北京市举行2017年高考评卷工作媒体开放日，位于清华大学（分数线，专业设置）、北京大学（分数线，专业设置）的数学及语文阅卷点面向媒体开放。到底评卷点有多神秘？评卷老师如何挑选而来？具体怎么打分？一一为你揭晓。

另外，据北京大学语文评卷点老师介绍，目前的阅卷过程中已经有满分作文出现。不过出于保密原则，作文是不可能在阅卷过程中流传出去的。

北京2017评卷工作何时结束？

北京教育考试院副院长臧铁军介绍，北京2017年高考于6月8日结束，高考共需阅卷约20万份。根据工作安排，评卷工作已从6月9日开始，预计将于22日结束，23日12时发布高考成绩，高招各批次录取最低控制分数线以及高考成绩一分段情况也将同日向社会发布。25日8时至29日20时，统考考生填报本科志愿，单考考生填报单招志愿。

2017年北京继续实行高考全科目网上评卷，全市共设立6个高考评卷点。其中数学阅卷点设在清华大学，语文阅卷点设在北京大学。

评卷教师为何人？

北京市按照教育部要求，精心遴选评卷教师。进一步完善评卷教师资源库并进行动态管理，严格控制评卷教师组成、结构比例及选聘方式。在今年的高考评卷中，各区教研员和中学教师人数保持稳定，这部分人数超过高校教师人数。同时，将各区评卷骨干教师、往年曾被评为优秀评卷员的教师优先进行了遴选。

根据北京2017年高考评卷教师遴选结果，全市共有1137名教师参加今年的高考评卷工作。其中，统考评卷1107人，来自高校的评卷教师547人，占总人数的49.41%；来自区教研部门、中学教师560人，占总人数的50.59%。单考评卷30人，全部为高校教师。

其中数学阅卷点共有280多名评卷老师，其中约170名来自清华大学，各区教研员和中学教师占比与去年基本持平，约占40%。

评卷场所管理有多严？

严格按照《国家教育考试考务安全保密工作规定》要求开展评卷工作。评卷场所实行封闭管理，所有人员须凭有效证件入场，继续设立安检门与手持扫描仪等设备，对评卷人员实行严格安检，同时实行武警保卫、公安巡逻、昼夜安保值班等措施，要求每班值班人员不得少于3人，无关人员不得进入评卷场所。

严格执行计算机网上评卷的技术要求。网络连接采用局域网形式与外网实行物理隔断，并确保网络安全畅通，保障信息传输安全，防止病毒感染和黑客入侵；将存有答卷数据信息的服务器放置在专用机房，关键评卷场所配备视频监控录像设备，视频监控全方位，无死角；评卷数据库备份管理、异地存储。

建立处理突发事件应急工作机制，对评卷工作实施全过程风险管理。实施评卷工作日报制度。

评卷过程如何打分？

正式评卷前，学科工作组组织各题小组长以上负责人集中学习研究《答案及评分标准》，通过试评统一认识。由学科工作组对全体评卷教师集中进行上岗前业务培训，经过实操性考试合格后才能正式上岗，防止评卷过程中出现偏宽、偏严或宽严不一的现象。对评卷过程中发现的违规卷、雷同卷或有政治问题的异常情况，及时上报，对评分有分歧的试题，须由学科工作组集体研讨，达成一致意见后确定处理方案。加强评卷质量监控，各科目全面实施“背靠背双评”，建立严格的质量检查制度，明确规定每天都要进行一定量的抽检，确保评卷给分科学、准确。对经过三评或四评的试卷，都要全部进行再次核查，坚决杜绝漏判、错判等现象的发生，保障评卷公正、科学、客观和准确。

清华大学招办主任刘震指出，有些考生和家长比较担心数学阅卷中“过程对了但结果有误是否得分”。从专家组的反馈来看，在数学的阅卷中，非常注重对过程的评价。比如有考生做题的过程很好，但最后计算错了，“丢分不多”，“可以得到大部分的分数”。

就网友关注的一些热点问题，北京教育考试院及评卷点老师也做了解答。

1.作文阅卷时间有限定吗？几十秒？

北京大学评卷组老师解释道，作文有两个，阅卷时先阅第一个，再阅第二个。实行无纸化阅卷，采取“背靠背双评”。若是两个评卷老师的分数差距超出一定范围，还会有三评、四评。确保评卷公正、客观、准确。

此外，不存在几十秒看一份卷子的说法，北京语文卷子不到6万份，一共有300位老师评卷，人手相对充裕，老师能够静下心来看每一份卷，阅卷质量有保证。

臧院长表示，评卷时间不是评价评卷质量的唯一标准，时间长短要根据实际情况看。

2.评卷老师是封闭式管理吗？

评卷老师并不是处于封闭状态，而是像上下班一样按时到各个评卷点参与评卷。

船主请一位修船工给自己的小船刷油漆。修船工刷漆的时候，发现船底有一个小洞，就顺手给补了。过了些日子，船主来到他家道谢，送上了一个大红包。修船工奇怪，说：您已经付给我工钱了。船主说：那是刷油漆的钱，这是补洞的报酬。修船工说：那只是顺手做的一件小事船主感激说：当得知孩子们划船去海上后，我才想起船底有洞这件事，绝望极了，觉得他们肯定回不来了。等到他们平安归来，我才明白是您救了他们。

