《围城》我是先看电视剧，后来有断断续续读丁些片段(这本书情节连续性不强，确实可以跳着读)，最近才—口气从头到尾将整本书读完。读完以后，对这本书又有了些新的认识 。

《围城》是钱钟书先生一生中唯一的一部长篇小说，堪称中国近、当代小说中的经典之作，这是一部读来如嚼橄榄回味无穷的奇书。在妙趣横生、妙喻迭出的幽默外表下，深藏着令过来人低徊轻叹、令少不更事者 然若失。因此，它是一部以看似超然的调侃语调述说人生无奈的笑面悲剧。

读完《围城》，我发现，生活本就是一座围城，婚姻与事业、学习与娱乐、发展与落后、成功与失败，都是这座七彩城中的一种颜色，每一个人每一件事都是城中的一种元素。当一切人和事因为努力和乐观而变得美好，当城中的色彩都均匀和谐时，那么这座围城就不再是一种可怕的束缚和压力，而是一个幸福的乐园。没有人会试图离开她，即使是自怜自哀的方鸿渐也会喜欢，假恶丑也会被同化为真善美。也许世界永远不会变得如此美好，但允许我心中永远存在这种美好的理想。 从主人公精彩而又独特的故事前后，我看到了作者所表达的人性和表现的哲理，以及作者在文中生动传神的描述。笔者认为，这些精髓需要我们去理解、去意会、去感悟。

写《围城》的读后感有些犯难，倒不是说读完之后没有感悟，只是不知道应该怎么落笔。小说的背景是在民国时期，虽然那个时代距离我们并不算遥远，但也是很陌生的。小说中的人物也实在真实的在身边就可以随便找出一大把，每个人都存在人性的弱点，每件事件都在映射社会的不同面，看得也算过瘾，但是谈到感受却有点难受。

前些天姐姐做手术我去医院看她，顺便将《围城》带上想在无聊时看看，医生查房的时候看到了对我说，我这个年龄看《围城》还有点早了。当时我有些不以为然。想来即便没有看过《围城》的人对于书中描述婚姻的那句话也是非常熟悉的：“婚姻是被围困的城堡，城外的人想冲进去，城里的人想逃出来。”我也是冲着这句话买的书。书中有不少对于婚姻的描写，我一直觉得早一点了解到婚姻，无论是好的一面还是不好的一面总不是一件坏事，毕竟有了万全的心理准备，再去面对，存在问题的时候才能更有方向的去处理。婚姻本来就不是童话的结局，而是生活的另一个开始，所以哪怕残忍一点先将它的丑陋揭开，也好过天真的将它当成童话去对待，否则一旦婚姻出现问题就很容易万劫不复。

可是在看完了整本书之后我终于明白为什么那位医生要说我现在看还太早了，只书中一段描写就让我对婚姻产生了畏惧：“譬如他那位原配的糟糠之妻，凑趣地死了，让他娶美丽的续弦夫人。结婚二十多年，生的一个儿子都在大学毕业，这老婆早该死了。死掉老婆还是最经济的事，虽然丧葬要一笔费用，可是离婚不要赡养费么？重婚不要两处开销么？好多人有该死的太太，就不像汪处厚有及时悼亡的运气。并且悼亡至少会有人送礼，离婚和重婚连这点点礼金都没有收入的，还要出诉讼费。”虽然不至于人人都像这位汪处厚，可现实中这样的人却也是很多的。钱钟书先生实在是厉害，这段描述看起来是以很轻松、揶揄的语气写的，可是读起来却让人心中一沉。婚姻和人性的丑恶在这一段描述中展露无疑。

不过虽然残忍，但是读懂了或者明白了婚姻之后，再去面对，倒更能帮助自己找准在婚姻中的定位。反正最后还是要看自己怎么去经营。看《围城》这本书，对婚姻和人性的解读是一方面，不过我感触最深的却是另外的一方面。读文学著作的好处便是能够学习到大师们的写作技巧，这本书中有大量的比喻、修辞手法以及侧面的批判描述，却不同于我们平时写作时候那般生硬，读起来总让人能够有一种身临其境，或者临画观摩的感觉。

