As female college students, how to stick to our own belief and aviod being assimilated by the complex society, Thackeray’s novel Vanity Fair could give us a good instruction. Through the Rebacca’s attitude towards money, social status and marriage, I realize what is most important thing for a female.

Thackeray described the life of ruling classes of England in the early decades of the 19th century, and attacked the social relationship of bourgeois world by satirizing the individuals in the different strata of the upper society. Rebacca（becky） Sharp is a classic example of the money-grubbing instinct. Her only aspiration in life is to gain wealth and position by any means. Thackeray does not regard Rebacca as an exception. Everyone wishes to gain something in the Vanity Fair and acts almost in the same manner as Rebacca.

As an orphan, Rebacca’s birth can easily win our tears. It is an undenible fact that she is quite an ambitious and clever girl. As far as I am concerned, she could easily live a decent life with her own hand. However, because of the society and the innate deficits in her characteristics, she becomes very sophisticate and even tried to suduce her best friend’s brother so that she could win her place in the upper society and other’s admiration. However, for the people in the upper class, Rebacca’s humble birth cuold never be erased even though she married a rich man. In other’s eye, she was just a coquette who was quite good at suducing rich men. Why not use your own hand to create a bright future and win others’ true respect instead of relying on the man’s shoulder.

Rebacca liveed in a society which is ruled by money, everyone was crazy about money, Rebacca was no exception. She held the dream of living a life of a grand lady, wearing luxurious clothes and shining dimonds. In order to realize her dream, she used all kinds of immoral means to win the love of rich men. Finally, she got married with Rawdon Crawley, a good man who will inherit a large sum of money from her ant. However, the old lady refused because Crawley married Rebacca---a woman of low social status. Rebacca and her husband live a quite luxurious life in Pairs even though they could not make the both ends meet. Finally, Mr.Crawley was put in to prison because of heavy debets, while Rebacca started searching for another rich man who can pay for her luxurious bills. Rebacca betrayed her soul in the process of pursuiting money and gradually forgot the meaning of love.

Marriage is a holy thing in everyone’s life, but if you regard marriage as a good method of gaining money and improving your social status, you will suffer a lot from it. Although you live a decent life and gain other’s admiration,you may never be ture happy because you never know what is love and responsibilty. Rebacca’s marriage is a good example. She took a quite easy attitude towords marriage. Her marriage was just a method which helped her get in to the upper class and live a rich life. Ther is no wonder that she was so cruel to her husband and flirted with another rich man when her husband was in the prison. Here I want to mention another female----Amelia, a girl of simple mind. In Rebacca’s mind she was a fool. At first, she held the same view as Rebacca. Her husband’s death in the war made her become a sorrowful widow. Till one day Rebacca told her that her husband once asked Rebaccato run with him. Amelia was angry and married a man who has taken care of her for several years uncomplainly. Amelia is not a cold hearted women, although her dream of being a grand lady had vanished,but she experienced a life of being truly loved. While for Rebacca, she will forever lived in the Vanity Fair and never has the chance to experience this kind of love. In my eye , Amelia is wiser than her.

Rebacca is a tragic female during that period. Although this novel ended with a happy ending--- Rebacca got marriad with Amelia’s brother and inherited a large sum of money, liveed a grand lady’s life ---who dare to say that Rebacca will stop betraying her soul and keep away from Vanity Fair? I would like to give an advice to her and to the grils in our modern society: please keep always from Vanity, and take a correct attitude towards money, social status and marriage. Money is not every in our life. The improvement of our social status needs our own efforts instead of relying on others. Mrriage is a holly thing in our girls’ life, which requires our responsibility and loyalty. Or we will forever live in a hollow world and the dream of vanity will finally destory us.

The impressions of reading One Thousand and One Nights

Have you heard One Thousand and One Nights? There are many interesting sorties in this book and I like Alibaba and the Forty Thieves best.

