暑假英语读后感：格列佛游记20篇

从小到大，我读过很多很多版本的西游记，第一次读时，纯粹是喜欢里面有趣的内容，后来再读，就对书中的一些主要人物有了一些看法。

我最喜欢的是孙悟空，喜欢他的善良、调皮、勇敢、机灵，法力无边，对天神说话的直率，打妖怪时的执着，尤其是在三打白骨精那一集，对兄弟、猴子猴孙的那份友情。通常都是悟空先发现妖怪的。

四人中最忠厚老实的是沙僧，一心想取真经，保护唐僧，令我敬配不已。

说到老猪——猪八戒，说起他的本事，比孙悟空差远了，更谈不上有什么光辉事迹，便这个形像刻画得非常好。猪八戒是喜剧形象，他憨厚老实，有力气，也敢跟妖魔鬼怪作斗争，是孙悟空的得力助手。但他也有满身的坏毛病：好吃懒做、好占小便宜，怕困难，常常打退堂鼓。

书中写唐僧师徒四人经历了九九八十一难，让些困难让我联想到了他们四人的执着，不畏艰险，锲而不舍的精神，这是一种值得我们学习的精神。再想想我，遇到困难，就半途而废，做事情，虎头蛇尾，我不禁羞愧无比，当时为什么不能像唐僧师徙一样坚持到底呢?这也许就是我所缺少的，只要能把一件事情从头到尾，不管我最后是成功还是失败，只要我尽力去做了，这对我来说也是一种成功啊!因为我去做了，而且还坚持到了最后。在读了西游记后我明白了一个道理只有坚持自己的信念才能成功。

这个冬天，我看了《格列佛游记》，收获颇丰，现在来分享一下它的内容和我的感想。这本书的主人公是莱缪尔·格列佛，他从十四岁开始在英国与荷兰的大学中念书，后来以外科医生的身份到船上工作。一次，他乘的船不幸在塔斯马尼亚岛遇难，他漂流到利立浦特岛上。岛上居民身高竟然都只有六寸左右!可以想像在岛上的生活很奇特。回家两个月后，他再次起航，很不幸，他们又遇上了风暴，这次到达的竟是巨人岛。船员们下船寻找淡水，格列佛独自参观这个岛。那里的居民身高有六十尺!接着，他又展开了第三次航行遇到了海盗，海盗将他放在独木舟上自生自灭，后来他漂流到了飞岛国，那是个与世隔绝的世界，人们的观念非常封闭。在岛上住了五年六个月后，他回到了大陆。格列佛最后航行到一个叫慧骃国的地方，那里的主人是马，是具有高度的智慧、自制力和礼节的马。在那个世界里，没有贪婪，没有欺骗，没有战争，没有陷害，就像生存在幻境中似的。他们就是慧骃族。他们圈养一种叫做“耶胡”的人形怪物，让他们为自己劳作。因为人类的外形酷似野胡，又从格列佛口中得知人类有一些他们所不可理喻的“撒谎”、“贪婪”等邪

恶行径，所以慧骃族的首领对人类十分排斥。在岛上生活了一阵子后，他就被首领放逐了。在海上漂泊之时，格列佛被一个商人救起，最后终于回到了英国。但是回到家中后，格列佛因为已经习惯了慧骃族良好的品质，而不能容忍家人的气味，便买了两匹马，天天与他们谈心，安度晚年。

在读这本书之前，我就已经被它深深地吸引了。小人国、大人国、飞岛国、慧咽国，格列佛去过的这几个岛国和那些独特的文化引起了我浓厚的兴趣。我也喜爱旅行，读着读着，仿佛我自己也置身于那些奇风异俗之中，随着作者的经历或喜或惊，或乐或悲。作者生动的描述经常让我忍俊不禁，反复阅读，不能罢手。

然而，看完之后，我觉得这本书不仅仅内容引人入胜的，更是针砭时弊，讽刺了当时英国的现状。并且用不同的角度来阐述人类和动物的关系，如慧咽国里把马作为高等动物，而人是低等动物，从这个特别的角度来提醒人们不能和耶胡一样粗俗、无礼。书中多次用人(马)或物来暗指当时英国的情况。作者用心良苦，希望人们看完他的书后能够多思考，并引以为戒，避免重蹈覆辙。

