心中对家乡菜的挂念深极了，也曾多次尝试过烹制，可终究模拟不出那种味道啊！多年的异地生活似乎已有几分淡忘，但也更增加了几分怀念。朦胧中，那股熟悉的味道又彷佛萦绕在心头。

“奶奶，再给我尝一口，还有没有？”“怎么不多弄一些呢？”这是儿时逢年过节时最熟悉不过的生活镜头。几个孩子围着奶奶手中的那碗鱼糕转，目不转睛的盯着又吵着嚷着让奶奶塞一口在自己嘴里。每逢喜宴上这也成了宴席上的主菜，无论大人小孩对此都情有独钟，百吃不厌。鱼糕是家乡盛行的一道菜，无论是色香味都是无可挑剔的。它的主要材料来源与新鲜的鱼肉，奶奶说过：“鱼肉的精华成就了鱼糕的鲜美。”可见的选材的谨慎性。这炖的火候可也是一门高深的学问，“鲜美之本可就靠这火候了！”这也是奶奶多年制作的老经验了。

如今，奶奶依然硬朗，制作鱼糕的技术更是不在话下。逢年过节，她老人家总是亲手做鱼糕，甚至堆满整个保鲜箱，就盼望着哪天在外地工作的儿女回来能马上尝尝家乡菜，过足食瘾。奶奶是上个世纪走过来的人，经历了社会的动荡局面，对于每次的烹饪食肴的机会总是倍加珍惜，这也许是来源于老人家那不寻常的经历吧！

随着家人在异地生活多年，却依然无法忘却这道家乡菜，纵使再多的美味佳肴也比不上它，也许源于内心深处那份独特的情感。所以每一有机会回老家时就总会抓紧吃的机会，即使只是短短的几周，也依然乐在其中，美在心里。今年春节爸爸回老家了，来时奶奶硬是将家乡小菜塞满了三个大包，足有百斤，但爸爸依然是鼓足劲儿把它们带了过来，心里洋溢着一种温暖。吃着新鲜的鱼糕，心里美滋滋的，“在异地依然能尝上家乡菜是一种福气”这是我最深的感慨，心中那几分幸福的暖意在血液中奔腾，在鲜美的鱼糕中彷佛看到了老人那一颗欣慰而又满足的心。

香味缭绕的空气中，弥漫着一股奇特的味道，那叫思念。

Im Hua Zhengxian. Im ten years old. Im in Class 5,Grade 4. My hair is short. My eyes are small. I get up at six oclock. I have breakfast at six fifteen. I go to school at seven oclock. My Mother My Mother isa kind and gentle woman. She is always very gentle. She takes good care of her children and keeps them all at school. I have one brother and two sistets. So she gets four children in all. She gives us every comfort. We all love her and she loves us also. My mother has too much to do in bringing us up. As our family is too poor to keep a servant, my mother has always to do very much work. She gets up very early and sleeps very late every day. She works hard, yet without complaining. She is also a thrifty, and industrious woman. She saves every cent that she can and keeps everything in order. As she has been busy eversince she was young, she looks older than she really is. Her face is wrinkled, her hair becomes silver white, but she works as hard as ever. Often she says to us, "work while you work, play while you play. If you do not work, you will become lazy and of no use to society." What piece of good advice this is! We must worth it well and always keep it in our mind.

There are seven people in my family, my father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, brother, sister and me.

Grandpa is a kind old man. He sends me to school, whether its windy or rainy. I didnt finish my homework. When grandpa has been in the gate I had finished my homework.

My father was a busy big boss. Once I didnt finish my homework. I told my grandpa that he had finished writing. When my father checked my homework with my brother that night, my father hit me for second days. My father apologized to me. I knew my father couldnt beat me.

My mother is a good person, he hurts me, every time my father hit me, but my mother, but she will help me find the wrong, let me know her fathers intentions.
