放暑假了，我和奶奶来到姑妈家过一个月，但奶奶因为有事就回家了，烧饭的“重担”就落在了姑妈的肩上，姑妈早上买完菜就上班去了。哥哥说姑姑很忙，我们要帮她分担一些“重担”。

吃完早饭，我和哥哥看到阳台上有一袋刚买回来的蔬菜还没的摘，我们就走过去准备大干一场了。袋子里的蔬菜还满多的，豇豆、青椒、蕉瓜、还有一个又肥又大的洋葱。我和哥哥一个搬了个小板凳，把蔬菜摊开就开始行动了。

我先把豇豆的精撕掉，再一节一节的摘下来，每节大概五厘米的样子。然后把他们放到篓子里面。要注意的是豇豆里面可能有虫子，要把有虫子的部分摘下来扔掉。接下来哥哥教我怎么给蕉挂去皮，弄明白之后，我就开始对蕉瓜下毒手了。我得把他那厚厚的绿皮给他脱掉，脱了外皮之后，里面还有一根根细丝，原来蕉瓜也是长头发的呀！想着想着，我就给他剃了个光头。就这样在我们不停忙碌中所有的菜都摘好了。

中午，姑妈下班回来夸奖了我们。吃着自己摘的菜，心里一阵阵的高兴，这些菜都是通过自己劳动摘出来的，这样既帮助了别人又开心了自己，一举两得！

过端午节，一定少不了粽子!今天，姐姐就在教我包粽子呢!你瞧。

做粽子一定要有准备的。原来，姐姐已准备好浸泡了3个小时的糯米，同时也买好了粽叶，这样准备就让我大吃一惊了。

我把米放在叶子里，可米全撒在了桌上，我生气极了。姐姐对我说：“你要把叶子做成一个三角形的样子，然后再把米放进去啊!”

于是，我按照姐姐说的步骤作了一遍，在米上按了按，咦?旁边那个盘子中间放的是什么?原来是肉馅哦!我在糯米中间挖了一个小洞洞，把肉馅弄成圆状，塞入糯米中，让它也加入糯米的行列中。可怎么封好呢?我看了眼姐姐，就明白了一切。

我把翘起来的一片叶子按下来，并用绳子用力的扎紧。成功啦!我按照前面的方法，包了好多个。现在就要下锅了，先是把水烧开，然后把粽子放下去。

过了一会儿，粽子煮好了。大家四人坐在桌子旁，吃起了粽子。

我把绳子解开，正想把叶子摘掉，可我一碰，就被烫着了。姐姐看了，哈哈的笑了起来。我吹着吹着，把让热气吹走了。我再次小心翼翼的将叶子掀开，吃起了自己亲手做的香喷喷的粽子来——白白胖胖的糯米中间，包着一团鲜汁可口的肉馅，放入口中，不油不腻，又有嚼劲，感觉太好了!

端午节就这么过去了，嘴里吃着自己亲手包的粽子，心里想着我国唐代诗人杜甫写的诗：宫衣亦有名，端午被恩荣。细葛含风软，香罗叠雪轻。自天题处湿，当暑着来清。意内称长短，终身荷圣情。

这真是一个快乐的端午节!

走进一个拱形的大门，就来到了小花园。

首先映入眼帘的是小路两旁的一排排的垂柳，他们像一个个婀娜多姿的少女，欢迎远道而来的客人。不远处的一块草坪上小朋友们正在捉蚱蜢，一扑，一跳，玩的多开心呀，像一只只活泼可爱的兔子!草坪上的小花也都挺直了腰，在清风的吹拂下频频点头，似乎在欢迎我们。远处的假山上，传来喜鹊动听地歌声。小路左边的池塘里，鱼儿们正在自由的嬉戏，这里就是他们的小天地。抬头仰望，蓝色的天空，白色的云朵，多美呀!小路的右边可以看到一口很漂亮很大的水缸，金色的外表，三角形的花纹。这是干什么用的呢?有的小朋友说:“是洗凉水澡用的”。 有的说:“是浇花用的”。可我想：应该是装饰品吧，反正不是司马光砸的那口缸。