《格列佛游记》讲述的是英国船医格列佛因海难等原因流落到小人国、大人国、飞岛国以及慧骃国等地的经历。

小人国里的一切都非常小，他们对于格列佛就像玩具一样。大人国恰好相反，格列佛就好像他们的“宠物”一样为他们表演，逗他们开心，还要提心吊胆，以防被弄死。小人国和大人国不仅大小相反，心胸也不同，小人国连年征战，尔虞我诈;大人国民风淳朴，对英国的历史、制度和现状有着很多疑问。第三卷通过介绍再飞岛国等五岛的经历，体现了现代科技有着很大的问题。第四卷更加奇怪，在慧骃国里人兽互相颠倒，没有金钱、军队和警察，马有着高尚的心灵，而野胡则是邪恶的生物。格列佛在那里学到了很多，他越来越厌恶人类社会的种种恶行，对人类社会做了无情的鞭鞑。

我最喜欢的是第四卷，他批判了人性深处的丑陋和人类社会的血腥，而在慧骃国里，他们都没有欺骗、杀人放火、抢劫一类的字眼，格列佛光是让他们明白这些词的意思就花了好大功夫。他们的社会充满了友爱、和睦，人人都很善良，厌恶邪恶，这就是人们想象中的“世外桃源”吧。

这本书的作者对社会的丑陋做了无情的鞭鞑和讽刺，对人性和社会有着自己的见解，表达了他为世界担忧的感情。

《西游记》是我国四大名著之一，里面的经典人物在许多人童年的时候就伴随他们成长。它在八零年代被翻拍成电视剧，更是成了家喻户晓的一部神话小说。这部小说主要讲述了唐僧师徒四人历经九九八十一难，在西天取得真经，修成正果的故事。主要人物是优柔寡断的唐僧、敢爱敢恨的孙悟空、好吃懒做的猪八戒和忠厚诚实的沙和尚。

它根据真实历史改编，增添了神话元素，使其成为最优秀的神话小说之一。唐太宗时，玄奘，也就是书中的唐僧，从长安出发，历尽艰难险阻，最后到达天竺，在此地学习，后返回长安，带回佛经657部。后来，唐僧西天取经的故事在民间广为流传。吴承恩正是在这民间神话的基础上，完成了这部文学巨作。

《西游记》中人物众多，要说最喜爱的人物是哪个，相信许多人首选会是孙悟空。孙悟空的身上具备着许多良好品质，武功高强，果敢机智，嫉恶如仇，面对困难不屈不挠，勇于拼搏等等。同时，他又性子刚烈，调皮好动，是当时封建社会的反抗者。在他的身上发生了许许多多的精彩故事，其中令我印象最深刻的，是《三打白骨精》这一回。

白骨精三次伪装成人形，企图吃到唐僧的长生不老之肉，但都被孙悟空识破，打回原形。而此时，好色的猪八戒却因为孙悟空“打死”了这个“美丽女子”产生了不满，向唐僧胡乱说明，不知道事情缘由的唐僧气的念起了紧箍咒，无论孙悟空如何解释，唐僧都不听，最后竟然还要与悟空断绝师徒关系。悟空无奈，回到了花果山。后来，唐僧遇难，悟空心系师父安慰，前去营救，最终又回到了西天取经的队伍。

当唐僧不听悟空解释并要断绝关系的时候，他却将委屈埋在心底，不计前嫌的去挽救师傅的生命，可见他对唐僧的一片真心。

孙悟空的这种知恩图报，不计较的精神值得大家学习。同时在学习中，我们也应该奋发图强，面对挫折迎难而上。就像孙悟空的扮演者六小龄童所说：

“苦练七十二变，笑对八十一难!”

I’d never given much thought to how I would die. But dying in the place of someone I love seems like a good way to go. ” When reading such moving words, I am completely absorbed in this splendid novel --- Twilight. The person who had said such moving words was a 17-year-old girl --- Bella, who was a high school student. After reading the whole novel, what impresses me most is not the mysterious vampires family, but the kindhearted and brave girl --- Bella. Bella was a 17-year-old girl who has experienced her parents’ divorce. In order not to be an obstacle to her mother’s happiness with her stepfather, Bella firmly chose to move into a new city --- Forks to live with her father. Even though she knew that what was waiting for her was the new and strange circumstance, Bella still decided to face all of them fearlessly, which makes me know that Bella is a really thoughtful and considerate girl.