例如书中写月亮：“一梳月亮像形容未长成的女孩子，但见人已不羞缩，光明和轮廓都清新刻露，渐渐可烘托夜景。”一轮并不圆满但也能够清晰可见轮廓的月亮跃然纸上，朦朦胧胧却又让夜色有了一丝光亮。

例如写蛙声：“不知哪里的蛙群齐心协力的干号，像声浪给火煮得发沸。”短短的一句话便将夏日里蛙声浩大的阵仗表现的淋漓尽致。读来仿佛耳边已经嗡嗡响个不停了。

例如写主人公出国后对家乡的感觉：“好像荷叶上泻过的水，留不下一点痕迹。”清晨的荷塘，一滴水珠在荷叶上随着风不停的晃动着，最后随着荷叶向下倾斜，哗啦落进了荷塘里，惊起一圈圈水纹，而荷叶上却仿佛什么也没有发生过，没有一点痕迹。多么形象生动。

纵观全书，字里行间流淌的全是浓浓的爱意。所有人世间的真情都在这里一一的展现，这也成为了全书最大的看点。

理想人设赵辛楣，都希望活成他的`模样，只是很多时候都还只是方鸿渐。认为赵辛楣一直都是真诚待方鸿渐，没有丝毫看不起方鸿渐的原因，这是男人之间的感觉吧，也说不上什么原因，或者也是说赵辛楣是完美人设的原因。真正有素养的人，对待所有人都会怀敬畏之心，以他人为镜，去明己得失，不断地去提升自己，完善自己。

我猜方鸿渐和孙嘉柔最后会分开，本以为最后的描述，方已饿死，再细读，又不像，只是在那之前的方死了，方重新开始，为自己计划打算，而不是一再唯唯诺诺，耍一时口舌。孙嘉柔本是去姑妈那边静静心，让大家分开一下，待双方冷静，改天再回去跟方讲和，共同生活，可是回到家后，方已去投靠赵辛楣，再也回不到过去。赵辛楣会给方安排工作，方已无家执念，明白自己过去的糟蹋，以赵为榜样，重新开始。

只是不知战乱会不会炸死方。

Several years ago,from joyo,I bought the book "the kite runner" which ranked first on best sellers volume.First reading the book,I was totally moved and even cried for the sad story.This year,I knew it has been adapted into a movie.After seeing the movie,I read again this book and gained some new views.

The novel begins a story about two boys.Amir is born in a rich family.Hassan is his servant as well as close friend.They both lose mother from birth and grow up like brothers.Hassan is very loyal to Amiar,but Amiar sells him.Many years later,Amir has settled down in America for years and established a family,but Hassan died for protecting Amirs luxury house in Afghanistan and leave an orphan.Accidentally,Amir gets to know a big secret and decides to atone for his crime that hound around him from childhood.

Reading it again,most of my original views has changed.

At the first place,I have a feeling of being cheated by the writer.The novel first attracted me before because it set its plot in a special environment---Afghanistan which even I often got news about from TV and newspaper,I knew the country utterly ignorant except wars and terrorism.So I wanted to understand more about the calamitous country.However,I am disappointed by the novel which just use a special background environment to tell a so-called travel of human nature .The theme of the novel should be atonement if it was taken off flowery coat.Bad gay like Amir and and good gay like Hassan,adding some the present best sellers polular elements like bastard,forming the main contents. In fact,the kite runner impressed me deeply and it just depends on sensational words.Besides,what makes me most dislike is that the writer,an Afghan-American,contorted some political elements for American advantages.The history background only make the affair of Russia invading and Taliban dictators go into particulars,but not mention Americas ignominious role in this politics.Why Taliban dictators are so unruly?Why Russia invaded Afghanistan in 1979?Why Afghan people still live in poor condition nowadays?America,a main actor is disposed of in this novel.

At the second place,the characters all serve to a tacky theme-atonement and birth secrects.When the birth secrects are exposed,the atonement travel begins.When the atonement finishes,the story finishes.

Wuthering Heights is a well-written tragedy of love. After reading the whole story, I would like to talk about the main characters of the story—Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff. Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff love each other very much, but they do not have the right attitude towards love, which leads to the tragedy.