小朋友的欢笑声，喜鹊地歌声，小溪的流水声，让我不想离开这了。

我的暑假三部曲

终于放暑假了，啊!真好!结束了一学期的辛苦学习生活后，我又开始了我的暑假生活了。

第一部曲——学习之歌到了暑假，我以为可以轻松一下，可妈妈却给我报了英语补习班，于是我每天都得上这个英语补习班，都给我烦死了。

到了补英语的学校后，老师给我们发了书后，我们就开始学习第一课Hi,English.当我读不到英语单词时，老师就叫了我们一个方法——把英文当成中文比如：change,这个单词，老师就叫我们把chang叫做嫦，e叫做娥，这样就会读了。渐渐的，我就爱上英语这门功课了。

第二部曲——玩耍之歌

在暑假里，也不能光学习，也要出去玩一下呀，于是，我，妈妈，爸爸，就一起回到了家乡——万和。

到了万和后，已经是十一点多了，我们就在舅母家吃了饭，吃了饭过后，爸爸就把钓鱼竿背起来去钓鱼，我也跟去了。爸爸在湖里钓鱼，我就在湖旁边的池塘里摘莲花，扯荷叶，我把荷叶中间的荷杆拔掉，然后我钻进去，这样一来，荷叶就成了我的裙子了。

第三部曲——预习之歌

妈妈说：“把六年级上册的书借来看看吧，早点预习早点懂。”于是，我就向比我大的朋友借来了六年级上册的书，我在家看呐看呐，终于看懂了一点，但有的还不会，我就上网去查题目......

过了十几天后，我终于把一本书预习完了，这是我的暑假生活也快结束了。

现在的我，渴望上学......

一年一度的暑假开始了。我已经想好了一个暑假计划，暑假计划如下：

我打算八点起床，在暑假里做一只“小懒猪”，多睡一会儿。起床之后洗脸、刷牙、吃早饭。

吃完早饭后，我就开始做作业，做十页暑假作业本，写十张纸。写作文一篇。有时会记下今天的趣事，写成一篇日记，一周的话，是写一篇周记。日记二百个字左右。周记就多了，至少是日记的二倍——四百个字左右。不写好决不去干另外的事情。作业做完以后，我就开始了……

自由活动，自由活动可以是跳绳;可以是打排球;可以是看课外书，也可以是画画……当然我最喜欢的是看书。高尔基曾说过书是人类进步的阶梯。所以我喜欢看书，特别是好书。

自由活动后吃中饭。

吃完中饭后我开始看电视。和她来一个“亲密接触”。看电视时，一定嘴里要吃一点东西，不然一点也不爽。

Confucius-commemorating rituals are equally crucial. We should make our utmost

efforts to preserve intangible heritages because, without their physical form of

existence, they are in greater risk of extinction.

According to UNESCO’s Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible

Cultural Heritage (2003), all forms of social customs and habits, folklore,

performing arts, rituals, oral traditions, festivals, traditional crafts and

various knowledge and practices about nature and universe can be classified as

intangible cultural heritages. As a country consisting of a great diversity of

ethnic groups and with time-honored history and civilization, China abounds in

intangible cultural heritages. Cultural heritages connect modern people with the

historical past, allowing them to acquire a cultural and historical identity.

Without cultural heritages, we would be rendered absolutely rootless and we

would find it hard to cope with challenges at present and in the future.

However, the modernization process poses mounting threats to intangible

heritages. Many people have a blind faith in the latest electronic devices. It

is also pathetic to see elderly people in possession of such legacies pass away

without transmitting them to the younger generation. Faced with those

challenges, we should both preserve and renovate our ancestral heritages so that

we can help contribute to the cultural diversity of the world and return to our

暑假的一天早上，吃过早饭，妈妈说，今天中午三妈请我们一家吃饭，让我和妹妹穿好衣服。不一会儿，我和妹妹换好了衣服，妈妈开着车带我们出门了。

到了饭店后，我们一家来到了包间。看见了三妈一家及小叔一家都在，我们六个小孩一见面，就唧唧咋咋的在一起说笑。妈妈说，我们几个小孩就像一群疯子似的。

饭后，妈妈带我和妹妹去了万达儿童乐园，这里有很多小朋友都在玩耍。我和妹妹开始加入了小朋友的天堂，开始玩蹦蹦床、滑滑梯、荡秋千、骑木马等。不一会儿，我和妹妹都玩出汗了，整个乐园非常热闹，我们一点儿也不感觉到累。我感觉今年的中秋节过得特别开心。