As a matter of fact, Bella was just an ordinary human girl who would grow old as time went by and die one day, but Edward was an immortal vampire who had an exceptional and unique strength of reading people’s minds. Actually, some people may wonder why Edward would fall in love with such a delicate human girl, while others may hold a doubtful attitude towards their love story. However, to my mind, I strongly believe that Bella and Edward can lead a happy life. About one thing I am absolutely positive, they can lead a happy life and they needs to confront with various of hardships and setbacks. But why am I so positive about their love story? Let me have an analysis!

Bella is a kindhearted and independent girl who never goes with tide. She always sticks to her own way of doing everything. On her first day to school, Edward came across with Bella, and at that moment Edward could not move his eyes on Bella at his first sight on her. I clearly know that it was Bella’s unique and special character that drew Edward’s attention. In Edward’s mind, Bella was a natural girl with a kind heart. After several days’ struggle, Edward could not prevent himself from caring about her and loving her though he knew perfectly well that it would be a fateful and deadly thing for a vampire to fall in love with a human girl. From this, it can be seemed that what a charismatic and glamorous girl Bella was.

When Edward said to Bella, “I don’t have the strength to stay away from you forever.” I know, Edward had already been loving Bella deeply.

When Bella answered “I’ll be with you forever, Edward.” I can realize their love has already been surpassed human in human’s innermost feelings.

When Edward said, “You don’t know how long I’ve waited for you, Bella” I know, Bella is the most suitable one for him, only with Bella can Edward gains the real happiness.

When Edward swore, “You’re my life now, Bella.” I think all the lovers will be overwhelmed by such impressive words at that moment, as well as I. I know, from then on, Edward would move heaven and earth to protect Bella. There is no doubt that Bella is happy when being with Edward.

To be honest, Twilight is the best romance novel that I’ve ever read. There is no much flourish in it, but there are lots of touching and thrilling plots between Edward and Bella. I still remember every time Bella was in danger, Edward could helped her out in time, which made Bella feel so grateful and become interested in him gradually.

There was a time when Bella was on her way home from a bookstore alone, suddenly a gang of ruffians molested her, Bella felt helpless and hopeless. Fortunately, Edward appeared as a hero and rescued the beauty, Bella. At that moment, I couldn’t help praising, that Edward was such a thoughtful gentleman who cares about the person he loves at any time. No wonder Bella would love him.

Then when Edward told Bella he had a super strength that he could read every person’s mind except Bella’s one. You can not imagine that, Bella’s first reaction to it was --- “Is there something wrong with me?” Hearing that, Edward smiled and said, “I tell you I can read minds, and you think there is something wrong with you.” At that time, Edward knew Bella was a kind girl indeed, who would not be worried and scared when hearing such unusual truth, but just try to find the mistakes of herself.

Once Edward took Bella to his home to meet his family members, instead of being afraid, Bella asked Edward what if his families didn’t like her. Edward was so surprise to hear that and said to Bella, “you are worried not because you’ll be in a house full of vampires, but because you think they won’t approve of you? ” Then, I know, Bella has never treated Edward as a different kind. May I ask, how can Edward refuse such a kind and lovely girl. When Edward took Bella to fly through the forest in his amazing speed, I think no more girls can refuse such a romantic man.

Bella pursued the true love belong to her bravely, while Edward was giving all his love to the one he loved. I know this is love.

All in all, romantic love always has a happy ending. When Bella went through life and death, when Edward experienced the cruel ordeal, seeing they were dancing romantically at last, I can say their love will be going on.

I have recently read Battle Hymn of Tiger Mother published by The Penguin Press in 2011. This autobiography was written by the Chinese American woman Amy Chua, a tenured professor in Yale Law School. She causes a sensation because her strict but unique parenting which brings excellent performance of her two daughters.

This autobiography tells the course of Amy Chua how she raised the two daughters in Chinese parenting way. It is divided into three parts. At the first part, it gives some introductions of the two daughters, the family. And in the second and third parts, the writer tells more details in the process of raising her two different daughters and the difficulties she was confronted in the process, and most importantly the success the daughters achieved in music which brought Amy Chua pride as well as the whole family.