In Catherine’s life, she made a very foolish decision---marrying to Edgar. In fact, her love for Edgar can never be compared to that for Heathcliff. She did so, because she thought the wealth of Edgar would be useful to Heathcliff. But in reality, it did not work. She did not have a good understanding of love, which is something pure and saint. If anyone add any purpose into love, love itself lost its meaning. Catherine’s wrong decision hurt two people who love her, and even destroyed the happiness of their offspring.

Heathcliff is a man full of retaliation. He loved Catherine very much, but what he did, on the contrary, added to the misery of Catherine. In my opinion, if he really loved Catherine, he should not walk into Catherine’s life again after his disappearance. 《呼啸山庄》是一部写得很好的爱情悲剧。读完整个故事,我想谈谈故事的主人公——凯瑟琳和希斯克利夫。凯瑟琳和希斯克利夫非常相爱,但他们没有采取正确的态度对待爱情,从而导致悲剧。

〈围城〉堪称中国近代小说的经典，在此之后，再也没有哪部作品能够来超越它。钱钟书先生毕生作品无数，但〈围城〉是钱先生唯一的长篇小说，毕生的精华都在其中了。最令我回味无穷的是他的语言，可谓妙趣横生、妙语连珠，在看似调侃的语言中，却又述说着那个时代的无奈与凄凉，书中的人物也只能城外看着城里生活，城里看着城外生活了，却让读者看尽城里城外人的喜怒哀乐、悲欢离合。我也更深刻的觉得：那个时代的语言，要远远比我们现在的语言美丽的多、儒智的多，好像中国在经历了文化大革命的洗劫后，语言的能力一直在退化了。

〈围城〉名取自书中主人公之一的苏文纨的话，“城中的人想出去，城外的人想冲进来。”〈围城〉讲述的是主人公方鸿渐及苏文纨、唐晓芙、孙柔嘉、赵新楣等若干人等的生活，尤其是感情生活的故事。所有这些人都逃不出“围城”给他带来的磨练。方鸿渐，对于感情那座围城充满了无限的遐想、憧憬与向往，当他成为城里一员之后，却觉得了无生趣，又开始向往城外的无限自由。而方鸿渐的妻子孙柔嘉，是一个善于心计的女人，从一个感情的弱者逐渐拥有强势，实现自己的梦想，把自己嫁了出去，但却万万没有想到，机关算尽反误了卿卿性命，最终尝到到了爱情、感情的苦果;赵新楣，弃而不舍的苦追苏文纨20年，却始终踏不进她的那座城池，最后也落得个凡夫俗子般，娶妻生子的命运。其他的人，也都是这样，生活、感情、仕途，无不在城里城外瞻望着，在冲出围城与独守空城中煎熬着，但最后总是逐渐迷失自己，失去生命、生活的价值。我反而觉得白痴的一生是最幸福的!

这个暑期中，我读了《百万英镑》这本书，我懂得了虽然钱不是万能的，但这钱却会让许多人对有钱人点头哈腰，他们为了这张英镑，拼命地拉拢故事的主人公——亨利·亚当斯，为了这张英镑，从对亨利傲慢无礼一下子转变为了对他点头哈腰，这种行为是非常可耻的。

这个故事讲述了主人公无意中不小心漂泊到了伦敦，伦敦的两位富翁兄弟打了一个赌。哥哥认为如果给他一张百万元的英镑，30天后他会因为无法证明这些钱是自己的而饿死，而弟弟却认为他会活得很好。于是他们就把一张百万英镑给了亨利，自己两人出国旅游了30天。回来后得知亨利因为那张百万英镑被所有人追捧，想拉拢他，几乎所有东西都让他免费买下。并因为这张英镑不断提高社会地位，最后到了除王室外的最高地位公爵之位，还娶到了一个漂亮的老婆，得到了三万元的银行利息。又从兄弟那儿得到了很好的工作，过上了幸福的生活。

我从中体会到了人们会为了钱，拼命拉拢莫个人，对这个人点头哈腰，以及对他从各个方面都顺从和安排得事事到位，就只是为了钱。对没钱的人高傲无礼，对有钱的人低声下气，老老实实。

这使我感到很愤怒，凡事都应该人人平等，而这些人却只看重钱，只要有钱人都会把他招待得很好，可遇到没钱的就会高傲无礼。这人人平等的道理用到哪里去了?