Let’s share the story together. Alibaba found the gold that the thieves hid and knew the secret .With the help of the servant, he risked his life and used the great wisdom to kill forty atrocious thieves. He avenged his brother .Though he was poor, he did not take the gold himself and gave the gold to the poor. The poor loved him very much.

From the story, I feel the power of wisdom and value of love. In our actual life, we may meet many kinds of difficulties and lure. We should face them bravely and try our best to overcome them. In my daily life, I often felt panic and cried when I met any difficulties about my study. Sometimes, I ask money from my parents but do meaningless things. I am really ashamed.

In the future , I decide to study hard .I do everything that I can do to reduce the pressure of parents .I will try my best to be brave and intelligent. I believe I can do better.

"Treasure island" is a story of treasure. One is called the pirate captain flint bought 700000 pounds worth of treasure in the treasure island, the protagonist of the story Jim accidentally got a treasure map, and some people treasure together. Treasure hunters and pirates launched a life and death struggle, finally, treasure hunters finally found the treasure.

I like the story of Jim, he is smart and brave, for example, after they got on the treasure island, and pirates, one day, Jim out of their camps, in the evening, he walked into the camp of the pirates, pirates leader didnt kill him, because love Jim wanted him to join the pirates, but he keep up, determined not to join the pirates. He that let me admire very much. Also, when sailing captured by pirates, Jim and the ships anchor partition, let the boat with the wind rocking, the pirates to stun, the pirates were shaking all night, and drank the wine, ships were robbed Jim come back the next day.

In the book, and Im impressed with a person, he is silver. Silver looks graceful on the surface, like a gentleman, but hes murderous pirate leader. In the ship as a cook, he, usually, people on board the ship like a family, but, in his convened a bunch of pirates, to treasure island, but decide to deny, and Jim they played out.

Everywhere in our life, but also has a "hypocrite", such as silver we should see through their camouflage, dont be fooled disguise.

周末读了《金银岛》这本书，让我深有感悟。

《金银岛》讲的是一个关于寻宝的故事。一个叫弗林特的海盗船长在金银岛上买了价值70万英镑的宝藏，故事的主人公吉姆偶然得到了一个藏宝图，和一些人一起寻宝。寻宝者和海盗展开了一场生死搏斗，最后，寻宝者终于找到了宝藏。

我最喜欢故事中的吉姆，他聪明机智而且很勇敢，比如说，在他们登上金银岛后，和海盗交战，有一天，吉姆出了他们的营地，到晚上，他却闯入了海盗的营地，海盗头子因为很喜欢吉姆所以没有杀他，想让他加入海盗，他却临危不乱，坚决不加入海盗。他的这一点让我非常敬佩。还有，当帆船被海盗占领，吉姆又把船的锚索隔断，让船随风摇晃，把海盗晃晕，海盗们被晃了一夜，加上喝了酒，第二天船就被吉姆抢了回来。

在书中，还有一个人让我印象深刻，他就是西尔弗。西尔弗表面上看起来举止文雅，像一个绅士，但是，他却是杀人不眨眼的海盗头子。他在船上担任厨师，平时对船上的人就像是亲人一样，但是，在他召集了一帮海盗，到岛上寻宝时，却翻脸不认人，和吉姆他们打的你死我活。

在我们的生活中，也处处有着像西尔弗这样的“伪君子”，我们要识破他们的伪装，不被伪装所蒙骗。

是指缝太宽，还是时间太瘦，那一千多个日夜就这样毫无知觉地从指缝间溜走。曾经抱怨，曾经感慨，可如今只剩满腔留恋。我现在能做的便是以一段拙劣的文字来祭奠我那段流逝的岁月。这些文字虽不美，但必最真。

How can such a little boy who had already suffered oppressive affliction remain pure in body and mind? The reason is the nature of goodness. I think it is the most important information implied in the novel by Dickens-he believed that goodnecould conquer every difficulty. Although I don’t think goodneis omnipotent yet I do believe that those who are kind-hearted live more happily than those who are evil-minded.