这个船主也许挺傻的，你家孩子既然已经安全了，他漆工又不知道要他的举动有多么的值得赞许或者奖励。你拿了一个大红包，不是很无谓吗？况且你还少花那么些钱呢，要知道，钱在这个社会是多么的重要啊。这个大红包的钱是你辛辛苦苦多长时间才赚回来的，给了他，他也不一定领情，还以为是他应得的呢，现在的人心啊，不可这样惯呢！你有了这些钱，没准儿还能给自家孩子买个保险，或者更现实，给他们捐个官做，还能生出更多钱和更多辉煌呢。

再说这个漆工，要追究起责任来，你还算是没有职业道德呢。你是漆工，只应该负责刷漆，怎么管起修补船的漏洞了呢？明显是个人英雄主义嘛。想显摆你有这个能耐？还是想抢别人的饭碗？一观便知这个人不懂行业规则，是个危险分子，不可让其做大。被消灭可能就是迟早的事。现在不是讲社会和谐吗？你这明显是破坏和谐社会，增加社会矛盾，也有可能是某敌国潜伏的卧底，是必须消灭的恐怖主义分子。

最后，我以为，不管是船主还是漆工，都应该老老实实做分内之事，尽量低调。不要逞能。这样，世界才安稳和谐，有钱的更有钱，有权的更贪腐。鸿鹄高飞，燕雀叽叽喳喳。多么丰富多彩的和谐世界啊！

民国初年，清末时大名鼎鼎的神医喜来乐发配宁古塔，刑满归家，筹备着再开“一笑堂”，想凭借自己精湛的医术生存下来。

这天清晨，喜来乐醒来却寻不见徒弟德福，却在德福的房间里发现了一封告别信：“师父，俺走了。这么多年俺跟在您身边鞍前马后地侍候着，医术学到了不少却一事无成。谁都知道有个神医喜来乐。我德福虽无功劳也有苦劳吧，可人们就拿我当个跟班的。俺还年轻，相信凭着勇气和信心我一定会成为一代名医。”看完，喜来乐扔下信，赌气地撂下一句话：“小兔崽子，走吧，师父还能离不了你？”

话分两头，且说德福迎着朝阳走向了他的幸福事业路，脑子里想的是灿烂辉煌的未来。路上还算顺利，途经村子村民的小病小灾都被他治好了。过了些日子，正是桃花盛开的季节，连绵的春雨一直下着。这天德福去一户人家避雨，院中种着几棵桃树。主人将德福迎进来后却一筹莫展，唉声叹气。德福问其缘由，才知道这家主人的儿子患上了一种怪病。男孩儿身上先是起红斑，继而发展为红肿，脸部肿胀，双眼无神布满血丝，舌头上还有小红点。病发作时，奇痒难耐，找了很多郎中都无济于事。

听完主人的描述，德福满怀信心地承诺，自己定能将男孩儿的病治好。他见了病人，号了脉，初步分析知道是过敏。未经进一步分析他便将过敏原定为花粉，继而便开方抓药。为了尽快见效，他还加大了药的剂量。总之，他有治病的勇气和信心。谁知服药一天后，男孩儿非但没有好转，反而上吐下泻，病情急剧恶化。于是他被主人家逐出门，人家还留下一句“庸医”。

德福正在苦恼之时，却望见了马车上朝这边来的师父一行人。德福来不及躲避，索性就迎了上去，请求师父的帮助。听完德福对病人病征的描述，喜来乐对德福说：“徒弟啊，你虽然有救死扶伤的勇气，却缺乏经验。若那男孩儿对花粉过敏，他家就有桃树，每年开花，怎能只今年患病。依为师看，造成这男孩儿过敏的是这潮湿阴雨的天气，此地以前少雨干旱，偏今年阴雨连绵，使男孩儿染上病症。我这儿有治此病的法子，但因男孩儿病情加重，为师也不知当不当用啊。”

“师父，救人要紧！”于是德福照方抓药。两三日后，男孩儿病情逐渐好转。经此事后，师徒二人坐在一起谈心。喜来乐说：“徒儿，为师之所以来到此地，是因为我在城里呆不下去了。给人瞧病时，为师虽有经验但害怕出错，担心坏了自己名声，反而没有开方抓药的勇气。本想离开那里另谋出路，是你看病的勇气给我上了一课。”

自此，二人又回到一起，还是那对冤家师徒，经验与勇气成了“一笑堂”成功的秘诀。