在我们生活中，也经常有这样的事，大家都喊着应该人人平等，但看到有钱人，却缺一个个都低声下气，只想多拿些钱，多赚一点，我认为这是很不正气的表现，希望大家都能一起，把城市中的不正之风改过来!

"Ordinary world" is a good book, because hes characters and the plot is very real.Straight lets a person as if place oneself in that era, experiencing the ups and downs of The Times.Let a person very inspired after see, delicious.

This is a book worth reading of each and every one, as for some writers on the criticism of this book, I dont think the writer must be a genuine writer.Because he didnt realize that the book in the true sense of genius.This book is not only able to interpret from the literature.Why dont dream start, the true value of because he has not been found."Ordinary world" in the future a certain period of history would be like a dream of red mansions by many experts to study the book.The value of it is that it gives us a generation, is the very book that we need.

What we need is such a book!Not those who read the book without feeling after.Do you agree?

其实一说到钱钟书想到更多的应该是杨绛，但其实他俩应该也一直是成对出现的，钱钟书“最贤的妻，最才的女”让我知道了杨绛，而杨绛的《我们仨》又让我认识了呆呆的钱钟书。

《围城》应该是我一直想拜读的一本书，这次用了将近八个小时读完，说实话是囫囵吞枣的，只能说是把文章内容大概读懂了。

钱老笔下的文字带着我们尝遍了方鸿渐的人生百态，更准确的是带着我们看透了每一个人。

鲍小姐是方在回国船上遇到的“诱惑”，鲍因为寂寞勾引他，而他也恰好耐不住寂寞“上了当”，却不过是逢场作戏，下了船便分道扬镳。苏文纨刚开始一直喜欢着方，所以嫉妒着鲍，等下了船之后没有了“情敌”，就开始有意无意的对方鸿渐表示着爱慕之意，而方因为不知如何拒绝她一直拖着这件事，直到后来认识了唐晓芙才真正燃起了爱情的火苗。而苏文纨对待唐晓芙的勾心斗角也被描绘的绘声绘色。印象最深的是方鸿渐请唐晓芙和苏文纨吃饭，而苏文纨却假称病不去，而且一直监督着唐晓芙的一举一动，阻碍着她去赴约。除了温柔大度，女人的另一面被赤裸裸的揭示了出来。现实何尝不是如此，利益面前，每个人都是心机girl

而最终方鸿渐和孙小姐走到了一起，其实是一种对爱情对命运的妥协。唐晓芙就是一朵玫瑰，香艳却带刺，摘不回家，孙小姐就是一朵月季，朴素而适合，对，是合适，因为合适，所以走在了一起，这样的结合，无关爱情。唐晓芙把他们的通信寄给方的时候，正是方爱情之火彻底磨灭的时候，而以后也不会再重燃了。

方和孙结婚后经常吵嘴，这不就是所以家庭婚姻的缩写吗?吵吵闹闹，床头打架床尾和。还有两个家庭之间的嫌隙，新式思维与传统旧派的矛盾，妯娌之间的“同仇敌忾”等等，都既讽刺又可笑。以及方在职场中遇到的一些勾心斗角与黑暗，一副副人生百态图。

《小王子》英语读后感1

Once when I was six years old, I saw a magnificent picture in a book,called True Stories from Nature, about the primeval forest. It was a picture of a boa constrictor in the act of swallowing an animal. Here is a copy of the drawing.

In the book it said:" Boa constrictors swallow their prey whole, without chewing it. After that they are not able to move, and they sleep through the six months that they need for digestion."

I pondered deeply, then, over the adventures of the jungle. And after some work with a colored pencil I succeeded in making my first drowing,My Drawing Number One. It looked like this:

I showed my masterpiece to the grown-ups, and asked them whether the drawing frightened them.

But they answered:"Frighten? Why should any one be frightened by a hat?"

My drawing was not a picture of a hat. It was a picture of a boa constrictor digesting an elephant. But since the grown-ups were not able to understand it, I made another drawing: I drew the inside of the boa constrictor,so that the grown-ups could see it clearly. They always need to have things explained. My Drawing Number Two looked like this:

The grown-ups response,this time, was to adviseme to lay aside my drawing of boa constrictors,whether from the inside or the outside and devote myself instead to geography, history, arithmetic and grammar. That is why, at the age of six, I gave up what might have been a magnificent career as a painter. I had been disheartened by the failure of my Drawing Number One and my Drawing Number Two. Grown-ups never understand anything by themselves, and it si tiresome for children to be always and forever explaining things to them.

