今天我演讲的题目是《团结就是力量》。

说句实在话，我和咱们医院大部分的医务人员一样，最不喜欢做的事情之一就是“王婆卖瓜”，今天之所以在这里与同事们分享发展部的故事，并非因为我们做事尽善尽美，而是出于三个原因：一是有人在医院论坛上提出不知道发展部是干什么的，需要我们给关心发展部的领导和同事有所交代;二是广告宣传是我们发展部的主业之一，请大家检验我们的水平，看你们的瓜能否放心交给我们去卖;第三发展部的战友们确实有一种团结向上的精神力量让人不吐不快。

俗话说：人心齐，泰山移。发展部成立后面临的第一个问题就是，作为两个原先完全独立的科室，10几个科员有不同的科室文化和工作习惯，三个来自不同部门的主任，有不同的工作思路和工作方法，哪些文化需要坚持?哪些习惯需要摒弃?如何把三种思路统一到一个目标上来?这是关系发展部以后工作成效的重要问题，对这个问题的解决充分反映了医院领导的高瞻远瞩，要求我们从规范科室管理入手，完善岗位职责，于是我们开始了新科室成立后的第一次密切配合，我擅长文字担任主编，罗主任熟悉情况担任顾问，陶主任总揽全局担任总编，任务完成的十分顺利，我们先后编制了科室岗位规范及流程23个，各级各类岗位说明书16份，形成了一套职责明确、程序严谨的工作机制，对指导科室工作发挥了积极作用。

良好的开端使团结协作成为发展部的思维定势和工作习惯。大家都知道医院今年的任务指标，也对发展部的营销工作寄予厚望，作为科室领头人的陶立主任，责任在肩，虽然外人看起来他有时一副悠闲轻松的神态，其实是压力沉重，外松内紧，每周都召集大家分析医疗市场，讨论营销对策，学习营销方法。为了开辟新战场，他身先士卒，冒着酷暑，带领大家深入乡镇卫生院和城市社区服务中心;为了深化新的合作关系，经常需要硬着头皮接受“酒精考验”，有时候看他们醉态可掬的样子，真的是又可乐、又可爱、又心疼，不过罗主任常以革命乐观主义精神开玩笑说：回头请晓博主任帮我们换个硅胶胃。

通过深入细致的工作，发展部先后巩固了与留村、张段固等4个中心卫生院的联系，开拓了藁城市中医院、鹿泉县人民医院等14个新的营销阵地，建立了社区双向转诊网络平台。与此同时，在主管领导的支持指导下，我们配合营销工作进行积极的宣传造势，上半年开展的《百项优质服务承诺》、“您植一颗树，我出10元钱”、市中心医院的故事讲座、贫困地区百村千户医疗帮扶活动、营养包餐等九项惠民100系列活动，还有最近开展的癫痫关爱日义诊及“石家庄市中心医院杯”癫痫知识竞赛等公益活动，在社会上形成良好反响。新的病源开始源源不断的出现……

这是个艰辛的过程，我在这里说起来很简单，许多事一带而过，事实上每一件事做起来都不那么顺畅，之所以成功离不开院领导的支持，主任的带领，副主任的配合，科员的坚持，兄弟科室的协助，环环相扣，缺一不可。

就拿许德英、任艳丽、徐振庄这些老党员、老同志来说，如果没有他们以身作则，主动承担带教新人的任务，不管刮风下雨还是酷热难耐，每天坚持到社区和乡镇义诊讲座，医院的营销工作就始终处于势单力孤的状态;还有董会朋、张晓亚、王小艺、赵敏这些年轻的“老党员”、“老同志”，如果没有她们积极发挥年轻人的创新精神，就没有各类媒体上近10万字的宣传稿件，没有高达72%的出院回访率，没有发送给患者的12388条祝福短信，没有在沟通医患关系上做出成效的后医疗管理工作;再拿优质护理工程中的运送服务来说，如果没有王惠荣和7名运送员的辛勤付出，没有各科室护士长的带教和管理，何来运送中心的顺利组建?何来12000余次的运送任务和99%以上的服务满意率?

所有这些，都用事实和数字向我们验证了团结就是力量，团结就是效益的真理。只是，越有力量和价值的东西往往越是来之不易，需要所有的团队成员有目标，有能力，有创先争优的精神;并且这个来之不易的东西往往还很脆弱，也许一个误解的眼神就能使好不容易建立起的默契土崩瓦解，所以团结还应该是相互理解、相互支持、相互包容、求同存异。所以，有人会说：懂团结是大智慧，会团结是大本事，真团结是大境界。

中心医院的发展已经迫在眉睫，我们没有时间再来说三道四，也没有精力再来斤斤计较，让我们每个人都来做有大智慧、大本事、大境界的人，齐心协力，把我们的医院建设的更加美好!

汶川大地震，给灾区的民众造成了巨大的身心痛苦，也使得地图上那样一个狭小的区域，成为全国人民最为牵挂的地方。所谓人命关天，在部分同胞受难之时，举国的悲恸充分表现了出来。国际社会也迅速表达了关切与慰问。

当一场大地震已经发生，而且余震不断，此时的关键词其实只剩下两个字，即“救”与“援”。某种意义上，“援”也是“救”的组成部分。毫无疑问，救灾已成为当前中国政府与民众最为重要的任务。

救灾救什么?这似乎是一个无须思考的问题。但事实上，救灾的真义必须得到厘清。救灾的第一要务，当为拯救生命。与生命相比，财产的损失与灾后的重建等都已经相对次要，或者说，包括抢救财产以及对于地震中出现问题的反思等，都应该退到“拯救生命”这一极端重要的议题之后。

在地震灾害现场指挥抢救的温家宝总理说过一句话，“只要有双手，家园就能重建”——这句话真切地诠释出了救灾的真义所在。换言之，这也是中国政府将救人作为首要任务的理念之源。正因为生命只有一次，无法以其他之物替代，故救灾者必须以最快的速度，以最大的努力，甚至不惜采取任何手段，“不惜任何代价”，拯救灾区民众的生命。

As a middle school student,I dont have much free time,but I still have a lot of things to do.

I like listening to music and reading,so in my free time,I always listening to music and search the Internet for about half-hour.Its a good way to relax myself.I always do some reading before go to bed.Besides,I always go to swimming after school.Exercises help me to keep healthy and do good to my study.As the same as other students,I often watch TV in the evening,but I have to finish my homework first.
