"I try to call them but there was no answer.I was so shocked,do they forget my birthday?How could this be! I was so sad that I couldnt eat anything. I just did my homework and waited for them.

And then,things changed completely. It was about time for dinner, my mother called and told me to go to the restanrant near our house. When I got there I couldnt believed my eyes. Everybody has a daily schedule. We do the same things almost every day. My

day is probaly like yours.

Heres my daily routine. I get up at 6:30 every morning. I take my time

waking up,but then I wash up quickly. I brush my teeth,comb my hair and put on

school uniform. I pack my bag for school and I leave. I never miss breakfast,so

I either eat at home or eat on the way to school. But I always eat hurry. After

school,I go to a cram school like all my friends. I study and finish my homework

for the day. Finally,I go home and I take a break. I have dinner with my

family,watch a little TV. I am usually in bed by 9:30.

Many large cities are anything but pollution-free. Our cities have many factories, which we need to make food, clothing and other things. Every year these factories pour millions upon millions of tons of smog into air. Power plants and houses that burn coal add greatly to air pollution. Besides, there are more cars in cities now. Once out on the streets, they will take in fresh air and replace it with poisonous gases.

Our country is trying hard to prevent and control air pollution. As long as every citizen also realizes its importance and makes join efforts, the day will come soon when people will take in only clean air. Then, the sunlight will no longer be blackened out by smoke and soot.