So then I chose another profession, and learned to pilot airplanes.

I have flown a little over all parts of the world:and it is ture that geography has been very useful to me. At a glance I can distinguish China from Arizona. If one gets lost in the night,such knowledge is valuable.

In the course of this life I have had a great many encounters with a great many people who have been concerned with matters of consequence. I have lived a great deal among grown-ups. I have seen them intimately, close at hand. And hasnt much improved my opinion of them.

Whenever Imet one of them who seemed to me at all clearsighted, I tried the experiment of showing him my Drowing Number One. which I have always kept. I would try to find out, so, if this was a person of true understanding. But, whoever it was, he ,or she, would always say:

"That is a hat."

Then I would never talkto that people about boa constrictors, or primeval forest, or stars. I would bring myself down to his level. I would talk to him about bridge, and golf, and politics, and neckties. And the grown-ups would be greatly pleased to have met such a sensible man.

This is a fairytale whose distribution volume is only second to The Bible. It’s been translated to versions of many other languages. And I gather there must be something special, something really great about it. It’s this conviction that drove me to read it at the first beginning. Well, with due respect to the author, I failed to see how this fairytale be worthy of our attention, despite the fact that many readers claimed this book to be designed for adults.

Anyway, as a well-acknowledged book, it must possess unique feature to maintain it’s position. And it’s reputation and popularity will by no means be destroyed by what an unknown man says. I will talk about the main contents of the book, and the inspiration it renders as usual.

This book mainly tells us the experience of a prince from a tiny planet, who traveled to many other planets and finally came to the earth and met the pilot in a desert. The prince and the pilot became good friends, and the pilot gradually got to know the feeling and experience of his friend. Before he came to the earth, little prince had been to other 6 little planets where he made acquaintance with some strange people. The first man he met was a king on a little planet, yet he claimed to be the king of the space and ridiculously justified his unshakable governance over all. The second person was a man of vanity, who enjoyed compliments of any form without considering whether it’s sincere or not. The third person was an alcoholic who tried to forget the fact that he’s addicted to acohol by drinking like a fish. The fourth person was an abosolute money-oriented businessman, who cared nothing but his fortune. Next came the lamp-lighter who performed his duty blindly. The last one was a geographer who knew too much about geography to solve a real problem related to it. These six people each represented one kind of person like us. The authorsatirized people’s conceit, emptiness, fakeness, innocence and blindness through the tone of a child.

I see eye to eye with the author in that the cause of people’s loneliness can be concluded to the negligence of the bonds that connects them. People are supposed to care about each other, cherish what’s really important for them, and be grateful for the happiness that they’ve gained. We all believe knowledge and experience enable us to see clearly and make right judgements all the time. But we may sometimes lose the right to speak straighforwardly, think creatively or love courageously resulting from what we’ve experienced. That why in our middle school textbooks, it’s the little kid that breaks the illusion of the emperor by saying ”but mum, he ain’t were anything”.

When I was a child, I was definitely a good boy who went home on time after school and did his homework and never tried anything without mom’s permission. And now I am a grown-up, and still I am a good man, at least, that’s what I heard. Sometimes when I was lonely and I began to think about my childhood, then all the happiness and care-free life came back to me as it were yesterday. Kids that once accompanied me during my childhood now become fathers and mothers of their kids and I myself am a child no more. Thinking about all these things have made me moody. There’re changes happening in our lives whether we are happy about it or not.

People told me life is a journey which will never stop once it’s started. What’s left behind are happiness and sorrow, pride and shame, success and regret. There’s good old time to reminisce and there’s sad hours that reminds us of the pain. Your feeling makes them real, and you know you lived.

I want to conclude by saying some positive words that each yestersday used to be today, and each today is the future of yesterday, so making the most of today is the best way to cherish your lives. Our mortal beings are doomed to die. It’s not sad, instead, death it’s just a process of our lives. After all, we’ve lived our lives and it’s what we do and how we think that determine who we are.

