感恩节，是一个起源于美国的节日，但是它并不只属于美国人。这个节日给我们提供了一个表达自己感恩的平台。在人的一生中，需要感恩的人和事实在是在太多了：感恩父母的关爱，感恩老师的教诲，感恩食物与书籍的获得，感恩和平的来之不易，感恩义务教育带来的知识，感恩曾经对我热心相助的所有的人……而今天，我要感谢是一种在我生命中虽然匆匆而去、鲜为人知的技艺——舞蹈。

现在周围的同学中，很少有人知道我曾经学习过舞蹈。由于繁重的学业与较远的路程，我不得不在上初中之前就放弃了对于舞蹈的学习。但我至今还热爱着它，可能是身为艺术生的缘故吧，我在内心里不能真正放下对于舞蹈的喜爱。如果说小提琴给予了我对音乐的美的享受，那么舞蹈则赋予了我勇气。

下腰，是舞蹈中一个比较难学的动作，需要站着慢慢将腰部向后弯曲，然后双手触地。这个是每个舞者都应该掌握的一项动作，但是对于我来说却并不那么容易做到。下腰之前我经常是弯到一半就停了下来，那时总是担心：如果摔倒了怎么办？如果扭到了手怎么办？会不会把身体废了呢？当时，各种顾虑涌上心头，使得我对于下腰变得越来越恐惧。时光飞逝，转眼就渐渐接近了每年舞蹈考级的时刻，但考级中包含下腰的动作，而我又很想通过这次考级。这该怎么办？对于我来说，随着距离和舞蹈告别的日期的临近，每一节舞蹈课对于我来说，都是一次一次的告别。我在内心里告诉自己：我一定要有勇气在课堂上做好这个动作！在一个夜晚，我轻轻地祈祷，希望我有勇气来越过这个障碍。好像听到了的请求一般，舞蹈老师在上课时热心地鼓励我，用手“扶着”我，为我提供帮助，让我变得很有信心。腰部慢慢向后弯曲，双手渐渐向下延伸，终于触碰了地板！我成功了！那时，老师就站在我的身边，给我带来了一种安全感。后来，舞蹈老师告诉我，其他她并没有扶着我，她的手只是虚虚地放着而已。而真正促使我下腰成功的，是我自己的勇气。老师则以一种润物细无声的方式呵护了我的勇气，激发了我的潜力。

其实，类似的事情在学习舞蹈的期间还有很多，比如练习软开度时，每一次往下压，都是对我毅力的磨练，而每次磨练其实都是人生的财富。所以，在感恩节这个特殊的节日里，感谢舞蹈，它提供机会使我突破了横亘在面前的障碍，使我遇见了更好的自己。

“老师，当了您六年的学生，我明白了阳光是这样照亮人生的，雨露是这样滋润禾苗的。”每每想起这句话，我的脑海里就浮现出一个熟悉的身影------我的语文老师!

我的语文老师是姓祝,长得不算太高，当时她的肚子里全是墨水.老师为我们付出的很多很多，我们无法报答。

在一个临近期末的星期天,一场灾难降临到老师身上---老是受伤了。我们全班同学都以为老师不来了，可意想不到的是老师带着上来给我们上课，一节又一节，一天又一天，我们迎来期末考试。最终，老师的辛勤努力换来了大的成果----我们的了第一名。

记得五年级时,二班没有语文老师，学校决定让我们老师当他们的任课老师。这样一来，老师的担子更重了。我们那时并没有体会到老师的艰辛，只觉得老师很偏心，给我们留的作业那么多。于是，有的同学就背后说老师坏话。老师得知后，并没有批评我们，而是告诉我们老师这样做是为我们好。后来，我们才明白了老师的辛苦。在我们小小的心灵里，除父母为便是您，在我们小小的世界里，最了不起的便是您,将来我做老师，我常常这样梦想------老师您就是蜡烛照亮了别人燃烧了自己，啊！敬爱的老师，我将永远感谢您。