To some extent, I don’t like Amy’s parenting in some aspects. In my opinion, she deprived the nature of children and pushed too much pressure on their children, especially on Lulu who was under the shadow of her excellent elder daughter—Sophia. While I was reading the third part in the rebellion part, I couldn’t control my own emotion, I felt what Lulu felt and even hated against her selfish and autocratic mother. I couldn’t understand why Amy didn’t let Lulu get up from sit, for water, not even to go to the bathroom when Lulu just wanted a rest during the long hours’ practice of violin. She made Lulu practice violin all day during the family’s vacation abroad. She spoiled the vacation by letting the other family members waiting the practice. She was unreasonable.

But next what I do is to admire her.

There is an old Chinese saying “property can never last for three generations”。 But Amy Chua did change it! Her parents came to U.S and suffered a tough life at the very beginning. They taught Amy math and piano in an extreme strict way when she was a kid. Under the influence of her parents, now Amy is frugal and pretty strict with her daughters and herself. They are the valuable points of her. Although she is so extreme on her parenting, she has the advisable ideas that the parents and the parents to be to learn.

Firstly, as parents, they couldn’t ignore their children and put all focus on their job. There is no excuse for not concerning their children. Except supervising her daughters, Amy Chua has to give lessons in university, write books and handle the family chores. She is so busy, but she doesn’t ignore the daughters.

Secondly, parents should be strict with their children especially when they are kids because kids lack of self-control. They should not indulge their children in internet or sleepovers.

Thirdly, parents should master some skills in parenting. As a matter of fact, there are so many Chinese parents who are strict with their children with no avail of success. Success can’t be totally copied, because some parents ignore the skills in parenting. When their children don’t follow their will or perform well enough to satisfy them, they will lose their temper and even beat their children, yes, of course, Amy Chua will be mad but she won’t beat her daughters, in this condition, she will be sober and wait until her daughters perform well enough. She learnt some music knowledge in her children’s class and supervised them patiently. She knew where to correct the mistakes and gave the children extraordinary success.

Tiger mother aroused a big heat in parenting and threw such an important issue for us to think about. Battle Hymn of Tiger Mother gives us really some enlightenment. Anyway, that’s a really unique experience in reading this book.

人人都知道湖南有一个地方，那就是美丽迷人、风景秀丽的张家界了!张家界位于湖南省西部，地貌奇特、高山耸立，是武陵源有名的旅游胜地。我曾两次来过这儿，领略过这儿的风景。

这次趁着暑假，我和爸爸妈妈又自己驾车到了张家界，一进入张家界就让我感触到了大自然的气息，这儿的空气像滤过一样，特别新鲜，这儿的花儿争妍斗艳，特别的美丽，这儿的小鸟在天空中无忧无虑地飞翔。这样的美景，与这儿的一切浑然一体，给人梦一般的感觉。

我们首先开车去了金鞭溪，沿着金鞭溪漫步，阳光明媚、满目青翠，我穿的白色T恤都映成了淡淡的绿色。流水潺潺，伴着声声鸟语，走着走着，忽然感到一阵清凉。微风吹过，阵阵花香让我不由得停下来细细的品位。在清澈见底的碧水中，鱼儿欢快地游动嬉闹，红、白、绿各色的鹅卵石在水中闪亮。阳光透过林隙在水面洒落班驳的影子，让人们忘却了学习的辛苦、工作的繁忙，陶醉在这美景中。

来到天门山山脚，向上望去，远方是灰蒙蒙的一片，天门山好象披上了一层美丽的白纱，若隐若现，给人一种“不识庐山真面目”的神秘感觉。接着我们坐上索道，索道的落差真大，支架都建在悬崖峭壁上，真是荡气回肠、气势冲天!听导游说这条索道运用了世界上最先进的技术，工人师傅真是能工巧匠啊!坐在索道上观看周围的山，奇峰屹立、山势峻峭、高入云际，一座连着一座，可谓变化无穷啊!几分钟后我们到达了山顶，云雾景象十分壮观，奔涌的云雾形成瀑、涛、浪多种形态，连绵浩瀚，波澜壮阔，美极了!再看看周围的山峰和山脚，真是“一览众山小”啊!

张家界美景，看不完，颂不完，迷人的张家界，一个让人流连忘返的人间仙境!

