The first time of eating buffet

This morning，my bset friend XiaoLuo called me out for buffet dinner. I have

never gone to eat buffet before.

we met at the gate of buffet restaurant of HanTingXuan near the Center

square in GuiLin downtown at 11 am.After buying tickets we went into

therestaurant excitedly.As a food junkie，to be honest，I was totally stunned by a

delicious!grill，hamburger，cake，sushi，drinks，seafood，iscream，hotpot，ect. In

total， I ate four piece of cake，five sushis，a plate of grill，an iscream，a cup of

一到游泳馆，我和爸爸就迫不及待地进了更衣室。我换好游泳裤，来到游泳池边。看着大人们快乐地游来游去，像一条条健壮的鲨鱼。我也“扑通”一声跳进水里努力地学着蛙泳。

不一会儿，我就学会了，居然还能游一个来回。爸爸对我说：“你的进步可真不小啊，真太棒了!”我心里比吃了蜜还要甜。

早上，我伴随着闹钟声醒来了。来到学校时，我的心情还是轻松的，因为我的两个教练都说我可以拿到第一。等人来齐时，我们就一起去对面的早餐店吃早餐，吃完后，我们就一起去七中比赛。

来到七中时，正好刚刚开始开幕仪式。我们是站在前面的。我往后一看，哇!跑道上全是运动员，几十所学校呀!我心中的自信就像一根羽毛，被一股强大的风刮走了。

这时，我的心里向有一头小鹿在乱窜。心里紧张极了。可刘主任笑眯眯地对我说：“一定要拿到第一名!”“各就各位……”裁判喊道，我的手心里冒汗了。“预备”裁判一说完，枪声就响了。我先用中上的速度跑完了第一个弯道，到了旗子那里，立马转到内道，暂时位居第一，我才深深松了口气。我按照在学校训练的节奏跑，可是速度却要快些，很轻松的跑完了第一圈，可是，第二圈便没有力气了，速度逐渐慢了下来。可是在一瞬间，我听到了一种声音“加油，加油!”啊，这是我的好朋友的声音，我心中顿时有一股力量支持着我，使我用原速度跑完了半圈。最后半圈时，我真的不行了，心想，反正我现在是第一，跑慢一点，没事的，于是我用慢速度跑完半个弯道。这时，一个看似高中的大哥哥像是对我说，又像是自言自语道：“这个女孩不错呀，800米跑这么快呀!”我听了，开始加速，到最后100米时，我听见了训练队队友嘶声力竭的加油声;听见了刘主任那熟悉的叫我快点的声音;听见了那素不相识的裁判的声音也在叫我快……我以最快的速度跑向终点，扑在爷爷的怀里，实在站也站不起来了。

记得还有一次，课堂上，我在写作文，背没挺直，熊老师走过来，轻轻地拍了一下我的背部，并温柔地说：“马金戈，你的背要挺直，不然，你的身高就会减少几厘米，也就不帅气了哦。”我听了，立刻坐直了身体，老师满意地笑了。

今天有节生物课，我万分高兴，因为生物郭老师非常幽默，而且风趣。但是今天的生物课实属有些让人丈二和尚摸不着头脑。

一上课就看到了桌子上被罚同学的十几瓶水，由于前几次都没有得到奖励，所以我渴望得到属于自己的一瓶水，一瓶水不贵，但这是一份荣誉。老师就来了，先是问了刚才谁说话了，举手奖励一瓶水，讲话口渴了，奖励一瓶水。但是一个人都没有接受，因为大家都觉得说话会有奖励不可能!这种天上掉馅饼的事儿谁信的?但是过了一会儿，老师只是一个男同学问你说话了没有?那个男同学说，我没有说话啊，不，我说话了。老师马上讲给他了一瓶水，他的高兴之际，不一两秒钟，老师又说，你说话罚三瓶水。果然不简单呀!

My home town is a beautiful place. It stands beside a wide river and is

rich in fish and rice.

But in the old days it was a poor and backward little town. Many people had

no work. They lived a hard life.

In 1949 my hometown was liberated. Since then great changes have taken

place there. The streets have been widened. Factories, schools, hospitals,

cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another. The life of the people is

greatly improved.

I love my hometown. All the more I love its people. They are working hard

so as to make it still richer and more beautiful.

I used to hate others to laugh at me, because I thought they were looking

down upon me. My friends said that I was too serious and couldn’t be made fun

of. When I go out with friends, they always smile loudly and I just sit quietly

in the corner. I want to change this situation, I don’t want to be a outsider, I

want to be part of the group. So I watch many comic movies and start to play

jokes with my friends. I become more active now, when my friends play jokes on

me, I will laugh happily and play jokes on them. I take the easy mood and become

part of the group.