For me the nature of goodneis one of the most necessary character for a person. Goodneis to humans what water is to fish. He who is without goodneis an utterly worthleperson. On the contrary as the famous saying goes ‘The fragrance always stays in the hand that gives the rose’ he who is with goodneundoubtedly is a happy and useful person. People receiving his help are grateful to him and he also gets gratified from what he has done and thus he can do good to both the people he has helped and himself.

To my disappointment nowadays some people seem to doubt the existence of the goodnein humanity. They look down on people’s honesty and kindness thinking it foolish of people to be warm-hearted. As a result they show no sympathy to those who are in trouble and seldom offer to help others. On the other hand they attach importance to money and benefit. In their opinion money is the only real object while emotions and morality are nihility. If they cannot get profit from showing their ‘kindness’ they draw back when others are faced with trouble and even hit a man when he is down. They are one of the sorts that I really detest.

After reading this novel,I learned something about how British classical upper-class behaved and their standards of choosing spouse.Even in the same family,they had various thoughts about marriage.Jane and Lizzy wanted to marry someone they really loved,while Lydia and Kitty preferred to find someone funny.Their parents thought highly of family wealth,and the young thought it less important.However,most of them still had a ranking sense.They wanted to marry someone with similar fortune,similar social position.

I love this story and enjoy reading it.

所谓“感”

可以是从书中领悟出来的道理或精湛的思想，可以是受书中的内容启发而引起的思考与联想，可以是因读书而激发的决心和理想，也可以是因读书而引起的对社会上某些丑恶现象的抨击、讽刺。读后感的表达方式灵活多样，基本属于议论范畴，但写法不同于一般议论文，因为它必须是在读后的基础上发感想。要写好有体验、有见解、有感情、有新意的读后感，必须注意以下几点：

首先，要读好原文

“读后感[1]”的“感”是因“读”而引起的。“读”是“感”的基础。走马观花地读，可能连原作讲的什么都没有了解，哪能有“感”?读得肤浅，当然也感得不深。只有读得认真，才能有所感，并感得深刻。如果要读的是议论文，要弄清它的论点(见解和主张)，或者批判了什么错误观点，想一想你受到哪些启发，还要弄清论据和结论是什么。如果是记叙文，就要弄清它的主要情节，有几个人物，他们之间是什么关系，以及故事发生在哪年哪月。作品涉及的社会背景，还要弄清楚作品通过记人叙事，揭示了人物什么样的精神品质，反映了什么样的社会现象，表达了作者什么思想感情，作品的哪些章节使人受感动，为什么这样感动等等。

其次，排好感点

只要认真读好原作，一篇文章可以写成读后感的方面很多。如对原文中心感受得深可以写成读后感，对原作其他内容感受得深也可以写成读后感，对个别句子有感受也可以写成读后感。总之，只要是原作品的内容，只要你对它有感受，都可能写成读后感，你需要把你所知道的都表示出来，这样才能写好读后感。

第三、选准感点

一篇文章，可以排出许多感点，但在一篇读后感里只能论述一个中心，切不可面面俱到，所以紧接着便是对这些众多的感点进行筛选比较，找出自己感受最深、角度最新，现实针对性最强、自己写来又觉得顺畅的一个感点，作为读后感的中心，然后加以论证成文。

第四、叙述要简

既然读后感是由读产生感，那么在文章里就要叙述引起“感”的那些事实，有时还要叙述自己联想到的一些事例。一句话，读后感中少不了“叙”。但是它不同于记叙文中“叙”的要求。记叙文中的“叙”讲究具体、形象、生动，而读后感中的“叙”却讲究简单扼要，它不要求“感人”，只要求能引出事理。初学写读后感引述原文，一般毛病是叙述不简要，实际上变成复述了。这主要是因为作者还不能把握所要引述部分的精神、要点，所以才简明不了。简明，不是文字越少越好，简还要明。