今天，我读了一本感动的好书，书名是《爸爸放暑假》，他是李光福先生所作。描述一个五年级的小女孩，她有着一个温馨的家庭，本来爸爸都很忙碌，但有一天他竟然不上班了！原来爸爸为了要让全家过得快乐一点，不愿把自己生病的事实告诉家人，还帮小女孩咏玲庆生、带全家去爸妈相识相恋的地方…… 等。

但是真相大白后，虽然咏玲全家都很悲伤，但他们还是相信最后一点希望的光芒，可惜她的爸爸还是逃不过死神的召唤，安详的过世了。

看完这本书，我早已潸然泪下，因为——“我们没办法决定生命的长度，但相信短暂的生命若将热力集中燃放，也有聚焦的的魅力；而活着的每个当下，都该蕴含着长远的希望与无尽的爱。”也许你健健康康活在这个世界上，我们大家都不懂得珍惜生命的可贵，直到有天，突然被宣告生命将尽，我们才悬念着此生是否活得闪 亮？惊心于即将失去活着得种种美好，而后悔不已，并且会想挽救，想追回，但一切的一切都已经来不及了。

“世界因为生命而可爱！活着，我们可以做许多想做的事、有意义的事；如果轻忽了自己的生命，以自杀的方式来结束，只会留下更多的遗憾！也不是正当的方式，更不是解决问题的好方法。”

这本书激励我成长、珍爱生命。所以，活着真好！希望大家都能热爱生命，爱自己也爱别人！

在暑假里，我读了《格列佛游记》，可只是这一读，我被这本书完全吸引住了!

《格列佛游记》是爱尔兰作家——乔纳森·斯威夫特的一部杰出的讽刺小说，出版两个多世纪以来，被翻译成几十种语言，在世界各国广为流传。作者运用了讽刺影射的手法，反映了18世纪前半期，英国的社会矛盾，揭露了当时统治集团的贪腐和罪恶，并抨击了侵略战争和殖民主义。尽管是对宫廷和政治家的讽刺，但作品却超越了它的时代和地方的局限，尤其是前面的那两个部分，被认为是文学的伟大宝库之一!

《格列佛游记》叙述的是主人公——里梅尔·格列佛的四次航海经历，格列佛四次航行，第一次他遇到了暴风雨，暴风吹翻了航船，格列佛飘到了利立浦特(小人国)后来逃出，回到了英国;第二次格列佛又出门航行，又遇上了暴风，于是格列佛与船员想在一座小岛上抛锚，格列佛一人划着救生艇准备靠岸，当他呼叫同伴时，同伴竟被一个巨人追赶抛弃了格列佛，后来格列佛走上小岛，被巨人捉住。最后逃出。第三次，格列佛在航行时遇上了海盗，并被海盗抛弃到一个小岛上去，在那里，格列佛遇到了飞行岛，这里的人相貌异常，衣饰古怪，整天沉思默想。离开该国后，格列佛来到印度，然后乘船回到英国。第四次，格列佛在航行时遇到了水手叛乱，被放逐到慧骃国，这儿马是该国有理性的居民和统治者。在那里，格列佛被称为他们那里的一种畜牲——“野胡”，格列佛的举止言谈在"慧駰"国的马民看来是一只有理性的"列胡"。

在"慧骃"各种美德的感化下，格列佛一心想留在"慧骃"国。然而"慧骃"国决议要消灭那里的列胡。所以格列佛的愿望无法实现。无奈之下，格列佛只好乘小船离开该国打道回府。

读完这本书，我也希望自己能到小人国去看一看，如果我到了那里，我会帮助小人国的居民盖房子，如果哪里有犯罪者，我会立马跑过去捉拿他，我相信，在我和小人国居民的共同努力下，他们的国家会越来越繁荣!

《格列佛游记》不但给了我知识，还让我体验了一个个奇妙世界，也使我懂得了一个深刻的道理。这本书，没白读!

