在学校里，老师常常会交给我们一些保护眼睛的有效方法，例如写作业时手要离笔尖一寸，肚子要离桌面一拳，头要离书本一尺，要在正确的地方看书，而且还要经常做眼保健操。但这些却最容易被同学们忽视。

到底是什么让戴眼镜的人飞快增加呢?这个问题在我的脑海里不停地转悠。后来，我观察了很长的时间，也从网上查了资料，最终得出了结论。第一大原因：不用科学的方法去保护眼睛。有的同学长时间的看书、上网、看电视，使眼睛经常处于疲劳状态，并且不注意眼睛卫生。虽然我们学校要求同学们都要按时做眼保健操，但一部分同学还是不好好做，有的还躲在桌子底下。第二大原因：基因遗传。有的父母是近视眼，并遗传给了自己的孩子。不过这种情况好象不多，“小眼镜儿”往往是因为不爱惜眼睛造成的。

最后奉劝大家：我们一定要爱惜自己仅有的这一双眼睛，使我们的每一天都充满光明!

生活中的笑千姿百态，而微笑却是最能打动人的。虽然它不能解除政治矛盾，也不能医治人身体的疾患，但是它给予我们力量，给予我们感动，让我们平凡的生活增添了一份美丽。

那是一个秋雨绵绵的天气，雨滴打在伞上刷刷地响，冷风一股一股地吹来，将我的裤脚浸湿了好大一截。汽车一辆接一辆地从身边飞驰而过，还不时地溅起地面的泥浆，我用伞也躲不及

这是一个恼人的天气，但我的脑子里还装这更恼人的事情，那些关于同学的误会，老师的误解。我有嘴也说不清，可那些烦恼的事情已经没有了头绪，搅得我好心烦。这老天好像也故意跟我闹别扭，这不紧不慢的雨下个不停。仲秋的天，才下午五点多就阴得很，在雨雾的笼罩下，似乎晚幕已经降临。

路上的行人很稀少，沿路的商店里也很冷清，很少有光顾的客人。是我恼怒了雨，雨才下个不停，还是雨恼怒了我，让我感觉一切都没有意义。但我没有放慢脚步，有些木然地向家的方向走去。

猛然间，感觉有什么东西着实的把我碰了一下。抬头一看，原来是一个人，准确的说，它不是一个人，而是百货商场门口的一个充气卡通玩偶。它有一个小丑样的造型，叶绿的衣服，淡红的裤子，戴着一个蓝色的尖顶冒，红红的大嘴巴，嘴巴周围涂着一圈白。本是个成人样，偏偏还戴着镶荷叶边的围脖。这么大的雨，可它还是在那里一直微笑着面对所有的路人，而且在风雨中一摇一摆的好像在跳舞。看着它那一服滑稽搞笑的模样，我不由自主地朝它的大肚子上擂了一拳。它似乎找到了玩伴，不顾风吹雨打，跳得更加欢快。此时，我又情不自禁地笑了起来。

此时，我依稀记得哪位大师说过：生活就像一面镜子，你对他笑他也对你笑，你对他哭他也对你哭。是呀，生活总是有不如意，何必在意太多，只要自己心里是坦荡的，就有充足的理由向生活微笑，就像眼前的这个充气卡通玩偶一样。

夜，如此之静，暮色弥漫，我独自一人坐在写字台前，突然一阵阵清风吹过，这种感觉好熟悉，这好似那微笑，从身边吹过，确实如此美好。这阵微风是我沉浸在深深的回忆里。

那次，早晨我和妈妈吵了架，就跑了出去，自己一人，在路上漫无目地地走着，不知不觉走到了海边，我就坐在岸，上的礁石上，抬头望了望天空，这广阔的天空，这是在阳光的照耀下，显得如此耀眼;看着眼前的大海，无边无际，正当我沉浸在这自然的美景中时，忽然后面响起了;“姐姐，姐姐，你为什么愁眉苦脸的。’’只见她对我微微一笑，这个孩子也不过七八岁，小个头，一脸顽皮的样子。