在回家的路上，妹妹在车上睡着了，妈妈说我今年三年级了，要玩就玩个痛快，要学就学个踏实。我一定做个还孩子，好好成长，好好学习。

在炎热的暑假里，我学会了游泳，真叫我难忘。因为在炎热的夏暑，泡在凉爽爽的水中，又轻松又快乐。所以妈妈就给我报了一个游泳兴趣班，让我去学游泳。我高兴得蹦了起来。

第一次来到游泳馆里，我既紧张又兴奋，妈妈帮我穿好了游泳衣。学游泳的同伴，小朋友一个个就像一群快乐的小鸭子一样高兴地叫唤着。教练吹了一声长长的口哨，我们全部集合站好了队伍，排成一排，在教练的指挥下做起伸展运动。这是下水前活动身体，使肌肉放松的一种运动。接着我们就下水学换气了。看见我前前后后的伙伴纷纷下了水，我平静了一下紧张的情绪，扶着栏杆，小心翼翼地向水里滑去，我还没站好，人就像漂了起来，站不稳，手一松，整个人就掉进了水中。我急忙伸手乱抓，刚想大叫一声，一张嘴，水就向自己口里涌了进去。我好不容易站稳了脚，从水里伸出头，大口地呼着气，又觉得心里闹心，嘴一张，哇哇地吐了几口脏水，别人看见我这样都哈哈大笑。教练过来了说：“别紧张，以后多练习就习惯了。”打这以后我天天坚持到游泳馆，练习每一个动作，手臂痛了，腿蹬酸了，腰累得直不起来，有时候，我真的想不学了，但在爸爸妈妈的引导下，我都没有停止练习。就这样过了一个多月，我不仅学会了自由泳，还学会了蛙泳呢!

教练让我们小伙伴一起比赛，我拼命地往前游，我得了第十三名，但我很高兴，从不会到会，我战胜了许多困难，取得了成功。

每当我想起自己学游泳的事，我都会很开心，这件事让我明白了：“世上无难事，只要肯登攀。”这句话的真正意义，让我很有成就感。

The Lunar New Year occasion to the Chinese people. It lasts about the first

What’s more, English learning is a must. On one hand, without CET 4 certificate, we can not get our degree when we graduate from university. 期盼已久的暑假终于来临了，卸下了一学期的疲劳，终于可以放松地去玩了。 The long -awaited summer vacation finally came. After removing the fatigue of a semester, I could finally play with it.

我和表弟他们决定去贵州省贵阳玩，我们先去江门玩一天，再坐高铁去贵阳玩一天，一路上，我们有许多开心的事情，跟我一起来看看吧!

坐车去江门的路上，我看到了有高高的松树，美丽的油菜花……不到一眨眼的功夫就到了江门。表弟和表哥先带我去游乐场玩，有似长龙的过山车，恐怖的鬼屋，还有刺激的碰碰车。我坐在过山车上，好紧张。“啊——好爽啊!”我大声说。其实坐过山车一点也不好玩，我都给吓“死”了。

我和表弟表哥去了鬼屋玩，门口的形状是五指山，在往右走30米就是出口了，我走进去一看，一点也不吓人。鬼屋里只有三个机关，一个是跑出来吓你，另一个是拍拍你的肩膀再大叫几声，最恐怖的是第三个，走到前面那个石头旁边，他就会小心翼翼地走到你面前，看着你，只有三厘米的距离。我吃完东西后，就去了动物园。那里有小鹿、老虎等动物。不一会儿我们就出来了，吃完饭，收拾好行李，第二天就向贵阳出发。

第二天，去江门高铁站购票，接下来我们就搭高铁出发了。五个小时的行程，我们一直在聊天，吃零食，睡觉，除此之外，什么也没有发生。

到了贵阳，哥哥说“走，搭的士去黄果树大瀑布吧!”到了目的地，先看见的是长长的楼梯，走到尽头，看见很多美丽的小花。那里还有竹子做的洗手池呢!这里空气好清新啊!我们看到了瀑布，它调皮地奔向河里，如雷贯耳，还溅起了水花，太壮观了。我们观赏后就去了小食街，有很多好吃的，应有尽有。