《西游记》是我国四大名著之一，是一部老少皆宜的作品。其中充满了离奇，精彩的神话故事，每每读起《西游记》，老是会情不自禁地融入那精彩的情节之中。我曾经一遍又一遍地看那令人着迷的电视连续剧《西游记》。而最近，我把《西游记》一书认真地看了一遍，才真正领略到《西游记》的文字所带来的魅力。

《西游记》以孙悟空、猪八戒和沙和尚保护唐僧去西天取经为线索，一路上跟妖魔鬼怪和险恶的环境作斗争，经历了九九八十一难，最终取得真经的故事。《西游记》这部名着主要体现了想要办成一件大事，必须大家齐心协力，团结一致才能成功。我们知道神通广大的齐天大圣孙悟空，不仅会七十二般变化，还有一双火眼金睛，能够分辨人妖，所以，孙悟空善于降妖捉怪，斩邪除魔，为西天取经立下了汗马功劳。但是，如果没有诚信憨厚，善长水性的沙和尚助阵，孙悟空在水中捉妖也就不那么顺利了。猪八戒力大无比是孙悟空捉妖的好帮手，唐僧虽不懂人情世故，但他始终以慈悲为怀，感动了苍天，最终历经千辛万苦，带领徒弟们，终于取得了真经。

其中，孙悟空被压在五指山的情景最让我感动，他并非抗拒，努力的等待着他师傅来救他，不管是春夏还是秋冬，是干旱还是下雨，他依然等着，等着，有一天，唐僧他终于来了，把孙悟空从石缝里救了出来。在这件事中，让我读懂了：坚持就是胜利。

在《西游记》中，最为精彩的是“孙悟空三打白骨精”，只见孙悟空用火眼金睛一看，就知道了妖怪的计谋，一棍打跑了妖怪。唐僧居然以为孙悟空在伤害生命，所以把他赶回花果山。但是等唐僧被妖怪抓走后，猪八戒去花果山向孙悟空求救的时候，他毫不犹豫地答应了，最后唐僧获救了。是啊，我们应该学习孙悟空的那种不计较，知恩途报的精神。在我们的学习生活中也应该像他们那样齐心协力，团结一致。这样才能取得胜利。比如：有一次，我们学校要选3名同学去参加县里的科技比赛，结果我也被选中了，我和其他两名同学每天下午都去办公室练习，每当遇到困难，我们就一起商量，然后想办法去解决。一但有做的不好的地方就提出来，加以修改，结果在比赛的时候获得了三等奖。这另我们十分开心。

《西游记》这本书对我的启发很大，它让我明白了做人要有坚强的意志和宽容别人的精神，以及应齐心协力，团结一致。

《西游记》里的故事充满了离奇，当然是很精彩的。在我读起西游记时，会情不自禁地融入其中。

在小时候，自己才五六岁时，特别喜欢看《西游记》的电视剧，想起来，好像有看了二三遍了。小时候，总问妈妈：“我是从哪来的?”可妈妈总说我是从石头里蹦出来的。我想，大概每个人都听过这样的答案吧。当我看见孙悟空打败了妖怪，救出了唐僧。我心里很兴奋。为他欢呼;可当孙悟空被唐僧误会时，被逼回花果山，继续当齐天大圣，可当师弟，猪八戒，沙僧告诉孙悟空去救唐僧时，孙悟空也会去救唐僧。看到这里，我心里很难受，因为，我把孙悟空想象成了自己，慢慢融入其中了。

看到后面，知道了，唐僧、孙悟空、沙僧、猪八戒师徒四人经过九九八十一难终于成功了。虽然很艰苦，可就像我们成长的道路上布满了荆棘。最终，我们战胜了一个个难关，取得成功。“工夫不负有心人”这句话用在他们的身上，最合适不过了，我也明白了一个道理。只要不怕困难，要有坚持到底的决心，就会取得成功的。

我想到了我们了我们的学习，其实我们的学习就像取经，有着像孙悟空孙悟空、猪八戒、沙僧一样性格的人。比如，猪八戒，好吃懒做，做什么事都是马马虎虎。还有，沙僧，诚恳老实，踏踏实实的。有的还像孙悟空，活灵活现，足智多谋。而唐僧是心地善良，不会气馁的人。我们在学习方面都像唐僧、沙僧、孙悟空一样，有对学习的信念，一定能取得成功。

