我的家乡是赣榆，这个地方美丽极了——山多、水也多！可以称得上是连云港的一颗璀璨、耀眼的明珠。为此，我诚恳的邀请各位朋友到赣榆玩。下面，我就以一位主人的身份，向大家介绍我美丽的家乡。赣榆这个地方舒适极了！这儿青山绿树环绕。现在正值初夏，如果你现在来的话，就不必担心骄阳把你的皮肤晒黑。因为这里的树非常的多，连绵不绝，所以阴凉地也特别多。在绿荫下乘凉，你不但不会感到热，反而会感到心旷神怡、神清气爽，整个人看起来精神抖擞。这里的著名景点也有很多。远的不说，就说近的吧：青口生态园、海德公园、河滨公园等。这里，我我就简单的介绍一下生态公园吧，走进生态公园，你会看到有许多好玩的游戏：碰碰车、旋转木马、恐怖城等。其中，最为吸引人的是恐怖城了，走在里面，你会看到有许多的“鬼”，他们都张着血盆大口，眼睛里都冒着火，还有许多血从他们的眼睛里流下来。总而言之，非常恐怖。这些游戏都很惊险、刺激，在你的记忆里都会成为抹不掉的美好回忆。这儿离因为靠海近，所以海鲜是肯定少不了的，海鲜已成为人们到这来的一大目的。当你来到海边，就可以看见清澈的海面，连绵见底的海面，连海底的鱿鱼沙石都看的一清二楚。现在这里一排生机勃勃的景象，再回想七八年前的赣榆，这简直就形成了一个鲜明的对比！

那时光秃秃的一片，荒无人烟，如果你七八年前来这里，肯定是一秒也不想多待。而现在呢？如果没有人们的辛勤劳动的劳动，也没有这几年来的大规模的植树造林，哪里有现在这繁荣、热闹的赣榆呢？赣榆的山美，水美，那么赣榆人民的心灵美不美呢？答案是：美！着碗里的山美、水美、赣榆人民的心灵更加美。如此，我就简单的举几个例子吧！例如：你家有事，垃圾没有人来倒，那么邻居就会帮助你把垃圾倒了；夏天，邻居家买了西瓜就会给你家送去一些。当然，这样的邻里之间互相帮助的例子数不胜数。但是，我举得两个例子最典型的例子足以说明了邻里之间的关系是多么的和谐，多么美好！亲爱的朋友们，你们听完了我的介绍是否动心了呢？那么就请你们快点来吧！我会带着赣榆人民的满腔热忱，热烈的欢迎你们的光临！

天水市位于甘肃东南部，自古是丝绸之路必经之地。境内四季分明，气候宜人，物产丰富，素有西北“小江南”之美称。 天水是中华民族和华夏文明的重要发祥地之一，史载人首蛇身的人类始祖伏羲和女娲，即出生于天水，故天水又称为“羲皇故里”、“龙的故乡”。

天水市历史悠久，历代人文荟萃，境内文物古迹众多，几乎每平方公里就有一处新石器时代的文化遗址。天水伏羲庙、卦台山，是海内外炎黄子孙朝宗拜祖的场所；秦安大地湾遗址，将5000年华夏文明延伸到8000年；武山水帘洞，洞内楼台、泉石、雕塑、画像一应俱全；甘谷大象山，拔地而起，巍峨壮观，山上有安详、宁静的大象山大佛；与麦积山毗邻的仙人崖，群峰对峙，是一处儒、释、道三教合一的游览胜地……还有与敦煌莫高窟、龙门石窟、云岗石窟并称为中国四大石窟的麦积山石窟，因该山状如堆积的麦垛而得名，并以其精美的泥塑艺术，险峻的洞窟著称于世。麦积山石窟塑像的大小与真人相若，有的交头接耳，有的低眉含嫣，有的俊俏活泼，形态栩栩如生，被誉为“东方塑像馆”。

天水是甘肃少有的山青水绿的地方，由麦积山石窟和小陇山、仙人崖、石门与曲溪等景点组成的麦积山风景名胜区，是国务院公布的第一批风景名胜区，区内重峦叠翠、山环水绕，兼具江南水乡的秀美和北国山川的雄奇，是理想的旅游胜地。