第五，联想要注意形式

联想的形式有相同联想(联想的事物之间具有相同性)、相反联想(联想的事物之间具有相反性)、相关联想(联想的事物之间具有相关性)、相承联想(联想的事物之间具有相承性)、相似联想(联想的事物之间具有相似性)等多种。写读后感尤其要注意相同联想与相似联想这两种联想形式的运用。

八、写读后感应以所读作品的内容简介开头，然后，再写体会。

原文内容往往用3～4句话概括为宜。结尾也大多再回到所读的作品上来。要把重点放在“感”字上，切记要联系自己的生活实际。

九、要符合情理、写出真情实感。

写读后感的注意事项

①写读后感绝不是对原文的抄录或简单地复述，不能脱离原文任意发挥，应以写“体会”为主。

②要写得有真情实感。应是发自内心深处的感受，绝非“检讨书”或“保证书”。

③要写出独特的新鲜感受，力求有新意的见解来吸引读者或感染读者。

④禁止写成流水账!

(4) 联——联系实际，纵横拓展。围绕基本观点摆事实讲道理。写读后感最忌的是就事论事和泛泛而谈。就事论事撒不开，感不能深入，文章就过于肤浅。泛泛而谈，往往使读后感缺乏针对性，不能给人以震撼。联，就是要紧密联系实际，既可以由此及彼地联系现实生活中相类似的现象，也可以由古及今联系现实生活中的相反的种种问题。既可以从大处着眼，也可以从小处入手。当然在联系实际分析论证时，还要注意时时回扣或呼应“引”部，使“联”与“引””藕”断而“丝”连这部分就是议论文的本论部分，是对基本观点(即中心论点)的阐述，通过摆事实讲道理证明观点的正确性，使论点更加突出，更有说服力。这个过程应注意的是，所摆事实，所讲道理都必须紧紧围绕基本观点，为基本观点服务。

做了朋友应当彼此爱见面，通个电话就算彼此接触过了，面没有见，所说的话又不像信那样可以留着看几遍。电话是偷懒人的拜访，吝啬人的通信，最不够朋友。

这本小说的结尾我很喜欢，一个人饿着肚子躺在床上，，听着钟声落后地敲，后悔，回顾着几个小时前的事，那个每个小时慢7分钟的钟，真是讽刺。

我本来还以为方鸿渐会遇到唐晓芙，故事却这样戛然而止。后来觉得即使遇见了，结局也还是这样，人不能像方鸿渐那样，毫无目的，毫无计划地活着。甚至觉得什么都还可以补救。记得曾经有个产品的广告语：“抓住不能再来的时间”。

我们都是被困围城的孩子。逃出去并不一定是最好，出去了，你依旧会因某种原因重新回来，厌烦了，就又出来了……这样不累吗?我们要好好地想清楚，城里或是城外，再好好地活下去，就像书上说的一样，“你把针在面上转一圈，听见东一个电台半句京戏，西一个电台半句报告，忽然又是半句外国歌，半句昆曲啦，鸡零狗碎，凑在一起，莫名其妙。可是每一个破碎的片断，在它本电台广播的节目里，有上文下文，并非胡闹，你只要一个电台听下去就了解它的意义。”

《围城》里的比喻也讽刺得有趣，并不亚于《红楼梦》，比如形容王美玉的时：“满嘴鲜红的牙根肉，块垒不平像侠客的胸襟。”刚开始不懂，后来一想，侠客不是爱打抱不平吗?这是在形容王美玉的牙根肉不平呢，诸如此类。

刚读完《围城》的时候，心里真压抑，因为并不是在那个时代，连现在，身边每一个人的生活都像书里描述的一样，在围城里……

Recently, I have read the famous novel “Gone with The Wind” by Margaret Mitchell. Each character in this book gave me a great impression.