读了《西游记》，我深有感触。尤其是曲折离奇的情节和唐僧师徒稀奇古怪的经历让我印象深刻。

我在这个暑假一直在想《海底两万里》这本书里的怪物是什么?所以我到图书馆借了这本书。这本书的作者是：凡尔纳，法国人。我看了书的主要内容，讲的是：一八六六年，海洋中出现了一种不知名的怪物，阿隆纳克斯教授作为一名海洋动物的专家，随远征去剿灭怪物，不料却掉入海中，被怪物——一艘名为“鹦鹉螺”号的潜艇所救。于是，他和神秘的尼摩船长一起开始了一段惊险﹑神奇的海底旅行。他们登上从未有人到达过的南极;目睹了海底火山的喷发壮观景象以及凄惨的海底沉船;邻略了美丽而又充满危险的海底世界……

我喜欢书里的尼摩船长，因为他很冷静。有一次他们到达南极，被南极的冰堵住了前进的路。别人都慌啦，因为是整整一座冰山翻到下来，正好砸在正在水下行驶的“鹦鹉螺”号上，“鹦鹉螺”号的上下四周全是不可逾越的冰墙，他们被封锁了。在这样的处境中，要么被压死要么窒息而死。可是尼摩船长还是镇定自若，他命人对船体周围进行仔细地探测，决定凿冰。在这样危急的时刻，尼摩船长更显示了他的冷静与坚韧，他用精神的力量来抑制肉体的痛苦。按照船长的指示，通过大家的努力，“鹦鹉螺”号终于跃出了破碎的冰面。大家得救啦!

通过书里船长的种种事件，我对他是非常的崇拜。看了这本书，我觉得以后遇到事情我要向尼摩船长一样的冷静，镇定，坚强对待。

今年暑假,我读了美国著名作家海明威的小说“老人与海”。我非常佩服小说中高级的渔夫的意志,他让我明白一个人一定要有不屈不挠的精神,才可能获得成功。

这部小说描述一年近六十岁的高级渔夫,当独自一人去海上钓鱼,钓一条大鱼,其实没有拉。高级的渔夫社会化几天后鱼,才发现这是超过了自己的大马林鱼渔船几折,虽然知道很难取胜,但仍不放弃。后来又因大马林鱼伤口在几个成群的鲨鱼鱼鱼鱼腥味带来一阵食物,但老人还是不希望这样放弃,最终突出环绕,返回到大鱼带渔港,让其他渔夫不钦佩了。

I went to beijing to play during last summer holiday.

I went to Beijing more than eight times. Beijing is the capital of China. It’s a big city. I am very familiar with Beijing. It takes an hour and forty minutes from Nantong to Beijing by plane. There are many tall buildings in Beijing. It’s a modern city. My family visited the Great Wall, the Palace Museum, the Beihai Park, I went to the countryside of Beijing to go boating and fishing. It was very interesting. I went shopping in WangFuJing. I bought lots of souvenirs and other things. I like eating Beijing snacks. They are delicious. Don’t miss the Beijing Duck. It is really nice.

The trips helped me open my eyes. I enjoyed my day.

Oliver Twist one of the most famous works of Charles Dickens’ is a novel reflecting the tragic fact of the life in Britain in 18th century. The author who himself was born in a poor family wrote this novel in his twenties with a view to reveal the ugly masks of those cruel criminals and to expose the horror and violence hidden underneath the narrow and dirty streets in London. The hero of this novel was Oliver Twist an orphan who was thrown into a world full of poverty and crime. He suffered enormous pain such as hunger thirst beating and abuse. While reading the tragic experiences of the little Oliver I was shocked by his sufferings. I felt for the poor boy but at the same time I detested the evil Fagin and the brutal Bill. To my relief as was written in all the best stories the goodness eventually conquered devil and Oliver lived a happy life in the end. One of the plots that attracted me most is that after the theft little Oliver was allowed to recover in the kind care of Mrs. Maylie and Rose and began a new life. He went for walks with them or Rose read to him and he worked hard at his lessons. He felt as if he had left behind forever the world of crime and hardship and poverty. How can such a little boy who had already suffered oppressive affliction remain pure in body and mind? The reason is the nature of goodness. I think it is the most important information implied in the novel by Dickens-he believed that goodness could conquer every difficulty. Although I don’t think goodness is omnipotent yet I do believe that those who are kind-hearted live more happily than those who are evil-minded. For me the nature of goodness is one of the most necessary character for a person. Goodness is to humans what water is to fish. He who is without goodness is an utterly worthless person. On the contrary as the famous saying goes ‘The fragrance always stays in the hand that gives the rose’ he who is with goodness undoubtedly is a happy and useful person. People receiving his help are grateful to him and he also gets gratified from what he has done and thus he can do good to both the people he has helped and himself.

