“感恩”是个舶来词，“感恩”二字，牛津字典给出的定义是：乐于把得到好处的感激呈现出来，并且回馈他人。感恩，它虽说是个行为动词，但它不止需要行动，更重要的是需要做到真心实意。简单地说，感恩便是感激，发自内心的感激。感恩是一种方式，感恩更是一种境界。只有学会感恩，才能得到别人的尊敬与爱戴。

“谁言寸草心，报得三春晖”。“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”，我们小时候背诵的这些诗句，讲的就是感恩。“滴水之恩，涌泉相报”，“衔环结草，以恩报德”，中国绵延多年的古老成语，告诉我们的也是感恩。

“感恩”之心，就是对世间所有人、所有事物给予自己的帮助表示感激，铭记在心;“感恩”之心，就是我们每个人生活中不可或缺的阳光雨露，一刻也不能少。无论你是何等的尊贵，或是怎样的看似卑微;无论你生活在何地何处，或是你有着怎样特别的生活经历，只要你胸中常常怀着一颗感恩的心，随之而来的，就必然会不断地涌动着诸如温暖、自信、坚定、善良等等这些美好的处世品格。

感恩是每个人应有的基本道德准则，是做人的起码修养。生活中很多人不会、或不愿感恩，在自然界鸦有反哺之义，羊有跪乳之恩，不懂感恩，就失去了爱的感情基础。学会感恩，感谢父母的养育之恩，感谢老师的教诲之恩，感激同学的帮助之恩，感恩一切善待帮助自己的人，甚至仅仅是对自己没有敌意的人。

感恩，是人性善的反映;感恩，是一种生活态度，是一种品德，是一片肺腑之言。如果人与人之间缺乏感恩之心，必然会导致人际关系的冷漠，不懂得知恩图报、反而忘恩负义之人，必是遭人唾骂的无耻之人，所以，每个人都应该学会感恩。

学会感恩，就是要学会懂得尊重他人，对他人的帮助时时怀有感激之心;学会感恩，就是让你知道每个人都在享受着别人通过付出给自己带来的快乐生活;学会感恩，首先要拥有一颗感恩的心，一个人只有懂得感恩，才会懂得付出，懂得付出后，才能获得感恩;学会感恩，要培养谦虚的品德，对待比自己弱小的人，要知道躬身弯腰伸出援助之手;学会感恩，要有奉献精神，无论做什么事，应以“公”为先，做一个大公无私、乐于奉献的人。

只有拥有一颗感恩的心，才会懂得回报父母生育、养育之恩，才会懂得珍视学校老师启蒙、教育之恩，才会懂得珍惜社会和大自然供养之恩;拥有一颗感恩的心，才能更体会到自己的职责和责任;拥有一颗感恩的心，就会多一些宽容与理解，少一些指责和抱怨;拥有一颗感恩的心，就会多一些和谐与温暖，少一些争吵与冷漠;拥有一颗感恩的心，就会多一些真诚与团结，少一些欺骗与涣散。

感恩，是人性善的反映;感恩，是一种生活态度，是一种品德，我们每个人都应该学会感恩。学会感恩，是迈向自我实现价值重要的一大步，心存感恩与向人道谢是两个让人通往成功的习惯，而向别人表达谢意是尊敬与礼貌最高的表现方法，也是建立与维系人际关系的最安全方法。一个人会因感恩而感到快乐，一颗感恩的心，就是一个和平的种子，感恩是人与人之间的和谐因子。

心怀感恩就要既感激关心帮助我们的人，也感激欺骗伤害过我们的人——

Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not very healthy and I

decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will feel happy and

become better. Suddenly, an idea hit me that it’s terrible to grow old becuase

you have to worry about both your health and others’ opinions. Once again, I

make a decision to be a good girl.

今天，我帮助了奶奶做家务。奶奶的身体不好。我以后要常帮她做事。这样她就会高兴身体也会好一些。突然觉得，人老了真不好。不但身体不会好，而且一不小心就会惹得大家讨厌。我又做了一个决定，以后一定要做个乖孩子。

Today was realiy boring.I went nowhere,I just stayed at home because the

weather was rainy.The rain was raining heavily in the sky.And there was much

dirty water on the ground.

今天可真无聊。我哪儿也没去，就呆在家里，因为今天是雨天。天空中下着倾盆大雨,而且地上汇集着许多污水。

I watched TV,but all the shows were long and long soap operas.I didnt like

them!Then I read a book,but they were too difficult for me.So I couldnt get

it!Computer games were also difficult and boring...

我看了电视，但是所有的节目都是长长的电视连续剧，我不喜欢它们!然后我读了一本书，但是它对我来说太深奥了，我无法理解!电脑游戏也很困难而且无聊……

In short,the day was boring.I flet so bad!

总而言之，今天真无聊。我感觉太差了!