课堂是学生获得语言知识，提高语言技能和培养语言交际能力的主要场所，因而使得教师的语言成为课堂教学的工具，又是学生学习的内容。而我们作为英语老师，感知身上压力更大。因为英语对我们来说比较是非母语，怎样才能在课堂中更准确，更流利，更自信地表达自己的想法呢?这一直是我们需要改进提高的部分——教师课堂用语。这本书的出现，真的是能使我们在短期能迅速提高，有据可依的范本。

在课堂用语的表达中，常常存在一些问题。比如，在课堂中往往表达比较随意，用语不够规范。再则，表达时词汇单调，显得乏味，不能给学生很好的丰富语言的范例。久而久之，对于学生能力的提升没有正面的帮助。正因为知道教师课堂语言的重要性，如何在这方面得以改进提高，是非常重要的!

那往往哪些因素在影响着我们教师的语言呢?首先由于教师采用的教学方法不同，每位老师的教育背景和教育理念不同，采用的教学方式也各异，因而呈现出的教学用语也不一样。其次，教师的性格，教师的情感也起到一定影响。再则，学生英语程度的高低，也会影响教师课堂用语所花时间的长短。

怎样可以帮助自己提高这方面的能力呢?首先，还是要规范自己的英语表达，先做到正确无误，不能有中式英语。尽量避免受母语的影响，在表达时，句式，语法要多吸收纯正的英语表达，使自己在课堂中能流利地表达自己的想法。

其次，要深入浅出，根据学生的年龄和知识特点，选择适合他们层次水平的语言，但要略高于学生的水平，这样有利于提高学生的能力。逐渐乃至全部使用英语去讲解新学的词汇，句子等等，让学生使用英语的能力得到提升。挖掘教材中隐性的一些话题，让学生拓展思维，去进行互动交流。

再则，教师语言要生动风趣，幽默灵活。这样的课堂，教师往往能利用自己的教育机智，让课堂变得更加活跃，消除学生的紧张情绪，创造更好的语言交流氛围。

然后，教学语言也可和板书，肢体语言相配合。让课堂中的表达更丰富，让学生更显而易见地明了自己的表达，更容易地互相交流。

接着，尽量用“积极语言”代替“消极语言”，给学生更多的鼓励与肯定，培养学生的学习积极性。每一个人都有自卑的心理，尤其是学生在回答后，如果给他太直接的否定的答案，可能会使他产生消极的学习情绪，换种表达，可能对学生来说，有意想不到的效果。

作为英语老师，我们的语言真的非常重要，相信我们多些学习，更关注下自己的课堂用语，对学生的学习起到积极的正面作用，相信他们也会更爱学英语。

[关于《我的第一本英语教师课堂用语手册》的读后感

Here I am sitting on a couch alone thinking about what I have just finished reading with tears of sadness filling my eyes and fire of indignation filling my heart which revived my exhausted soul that has already been covered by the cruelty and the selfishness of the secular world for a long time. It is truly what I felt after reading Oliver Twist written by the prominent British author Charles Dickens.

The resonance between me and the book makes me feel not only the kindness and the wickedness of all the characters in the novel but what this aloof society lacks and what I lack deep inside. These supreme resources I’m talking about right now are somewhat different from minerals oil that we usually mention. They’re abstract like feelings and some kinds of spiritual stimulation that all of us desire anxiously from one another —— love and care.

Those charitable figures whom Dickens created in the novel are really what we need in life. They showed love and care to others just as the gentle rain from the sky fell upon the earth which was carved into my heart deeply.

Mr. Brownlow is one such person.

The other day he had one of his elaborate watches stolen by two skilled teenage thieves Artful Dodger and Charley Bates and thought naturally it was Oliver who was an orphan and forced to live with a gang of thieves that had done it because he was the only one near by after the theft had taken place. Being wrathful he caught Oliver and sent him to the police station where the ill-tempered unfair magistrates worked. Fortunately for him Oliver was proved innocent by one onlooker afterwards. With sympathy Mr. Brownlow took the injured poor Oliver to his own home. There Oliver lived freely and gleefully for some months as if he were Mr. Brownlow’s own son. One day however Mr. Brownlow asked Oliver to return some books to the bookseller and to send some money for the new books that he had already collected. The thief Oliver once stayed with kidnapped him. After that he disappeared in Mr. Brownlow’s life. Searching for a while Mr. Brownlow had to believe the fact that he had run away with his money. But dramatically they came across each other again a few years later. Without hesitation Mr. Brownlow took Oliver home for the second time not caring if he had done something evil.

