Thank You, My Mother

Wherever we are today, whatever we are, we owe it to our parents who have given and taught us so much, so we should thank them, especially, thank our mother. I think my mother is one of the best mothers in the world.

She is the busiest one in my family. She does chores for the family and cares about my study. She has taught me a lot. She does lots of things for me. But she never wants anythings in return.

While fireworks and firecrackers are traditionally very popular, some regions have banned them due to concerns over fire hazards, which have resulted in increased number of fires around New Years and challenged municipal fire departments work capacity. For this reason, various city governments (e.g., Hong Kong, and Beijing, for a number of years) issued bans over fireworks and firecrackers in certain premises of the city. 我仔细观察妈妈的包法，好像一个个金元宝从妈妈熟练的巧手中变出来。妈妈边包边说：“包水饺这馅不能太多也不能太少。” 我懂了，我终于学会了包水饺心里好高兴呀!今天的水饺里有硬币水饺、枣水饺和糖水饺，只能包六个。奶奶说：“因为六六大顺嘛!吃到硬币水饺，就会财源滚滚，吃到枣水饺，这一年就会好运连连。吃到糖水饺，一家人就会甜甜蜜蜜。”

年夜饭做完了，我们拿一些水果、年糕、年糖、熟食等祭拜灶君。(寓请灶君，请财神)我和妈妈吃着自己的劳动果实，吃得可香呢!我们美美的吃了一顿丰盛的年夜饭，香喷喷的饭菜随着可口可乐的香气让我不断的打着嗝。我们一家都围着电视看春节联欢晚会呢，叫喊声、欢笑声、伴着浓浓的烟雾在整个房子的上空盘旋，大家都在享受着春节带来的欢乐。在我们的期盼下，只听“当!当!当……”新年的钟声敲响了，噼噼啪啪的爆竹声此起彼伏，好象是在挥手与旧年告别。(寓辞旧迎新)爸爸、妈妈、奶奶给我“压岁钱”。(寓得到压岁钱就可以平平安安度过一年)
