二、具体方法和计划

1、每一天的作息时间安排：6.30分起床(可能的话6点起床)。6.30-6.40刷牙洗脸等。6.40-7.00读英语单词.每次记住14个就能够了，不需要多。7.00-7.30吃饭和骑车上学。然后按照学校规定执行。吃饭时或吃晚饭能够看会新闻(当然吃饭时看电视对身体不好)。放学回家到7.00为自由设定时间，能够帮忙家务、看会新闻、回映英语单词古诗、朋友聊天什么的。不能看小说、电影、电视连续剧了。7.00到10.00是晚上学习时间。也能够短点，但不要少于2个小时。保证每一天用于学习的时间要9个小时以上。10.00睡觉，睡前要像放电影似的，放映下这天学的知识，个性是英语单词。不要晚过10.30睡，要保证有充足的睡眠时间。星期天是唯一没上学的一天，你能够自由安排下时间。最好把老师布置的作业完成，在抽3到5个小时复习。

第二阶段从寒假至第一次模拟考试前，时间大约四个月。这个阶段是复习工作中的最宝贵的时期，堪称复习的“黄金期”。之所以这样说，是因为这个时期复习任务最重，也最就应到达高效率的复习。也能够将这个阶段称为全面复习阶段。你的任务是把前一个阶段中较为零乱、繁杂的知识系统化、条理化，找到每科中的一条宏观的线索，提纲挈领，全面复习。这个阶段的复习，直接目的就是第一次模拟考试。

“咔嚓”，一声轻响，不可思议的事情发生了，不经意间，我的手施加的一个小小的力，竟然挤破了两个鸡蛋!看来，只能向电脑要答案了。

原来，我们在捏一个鸡蛋的时候，手的扛杆力平均分散到了鸡蛋的各个地方，加上鸡蛋又是拱形的，拱形能承受较大的力而不形式变。因此就不能把它捏碎了。而一手捏两个鸡蛋时，手的扛杆力集中到了两个鸡蛋的接触点，受力点面积很小，所以鸡蛋一下子就碎了。别说是两个鸡蛋，就是一手捏两个核桃，也能将它们捏碎!

一个小小的游戏却包含着如此重大的科学原理，真是不看不知道，一看吓一跳啊!
