My name is xxx.  There are 4 people in my family.  My father is a Chemistryteacher.  He teaches chemistry in senior high school.  My mother is an English teacher.  She teaches English in the university.  I have a younger brother, he is a junior high school student and is preparing for the entrance exam.

I like to read English story books in my free time.  Sometimes I surf the Internet and download the E- books to read.  Reading E- books is fun.  In addition, it also enlarges my vocabulary words because of the advanced technology and the vivid animations.

I hope to study both English and computer technology because I am interested in both of the subjects.  Maybe one day I could combine both of them and apply to my research in the future.

I like to live in the country that the sun rises in the morning with the first golden light & the first sound from the cock.. All the animals & plants begin their life from this moment on and some of the animals begin their sleeping the new day. This is a very beautiful beginning in the world that you just can see all these in the country not in the city.

In our China, every household has to celebrate the Spring Festival in both urban and rural areas.

On the eve of the New Year, my mother took me to the market to buy New Years goods. There are a lot of people in the market. My mother and I bought a lot of New Years goods including melon seeds, peanuts, chickens, ducks, fish, meat, ham, cola and all kinds of famous tobacco. We also bought a lot of fireworks. Haha, we are so happy. At home, my mother swept the floor, my father wiped the floor, and my brother put the Spring Festival couplets on it.
