Two years ago, I like to eat instant noodles very much, the instant noodles smell so delicious, because there are tasty flavor in it. When my mother was not at home, I would buy the instant noodles, as the time went by, I found my skin became bad and I would not like to eat rice. My Father

There is always a brilliant image living in my heart. That is my dear father. Seen through the eyes of many other people, father seems to be a very ordinary person. But he is quite extraordinary in my eyes, I have never lost my wonder at his good-personalities such as diligence, devotion, care, optimism ever since my childhood.Being a farmer, father works very hard in the fields all the year round. Everyone has a dream.

Now I want to say something about my dream. What is my dream? I often ask

myself. In my mind, everyone shall have his own dream. I think that having a

dream means that we have an idea, and then we will do all the things to achieve

My dream is to become a successful doctor, helping those sick people and

考拉小巫有字幕组的经历，我认为这可能是她英语突飞猛进的一个关键因素。她在做电影字幕，很多时候有听译，听译实际上我们平时的听写是差不多的，而且字幕是要见人的，所以从头到尾容不得一点马虎，可以说，考拉小巫在强迫自己一次一次做高强度听写+理解输出。而且在听译这么多电影的过程中，她一定大量有反复听同一电影的经历。所以，她被她嚼烂了的电影的量，甚至高过一部分人泛读的量。精听精读是提高技能的一个关键步骤，如果她精听的量超过了普通人精读的量，那么我们有理由相信，她至少在接收信息这一方面，有了很大的提高。

就开始擦镜子了。等我完成了所有的工作，已经过去两个小时了。我非常地累，但是看着被我擦得干净闪亮的镜子，我感到很开心。说实话，我在家里从来没有做过像这样的事情，所以，这对我来说是一次新的体验，这也让我体会到了父母的艰辛。

This morning, my father took me to school by bike. I sat at the back of the

bike, eating a banana. After I ate it up, I threw the skin onto the street

randomly.

今天早晨，爸爸骑车带我去上学。我坐在后车座上，吃着香蕉。吃完后，我顺手将香蕉皮扔到了街上。

No sooner had I done this than I realized that I had done something bad to

our environment. And maybe someone would step on it and tumble over. I must pick

it up. Thinking of these, I asked father to stop. I jumped off the bike and ran

back to pick up the banana skin and threw it into a roadside dustbin. Seeing

this, father praised me and I felt very happy.

我马上意识到我的所作所为破坏了我们的环境，或许有人会踩在上面而跌倒，我必须把它拾起来。想到这些，我让爸爸停车。我跳下自行车，跑回去拾起香蕉皮，并扔到了路边的垃圾箱里。看到这些，爸爸表扬了我。我感到很高兴。

In future I will protect the surroundings more consciously and think more

about others.

将来我要更自觉地保护周围的环境，更多地为他人着想。

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

world.

减肥的第一天

I went to my new house to my room. It is very big and beatiful. I will use

a blue wardrobe and a blue bookcase. I saw a big bed and there was a blue sheet

on it, I really liked them, because my favorite color is blue. But my desk was

brown. In fact, I like brown, too. And there were many pet dogs and pet bears.

They were cute, really eute. I loved them very much.
