“小米，你干什么呢，下课到我办公室来”老师生气的说。我突然间恍悟过来，这是在上课呢，我在干什么呀！下课后，我走进办公室，只见老师对我微笑了。我想：老师不是很生气吗？老师语重心长的说：“小米啊，都要期末考了，你上课怎么还开小差呢”！“你基础不错，但学习嘛，还是要端正态度。假如你有什么困难，告诉老师，老师可以帮助你”。我说：“老师，我最近状态不太好，我一定尽快调整好的”。“我没事的，没事的……”老师拍拍我肩膀，微笑着对我说：“没有什么过不去的，好好学习吧”！我说：“嗯，我会加油的”。

中午吃放的时候，我看见了母亲不禁掉下的几点眼泪。于是，我走过去：“妈，没事的，会好起来的”。母亲望着我，含着眼泪微微笑了一下……从母亲的眼里，我依然看到了一丝丝害怕……但却给了我鼓励，于是，我告诉自己：只要我好好学习，就是对母亲最后的慰藉。第二天，我去到学校，遇见老师，老师依然是微微一笑，我看到了一股神秘的力量。此后，遇到困难时，我眼前就会浮现出那神秘的微笑，它在我人生道路上给予了无数力量……

人是有感受性，也是能够思考的动物。即使会因性别、年龄、家庭背景及成长过程……而有不同的个性，我们仍然会以“泪”与“笑”来表达自己当下的情绪。

当我们感到伤心、不愉悦，甚至于受伤时，“眼泪”便是最好的发泄管道之一了。不论是大声的痛哭流涕，默默的缩在角落暗自饮泣，或与人相互抱头痛哭一场，泪水就像灭火器一般，能逐渐使我们平静下来，冷静的思考后，重新再出发。

“带有正面意涵的笑，是全人类最好的共通语言”，或露齿微笑，或开怀大笑，或莞尔一笑，或会心一笑……当我们笑的同时，周遭的人们，不论熟识与否，都能感觉到其身上所散发的喜悦与热情，就像站在人群里喷撒香水，很快的，所有人也能脱下生硬冷漠的面具，取而代之的，便是充满魅力的愉悦脸蛋儿。

然而，泪水与笑脸之间，如何取得平衡亦是一门精深的学问。有人在受到重大挫折后，便终日以泪洗面，落落寡欢，只待亲友一个个对其失望、反感后，成了真正被遗忘的人。也有人在不该笑的时间或场合，：丧礼、他人正沮丧时仍挂着笑，久而久之，周围的人们必然感到反感，便会被设为“拒绝往来”的对象。

人是有感受性、会思考的动物。当我们发自内心的喜悦时，会“笑”；当我们从心底哀伤时，会“哭”。现今的人习惯将真正的情绪藏在心底，反而令人觉得有种若有似无的距离感。事实上，只要真诚，而适度的抒发情感，身边自然会有愿意与你分享喜悦，走出悲伤的人们。

你也正挂着僵硬、冷漠的脸吗？不妨取下那不自然的脸孔，在感受别人的情绪时，也拥抱自己的“泪与笑”吧！

我曾听说过这样一个故事，美国钢铁大王卡耐基参加一个宴会，一个对他颇有意见的人，不知道卡耐基也参加了这个宴会，对着人群高声谈论他的坏话。当他发现卡耐基也在人群中听时，立刻停止了讲话。这却使得宴会的主人非常尴尬，但卡耐基却面带微笑，没有丝毫生气，让宴会主人立即散去了脸上的尴尬，微笑相迎。而当议论卡耐基坏话的人正准备溜走的时候，卡耐基却上去微笑相欢，与他握手、相拥，就像老朋友一样，仿佛刚刚并没有发生过什么事，此后他们还成了很要好的朋友。

所以，微笑是人们最美的表情，具有化解一切的巨大力量，就如卡耐基的故事，微笑它不仅拉近了人与人心里的距离，弥合缝隙，还增加了彼此间的信任。

当然，微笑不仅对旁人产生作用，也可以鼓励自己，有时候它来自于生活，更作用于生活，生活中多一点微笑，就多一点自信，更加多一点美好。小时候常听老人们说：“笑一笑，十年少，愁一愁，白了头。”，这话确实是如此，所以，在我们不管遇到什么烦恼的事，经常给多自己一点微笑，带着微笑，直面人生!