我们的暑假生活真丰富!这一次旅行我觉得很开心，也体会了很多乐趣。

放暑假啦!妈妈给我报了一个自由泳班。

总算盼到了学游泳的日子。我们先学习打腿，老师要求我们腿伸直，幅度要大，速度要快，然后先叫我们在旁边练习。因为我会游仰泳，仰泳也要打腿，所以我学得很快。没过几天，我们就开始学习下一步：划水。老师告诉我们，划水一共有三个动作：抱水、推水和空中回臂，而最容易漏做的是抱水这个动作。我们先是在水里原地练习，然后拿着浮板一个一个游，反复练习。刚开始，我只能依靠着浮板才能浮起来。渐渐地，我能不拿浮板自己游了。最后五六节课时，我们学习了最后一步：换气。换气可不好学呢!老师提醒我们：自由游和蛙泳的换气方法不同。蛙泳是正面抬头换气，而自由泳是侧面转头换气，而且要和划手同时，耳朵还要贴着手臂。一开始我游的时候总会喝进水，老师教了我一个方法：换气时，把整个肩膀都转过来，嘴巴露出水面，这样就不怎么会喝水了。我照着老师说的练习，果然不太会喝进水了，可有时候是难免的。有一次不小心喝进了一口水，但没咽下。于是，我想在下一次换气的时候一起吐出来，结果，我不仅没吐出来，反而把嘴里剩余的水都咽了下去，顿时，我感觉鼻子里酸酸的难受极了。不过时间长了，我已经不太会喝水了。

最后一节课是“考试”，家长也可入内。我问老师：“今天要游到哪儿?”“游到底”。“游到底?25米?”我听完有些傻了，但很快就镇定下来。轮到我了，我下了水，望了望“终点”，深深地吸了一口气，便一头扎进水里，奋力地向前游呀游呀。前三分之二，我游得并不费力，可后面三分之一，我游得速度明显减慢，有些游不动了。可一想到妈妈还在看着自己，就鼓励自己“加油!加油!”我快看到“终点”时，像又有了力气一样，一鼓作气游到了底。“耶!”我高兴极了。

走出游泳馆里，我显到有些异常兴奋，因为我会游三种泳姿了!

暑假马上就要过完了，你们的暑假是不是过的多姿多彩呢?暑假的最后一天，你们打算怎么过?你们问我打算怎么过?嘻，嘻其实我也没想好。

暑假的最后一天，我到底打算干什么呢?睡觉?不。玩电脑?不。看电视?不。最后终于打算穿上游泳衣去游泳池里洗凉水澡喽。“呀，这游泳池好像很冷呀。”那边有两个小妹妹在嘀咕着。我在想：真的很冷吗?那我到底要不要下去呢?还没等我决定好要不要下去，“扑腾”一声，我被推进水里了。妈妈说你在发什么呆呀?知不知道道呆在这水里很凉快的。“哗啦”妈妈跳下来时的浪花全都落在我头上了。哇，真的好凉快。不知道刚才那两个小妹妹在想什么呢。明明这水很凉快的。因为妈妈刚刚用水夸我，所以我要报仇。乘妈妈不注意时，我猛地用水夸妈妈，趁妈妈没发现，我赶紧逃之夭夭了。

今天我玩的可真开心。逐渐，太阳要落山了，我和妈妈也就回家了。

“啊！终于到了！咦？这里怎么那么像‘宜黄’（我的老家）啊？”我又惊喜又疑问。我在街上怀着半信半疑的心情四处走了走，不管怎样都和“宜黄”差不了两样。当爸爸妈妈告诉我这就是宜黄时，我惊喜的都要哭了！因为，我实在是太想来宜黄了！

兴奋过后，我第一个就去了我最爱的奶奶家，准备给奶奶一个惊喜。

我偷偷溜进了屋里，小心翼翼的坐在客厅的小板凳上。怕奶奶会受到惊吓，于是我大声的叫了一声：“奶奶！”奶奶听见我的声音后，居然立刻跑到门口！于是我又大叫了一声，奶奶才发现我在客厅。我并没有给奶奶一个惊喜，因为爸爸已经给奶奶打了电话了。

之后，我又去拜访了很多亲朋好友……

我来到宜黄的第二天，和大家一起出去玩。

早上，我和大家一起去跑步，登卓望塔，吃早饭。

中午，我和大家一起写作业，看电视。

晚上，我和大家一起玩游戏。

一天一天，就这样过去了……现在已经到了分别的一天，我只好恋恋不舍得离开了……