天水气候宜人，物产丰富。适宜多种粮食作物、经济作物和林果瓜菜生长，为全国十大苹果基地之一。天水特产主要有花牛苹果、秦安水蜜桃、北道板栗、甘谷辣椒等。

天水还有很多好吃的小吃。比如面皮、呱呱 和 凉 粉 等，特别是面皮，几乎每一个在天水生活或者说只呆过几天的人都会爱上这种别有风味的小吃，十几种美味调料和金黄的面皮搅拌在一起，真是让人垂涎欲滴。张川锅盔也很有名。

Great changes have taken place in my hometown for recent years.big department stores and factories are everywhere. Different kinds of cars and buses are running in the big streets.with the development of the society，The life of the us is greatly improved.

I used to live in a small house and small houese surround the whole city. the qaulity of our life is very low,people were always worried that they would have no money for using or they can not get what they like. we could seldom see any foreign tourists.

But now, with the support of the government . My hometown has developed quickly and has changed a lot.people are living in a rich and high quality society,almost each person has a car,the transportation is convinient,meanwhile. more and more high buildings are being built which brings our hometown a new look. many wonderful places have been opened up that attracts many tourists.

Also,the people in my hometown are getting busier, everywhere you can see peoples footprints.

I am very lucky because I have a happy family. There are three people in my family.They are Dad,Mum and I .

My father is a worker .He works in a factory near our school. He likes his work very much.In his spare time, he often goes fishing.Sometimes he likes watching TV at home. My mother is a farmer. She is very diligent and kind.She works hard on our farm every day.I am a middle school student. I am studying in No.5 Middle School . I am in Class Three, Grade One. I am very good at English , I love our school and teachers . I like oranges ,pears bananas and apples very much . I also like doing housework and watching TV. I love my Dad and Mum verymuch. They also love me, and are very strict with me .Sometimes ,I also teach them a little English. I am vey glad to have such a happy and warm family.

我很幸运，应为我有一个很快乐的家庭。我们家有三个人，就是我，我爸爸和妈妈。

我的父亲是一位工人，他就在我们学校附件的工厂工作，他十分热爱他的工作，闲暇时分，他喜爱钓鱼。有时他也喜欢在家看电视。我的母亲是一位农业劳作者，她十分勤奋，也很仁慈，她每天都在农场上辛勤劳作。我是一位中学学生，就读于第五中学一年级三班，我的英语很好，我爱我的学校和老师，我十分喜欢吃橙子，香蕉，梨子和苹果。我也喜欢做作业和看电视。我喜欢我的爸爸妈妈，他们也爱我，虽然他们对我很严厉，有时我还教他们几句英文，我因为有这样一个快乐温暖的家庭而开心!

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong

University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I

am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology

(NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During

the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among

the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I

got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission

test.

At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5%

in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is

given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer

Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the

ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university.

Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of

Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to

narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and

Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It

is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled

a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This

was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and

experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research

interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research

(especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid

system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

我家住在山东省烟台开发区美丽的海边，这里风景优美、物产丰富，各种海鲜产品应有尽有；宽阔的马路两边矗立着高楼大厦，商场、超市到处可见；独资、合资的高科技产品的工厂遍布全区。真是个人人向往的好地方。

春天花草发芽了，树木长出了嫩绿的叶子，樱桃、蜜桃、甜杏的花儿争奇斗艳，鸟儿在蓝天白云的空中飞舞，展现出一幅鸟语花香的景象。

夏天，习习的海风吹过脸颊，就会感到一丝丝地凉意，如果你能坐在茂密的大树下，吃上一块甜甜的西瓜，会从内心一直凉的全身，舒服极了。

秋天的田园里，一片丰收的景象。柿子树上挂满了红彤彤的柿子，像一个个小灯笼；一串串的葡萄像晶莹的珍珠垂挂在葡萄架下：大苹果有红的、绿的、黄的……农田里的庄稼都到了收获的时候。

冬天，大雪纷飞，一片片在空中飘落的雪花，就像数不清的银色蝴蝶飞舞，给山川、河流、房屋、树木披上了一层厚厚的银装，落光了叶子的树枝上，变成了亮晶晶的冰条子；四季长青的松柏树，成了一个个大雪球，美丽极了。

相信我的家乡明天会变得更加美好！我爱我的家乡。