At beginning of the book, I think Scarlet was a beautiful, lucky woman. So many young men were in love with her and they always stayed around her. But in fact ,Scarlet was not the lucky woman I thought . She was fell in love with Ashley Wilkes, but the man was not like the other boys around her. when then news came that Ashley would be married with Melanie ,she felt surprised and even couldn’t accept the fact. With the psychology of revenging Ashley, Scarlett married to Melanie’s brother before the day of Ashley’wedding.

Soon after the war broke out , many young man died ,including Scarlett’s husband. Scarlett became a widow. She couldn’t stand the boring life, so when Melanie invited her to the home of Charles’s aunt. Without more consideration ,Scarlett left for Atlanta.

One time hospital hold a party to collect contributions. Then at the party ,she met Rhett buther, the man who loves her at first sight. Although Scarlett didn’t show any good feeling to him, Rhett buther always companied her and made her happy. For several reasons, she married again,but Rhett still loved her. When her second husband died, he asked Scarlett married him. Because he believed that he understoodher and he can bring her happy. After several month ,they got married. Their life became better and happier. Later they had a litte daughter, Bonnie. Rhett loved his lovely daughter just like the way he loved Scarlett. But Scarlett still loved Ashley. Unfortunitily, Bonnie died when she rided the horse. Rhett was hurt so badly that he couldn’t stand living with Scarlett,and he decided to leave. At this time she realised that the man she really loved was Rhett, not Ashley. She tried hard to persuard Rhett not to leave her. He left .I think it was a pity, but it doomed. Although Rhett love her so much ,he could do everything to make her happy, but she never opened her heart to him and tried to understand him.

Although Scarlett’s love was end up with tragedy. But from her attitude for life,we could know that she was a strong woman.she never gave up facing endless difficulties.when the war was terrible, everything was in confusion ,Scarlett had to take Melanie left back to home, the Tara Plantation. Hopefully she wanted her parent’s help. But to her surprise, her mum had died and her father was out of normal. Situation have became more difficult. While Melanie was going to give birth to a baby. Scarlet made her mind on taking on the task. In order to keep living ,Scarlett even went to work on farm ,she planted cotton. Melanie was in poor health, but she still went to help Scarlett to do farm work. She believed Scalett and gave her unselfish love. With Menlanie’s love,Scarlett supported her home,but at this time ,she still didn’t realize how important Melanie for her. In order to solve the problem of the Tara plantation,she married to Frank. In order to make a living she also did business which was unbelievable for women in this time. She struggled with countless difficulties, but she never gave up. She still believed “Tomorrow is a new day”。

Another girl that I loved in this book is Melanie,she was very kind and gentle. She never doubted the relationship between Scarlett and Ashley, she always standed in the side of Scarlett. Although Scarlett hated her and even wanted her to die. She still believed Scalett and treated Scarlett as her best friend. Melanie loved her husband ,when her husband was fighting in the war, she always waited for him. She didn’t have the strength to give birth, but she still wanted to have a baby for Ashley, finally, she died.

These three main characters in the book are all very obvious, but different. They gave me a impression. Scarlett was a plain girl, but what she did was not plain. She didn’t stay silent during the war, she changed her own life by strugling. In fact, many people lost what they have like Scarlett,but they all gave up to strive for the happiness that essentially belonged to them. Scarlett have the braveness to change the situation. But the pity was that she didn’t recognize the real love belong her in time. If she could got deep understanding of Ashley, she may not love him. If she could open her heart to Rhett and understand him, she may realized her love to Rhett. Sometimes I couldn’t help thinking that why the author can write this moved story. Maybe she have the similar experiences.

On the whole, this is a wonderful book, I feel very grateful that I can read it. I could get many benefits from it.

