are more beautiful than some big mountains. In spring， we can fly kites which are made by ourselves on the top of the hills. The kites fly very high.In summer， the trees are green and the grass is green， too. It is green everywhere on the hills. There are so many wild apple trees on the hills. The wild apples are nice to eat. In autumn， the corns under and around the hills are ripe. So we eat them almost every day. In winter， when it snows， all the ground is covered with snow. We can play with snow and sometimes we eat the clean snow with sugar. In my hometown the sky is blue， the air is clean， the water is sweet and the people are very friendly. I love my hometown!

我的家乡是位于山西盂县的一个小村庄。它虽然小但非常美丽。

家乡被群山环绕，这些小山甚至比大山川还要美丽。春日里，我们在山巅放飞自制的风筝;夏天里，漫山遍野是长得绿油油的草木，各种野果美味诱人;秋日里，山下和山周围的玉米熟了，我们几乎天天能尝到新鲜的玉米;冬日里，雪花飘飘，大地银妆素裹，我们玩雪，有时还就着糖吃几口干净的白雪。我的家乡天空蔚蓝，空气清新，水儿甜美，人们好客。我爱我的家乡。