Perhaps most of us would feel confused about Mr. Brownlow’s reaction. But as a matter of fact this is just the lesson we should learn from him. Jesus said in the Bible. “Forgive not seven times but seventy-times seven.” Why is that? Because forgiveness is our ability to remove negative thoughts and neutralize them so our energy may be spent on doing what we came here for. We cannot move forward in our future if past issues cloud our thinking. Stop put Mr. Brownlow into the list of your models. Always give people a second chance no matter what they might have done. That’s also a substantial part of loving and caring others.

Then there are Mrs. Maylie and Rose Oliver’s other benefactors. Maybe the reason they loved and cared Oliver was not because of forgiveness. In my point of view it was trust. They had faith in Oliver when he was considered to be a filthy burglar who tried to break the front door of Maylie’s at midnight. But this wasn’t how these two ladies saw the whole thing. They denied Oliver’s crime immediately and listened attentively to Oliver’s own description of his miserable life. They were deeply touched by Oliver’s strong perseverance and astonishing vitality. Accordingly they remedied Oliver’s body and heart and turned him into a different boy. He began to wear appropriate and clean suits which were tailor-made for him and receive education.

As far as we can see it is trust that helps us all live together without precaution. Sometimes trust can even lead us to miracles which we often expect to come about so why not trust? Trust yourself trust others and you’ll salute miracles every single day.

In the novel though the young Oliver again and again fell for conspiracies of those hideous thieves who tried to torture Oliver’s body and poisoned Oliver’s heart intensely he always lived on and tried hard to seek for his own life. Then I realized what supported him all through were actually beliefs. In most cases what you believe is what you’ll become. Believe that you are unlimited that you can do anything you commit to doing and when you do your accomplishments will know no bounds. You control your beliefs and that is how you ultimately control your life. It’s all dictated by your attitude.

In the final analysis love and care contain numerous forms there are love of forgiveness love of trust etc. but they all come from your beliefs in life. When someone tells you he’s deceived you forgive him anyway when someone tells you what he’s done trust him anyway and when you face adversities while chasing your dreams think about your beliefs then what hinders you will become a piece of cake in no time.

So find out “Olivers” in your life and do as Mr. Brownlow and Mrs. Maylie do: love them and care them which cost nothing but save much. They enrich those who receive without impoverishing those who give. They can be certain smallest words or actions but the memory of them sometimes last forever.

Charles Dickens said:“Love makes the world go around.” These immortal words have inspired and will keep on inspiring us to chant the melody of love and to say the prayer of care forevermore. Prejudice》，我才稍稍读懂一些简和宾利之间产生矛盾的原因，才对达西傲慢的举止多了一些了解。也突然理解了“少不读红楼，老不读三国”的原因。当你的人生阅历没有达到那个层次的时候，你是不会理解和认同书中的观点，更不会从书中有所收获。

读《围城》的第一章时，我就被钱钟书先生的文笔倾倒，好犀利的文笔啊，短短几句描写，就将苏小姐的心理刻画地淋漓尽致。那一刻，我觉得世界上真正的高情商的人就是那些作家，他们能将人世间种.种形态的人的心理都能琢磨地透彻，并于文字间表达出来。

能在23、24岁这个对爱情和婚姻好奇的年纪读《围城》，这是我的幸运。爱情是什么?婚姻是什么?在之前，我一直在好奇。网络上的许许多多的信息让我觉得婚姻就是爱情的延续，而爱情也是不食人间烟火的、只有彼此的高贵事物。一切都是美好的，爱情和婚姻都是美好。在《围城》这本书里，我看到了爱情和婚姻的另外一面。有时你以为的爱情，可能只是你的一厢情愿，而婚姻更可能只是两个不讨厌彼此的人的互相结合。而这种不美好恰恰是很多人的真实生活，即使是接受最先进观念的人也不能避免这种俗气。

很喜欢书中的一句话“不见了好久的朋友，在我们的心目里，还是当年的风采，尽管我们已经老了。”虽然我还未老，但对于身边那些已经分离的朋友，他们在我的心中，仍旧还是学生时代青涩的模样。
