日本是用木材量最大的国家，但是却从不砍伐自己国家的树木，都是进口的国外的木材，日本是全世界森林面积占国土比例最大的国家。将有高污染的工程全放到国外生产。读到这里，恐怕大家免不了要骂日本人心机重，但是这不正好证明了日本是最重视国家环境保护的吗?

保护环境，从我做起!!!这句口号我们喊了多少遍了，可是我们有落实过吗?这个口号最初还是我们喊出来的，但是我们从来都没有真正的行动起来，这个口号被日本当做了基本国策，落实的没有一点漏洞。这不仅使日本的环境变好起来了，还是日本成为了大气污染最少的国家。

这么看来日本好似真的很无耻，卑鄙!但是这却是我们最该学的地方。看看我们中央新闻，头版头条总是哪个哪个领导在哪开会，会上说了些什么，但是那很多都只是耳旁风，有哪个能正真落实好的，全都是嘴上说说，过了就忘了。但是外国头版头条总是哪里哪里发生了什么，都是求帮助的，真正为老百姓谋的了福利 。这就是中日之间的差别。每年我们将木材低价卖给外国，然后又要花几十万几百万把水土治理好。这就是中日的差别。这些年来黄河决堤的频率越来越频繁，这不都是我们不注意黄河保护而种下的恶果吗?

However, when it comes to the ways to fight against obesity, different people have different views. Some people think we could eat less so that we will absorb less, while the rest of them argue that we could do more exercise as well as eating healthily. Personally, I agree with the later one.

Secondly, with most of us engaging in stationary work, we are deprived of the chances to exercise, which also contributes a lot of overweight. 由于下午我不能呆在家里，必须跟妈妈一块儿去她办公室，计划先在办公室写几页作业，看看书，然后在院里的跳舞场和篮球场上和小朋友玩，玩玩后就可以玩一会电脑游戏了。

还有这段时间博客写得太少了，现在放假了，我得多写，计划两天一篇。

这些当然指妈妈单位没放假的时候，等到过年那几天就什么也不干，光玩了。

放寒假了，我就是这么想的，既然是放假吗，我就要痛快地玩好，但也不能不学习，我会严格要求自己的!
