What impresses me most in Beijing is the Great Wall which is one of the

greatest projects in the world.

Its not only the cultural heritage, but also a symbol of China. "Its

glorious." I think. It looks like a big dragon running across the mountainous

area. It starts Shanhaiguan in the east to Jiayuguan in the west.Its so long that nobody can walk from the beginning to the end.It was firstly built in Qin Dynasty and prolonged in Ming and Qing

dynasties.It was used to protect the enemies from invading in the past, but now it

has become the place of interest which attracts so many tourists both at home

and abroad.

When I was standing on the top of the Great Wall, I felt as if I were in

ancient days.

I could see many laborers working very hard. How could they finish this

extremely difficult task by hand?

突然怀念初三那一年的植树节，因为那一年对我而言是最有趣的植树节了。

天空，已不再那么湛蓝;阳光已不再那么明媚;空气已不再那么清新;小河，已不再那么清澈……地球，已不再那么美丽。正因为如此，我们应该多多爱护地球，保护这个古老而美丽的星球。植树节这个日子，也成了值得我们重视的日子。

植树节的前一天，我跟随小主人报的老师，和许多同学一起加入了植树之旅。一早，我们就坐车来到了凤凰岛，沿着被人踩出的小路来到了凤凰岛的植树区，开始了我们的行动。

我和九个同班的女同学一组，我们领了树苗、铁铲，又用塑料袋兜了水，就动工了。有两个同学个子小，我只好和另一个同龄的孩子负责挖坑，一会就挖了一个又大又深的坑，我们把树苗放了进去，又进行了填土和浇水，最后我们给我们的小树苗挂上了护绿认领牌，“功夫不负有心人”，看着小树，我们欣慰地笑了。

在植树节前夕，我种下了一颗小树苗，希望她能够茁壮成长。在春天迎着春风，沐浴着阳光;在夏天为我们遮阳，去暑;在秋天到来之际，报告秋的信息;在冬天来临之时，温暖我们的心灵……其实，光我们这么点人植树还远远不够，只有号召更多的人参与其中，才能让地球重现新绿!

烈日炎炎的太阳，像大火球炙烤着大地，蝉在枝头欢乐的歌唱，鸭子也都在泡澡。瞧，那亭亭玉立的美丽的荷花姑娘正安详地坐在荷叶上，一阵微风吹过，散发出迷人的芳香，远处不是传来“嗡嗡嗡“的声响，一看，原来是一群小蜜蜂正迫不及待地飞过来了。来来到田野上，无数可爱的蜻蜓在田野间嬉戏，四周有五彩缤纷的花朵，在绽放着它迷人的身姿，散发着诱人的芳香，也引来了无数可爱的。蝴蝶，它们在花丛中翩翩起舞!这就是迷人的夏天!

夏天最美的时候，还属夜幕降临，像大红灯笼的夕阳被晚霞笼罩，仿佛给天空换了一件晚礼服，焕然一新，让人精神一振。多彩的晚霞在奇妙的变幻着，颜色越变越深，最后变成浓墨画似的几笔，更显得神奇妩媚。朝霞的形态也变幻莫测，有的像活泼可爱的兔子，有的像一条鲜艳的国旗在飘扬，可一会儿它又不见了，却来了一匹奔腾的骏马……真是千姿百态，栩栩如生!

夜晚，人们纷纷拿着板凳、扇子，坐在亭子里聊天，每当有一阵微风吹过，每一个人的心中，都有一丝丝的清凉，真是惬意呀!每一个夏天的夜晚，我们村都十分热闹，洋溢着勃勃的生机。那份热闹和快乐直到今天还让人回味无穷!

今天，天气很热，烈日炎炎。妈妈五点带我去学英语。

到了那里，我看见有很多的同学。老师是一个男的，个子高高的，眼睛下有一双炯炯有神的眼睛。总是穿着绿色的衣服，像个环保员。我们每个人，都觉得老师很有趣！张老师对我们都很亲切，我们语音读不好，他就很和蔼地帮助我们，直到读准语音，张老师真有耐心。张老师让我们表演课本剧，我们表演第13课的时候，我表演苏，老师表扬我演得好。轮到迈克表演，他不会读的时候，他很不好意思地脸红了。老师亲切地说：“你翻开课本看一下，下次要准备好。”老师对我们太好了。下课时，老师买了很多棋，让我们玩，老师就休息，改改作业。

My father bought me a lovely pet on my birthday.He has two orange paws,a

But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

I decide to do a good girl

Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not very healthy so I decide

to do housework for her more frequently. Thus she will feel happy and become

better. Suddenly, an idea hit me that it’s terrible to grow old becuase you have

to worry about both your health and others’ opinions. Once again, I make a

decision to be a good girl.

Today, I hiked on a trail in Arches national Park. It was the longest trail I ever hiked on. It was a rocky and dangerous mountain. I was extra exhausted. When I was at the top, WOW! It was an arch called Delicate Arch. It looks like Athena looking over everybody’s eyes to see if they are obeying rules. How can a loose little arch stand so high. So today was a miracle.

“叮咛”、“叮咛”上课铃声响了，今天第一节课就是我喜欢的英语课，我们的英语老师，束老师满脸笑容的走进了教室。

老师像往常一样首先带我们复习了前一个单元的内容，紧接着老师让我们一个一个打背书，老师抽查到我背书的时候，我不慌不忙的背起了课文，背完之后，老师还夸我：“不错，不过还要再熟练一点。”

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。