《围城》并不深奥，是的，它的情节并不复杂，人物也不多，篇幅在长篇小说中也不算太长。但是那数十个人物的性格却在寸土寸金的字里行间里淋漓尽致的表现了出来。例如写小人，小人物的表现无不是无耻，奸诈，虚伪，气量狭小。钱钟书笔下的小人，各自有各自的小人法。李梅亭的小人，就跟高年松的小人不一样。

初读《围城》的那一次最大的心里感受也是这篇小说跟我以前读过的小说相异。它并没有去塑造一个正面的形象或者是去赞美它。里面绝大大多数人物，尤其是首要人物钱老都不遗余力的去讥讽，嘲讽，奚落。以至于有部分人看完《围城》后会说写方鸿渐那样一个人有什么好处。或者它的好处就在于那些奚落，嘲讽，它就像一把冰冷的手术刀剖析了那个时代所谓的知识分子阶层。将他们的冷漠，自私，狭隘，封闭，软弱等等劣根性了解透彻展现时读者面前。《围城》它或许没有我们阅读传统小说是对书中伟大人物，崇高情感的崇拜和感动。但是我们对书中人物的性格，命运无相异情，叹息，鄙视，尤甚对当时国内那个时代的命运都布满了一种悲切和忧心，这里的情感也是复杂和真挚的。《围城》是一部批判的小说。钱老以他独有的幽默和讽刺手法来写《围城》并没有使批判失之厚重和严厉;反而能直指那个时代国内社会的病根，能够想象《围城》初版发行之时定让读者有心头棒喝的心里感受。

钱老学识渊博，笔力高深毋庸置疑。出色之处书中俯拾皆是。里面引经据典之贴切，简直妙到豪颠。古今中外之经典，全部信手拈来，却又挥洒自如。非凡难能可贵的是钱老写婆媳之中，妯娌之中的猜忌，彼此的鄙薄，貌合神离，搬弄是非等等这些女生作家所擅长的题材也描写得无不入木三分那些嬉笑怒骂场合，那些拌嘴弄舌的眉眼，那些惺惺作态的情致简直让人心里感受历历在目。这两年有作家长篇大论的专门出书写婆媳那些事，我草草看过甚觉的那些婆媳矛盾大有拼凑和制造之感，其写作功力和创作境地与钱老那确实是不可同日而语了。

可惜现时像那样的好作家太少。现时是个文化快餐，情感速食的年代，书中情节大起大落，情感大悲大喜，经不起咀嚼。我希望我四周的朋友或者同龄人能够看些书，能够看些像《围城》那样有部分深度和好处的好书。当你钟情于韩剧给你带来的眼泪或者港台剧制造的那些爆笑，提示大家花些时间精力在某些关于严厉题材，站在理性角度写出来的有深刻好处的书，那样你的眼泪或者欢笑会显得有价值得多。

开始，老人先是准备了几天，然后划船离开码头。几天后，他找到合适的地点钓起鱼来。可令他非常意外的事情发生了，他捕到一条大鱼，然而当天，他没办法把那条鱼拉上来，因为鱼太大太有力量了。就这样，一场较量开始了。连继二天，他们都在拉来拉去。到了第三天，较量终于以老人获胜结束了。老人发现那条大鱼竟然比老人的船还长，老人决定把那条大鱼绑在船舷上返航。可一件非常不幸的事发生了，途中鲨鱼开始吃那条鱼。就这样，老人和鲨鱼战斗起来。每天，老人都要打死一些鲨鱼，虽然很残酷，可要保住这条鱼又有什么办法呢。

最终，鱼肉被鲨鱼吃光了，只剩下骨架，老人被打败了。然而他休息了几天，又准备出海打鱼了。

首先因为作者领着读者做了一次动人心魄的海底远游。鹦鹉螺号以飞快的速度，让读者随着尼摩船长和他们的“客人们”饱览了海底变换无穷的奇异景观和各类生物：最远的极地、最深的海沟、最大的珍珠……大蜘蛛、章鱼、鲨鱼……让人目不暇接的同时还耳目一新。

其次它是一部出色的悬念小说。从海面上怪兽的出没，搅得人心惶惶开始到鹦鹉螺号被大西洋漩涡吞噬为止，悬念迭出，环环相扣，扣人心弦。

这本书告诉我们，海底也是一座宝库，它也等待着我们去探索。