主人公格列佛是个英国外科医生，后升任船长，受过良好教育，为自己的祖国而自豪，爱为祖国打抱不平。并且在职业和政治两方面似乎都颇有见识，但他本质上其实一个平庸的人，而作者斯威夫特正是利用了主人公的这种局限达到了最充分的讽刺效果。其中他到小人国和大人国的历程给我留下的印象极其深刻。格列佛对这两个国家的态度形成了分外鲜明的对比。在小人国，国民是他身体的十二分之一。格列佛仗着自己身体优势，神气十足得意扬扬，每天都狠狠灌下一大堆食物，却不知道这些食物够那里的国民吃几个星期啊。小人们十分畏惧他，让他吃饱喝足却又暗中利用他和邻国开战。站在小人们中间，格列佛仿佛成了一座巨人山……然而在大人国里却恰恰相反：大人国国民的身体是格列佛的12倍!他再也不敢得意了，在小人国里的那副神气跑到了九霄云外。低头哈腰，在那里是平常的事，因为只要有人把他拎起来轻轻一扔，那可就完蛋了!作者通过格列佛的历险暗讽当时的英国社会的政治。显然这是在说明，当时英国社会十分黑暗，作者以格列佛为例子，形象地写出了像格列佛这样的人对上级阿谀奉承、低眉顺眼;对部下却使权弄势、趾高气扬。在上级脚下他们点头哈腰，活像一只小宠物;可对待部下不屑一顾，以为自己成了巨人。这种人真应该遭到唾弃!

在《格列佛游记》这本书里，我切切实实地感受到了别样的讽刺手法，其中既有暗讽也有进行直接的讽刺。作者斯威福特的独特写作风格，在书中表现得淋漓尽致。读过这本书，我感到十分充实!

中国的四大名著家喻户晓，而其中最让我难忘的就是《西游记》了，每次翻开西游记，每个人物都栩栩如生，跃然纸上，每读一遍西游记都使我记忆犹新。

《西游记》这本书中我最喜欢的就是孙悟空，他经观音菩萨点化，跟随唐僧西天取经，一路上降妖除魔，伏虎擒龙，立下无数功劳，他不辞辛苦地照顾着师傅，即使被师傅误会，在唐僧遇到危险之时依旧不计前嫌地回来救师傅。这些都是孙悟空身上值得我们学习的优点。在书中，吴承恩塑造的孙悟空形象嫉恶如仇，神通广大，面对一切妖魔鬼怪都不会畏惧，永远都是一往无前的。孙悟空为了目标不懈奋斗，为了追求自由勇往直前，一直是我学习的榜样。

所有人都有自己的学习目标，在平时的学习生活中，对于老师布置的作业和任务，我总是不能竭尽全力。记得有一次，我遇到了一道很难的数学题，做完这道题我就可以休息了，但是我一直找不到解决的办法，我皱着眉头沉思了很久，不停地在纸上写写算算，尝试了好几种解题思路都得不出答案，正巧到了可以休息的时间，我已经产生了放弃的想法。在我一度想放弃的时候，我的余光扫到了书架上的《西游记》，孙悟空不懈努力奋斗的形象跃然眼前，和西行路上九九八十一难相比，我遇到的困难又算什么呢？想到这，我又静下心来重新审题，设了两个未知数，很快就得出了正确答案，一切问题迎刃而解。

我终于战胜了困难，更加明白了一个道理：只要竭尽全力，为了目标不懈努力就一定会成功。我们需要学习孙悟空这种不懈追求的精神，在我们的学习生活中，总是有这样那样的困难阻拦在前方。孙悟空炼丹炉中被火锤炼，五指山下被压百年，相比之下我面对的困难都不是问题，我要学习孙悟空不断努力的精神，不被外界的因素影响，为了目标不断努力，就终会尝到成功的喜悦。

My summer holiday of this year was very enjoyable.I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays with my grandparents.It is very beautiful there.There are green plants,clear rivers,lovely animals and kind people.I spent two weeks helping my grandfather do some farm work there.Besides,I helped the children in the neighborhoods with their lessons.I helped them read English to improve their spoken English.Their parents thanked me for this and thought highly of me.I realized that knowledge is greatly needed in the countryside.
