记得她给我们上第一节课时，在黑板上写下了A，B，C，D四个字母时，我们都一脸蒙圈的看着她。她也没卖关子，而是直按告诉我们这每一个字母向映代表着你们每一个大组，往后的每一节课中每大组之间都是有竞争的。你们可以通过回答问题，领读，默写单词来获得分数，而分数最高的大组可以在英语家业中获取减半的权力。随着老师的话落，同学们都摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试。在老师的提问下，每组之间可以说是“八仙过海，各显神通"，个个都使出了自已的看家本领，生怕自己的大组落后。

"叮铃铃，叮铃铃"下课铃声响起了，这有趣而又积极的一节课结束了。最后老师帮我们统筹了每个大组的积分成绩，获胜的大组获取了奖励，然而没有获胜的大组老师也叫他们不要气馁，争取在下一堂课取得好成绩

这就是我的英语老师——徐老师。

初一第一学期刚开学，教室前门就进来一位中等个子，披散着一头又直又长头发的女教师。上下一打量，25岁左右，个子1米55左右。她一进门就用英文介绍了一下自己！我立刻就意识到她就是我们的英语老师！她在介绍过程中说了这么一句我很荣幸能和你们成为师生，不过我对你们在学习英语这一方面提一个要求：我希望你们能认真听好每一节英语课，做好该做的笔记，能做到课前预习课后复习。这句话着实把我们全班都镇住了。第一印象：严格！还没正式上课就已经如此严格要求我们听课，那以后上课不就谁也不敢往下想

不久后发现，她不仅是我们班的英语老师，她也是隔壁七班的班主任！我有点害怕了，不知做班主任的她会不会更凶、更严格？

可是时间久了却发现，实际上并不是我们以为的那样。我们都觉得她是那么的亲切、容易交流

她上课时，会弄得全班同学都哈哈大笑，因为她会时不时用上几句现代用语。虽然这些都是我们经常说，但是从一个英语老师嘴里说出来，难免会有些别扭。我们之间的距离感一下子就消失了，反而，亲切感一下子就增进了！比如她反复强调的某些东西时，都强调了至少10遍了就会成了她的口头禅！这还没什么，到后来演变成100遍、N遍；最后递进到N+1遍。她在我心目中的我的第一好印象——亲切、滑稽、是个好老师，便彻底被抹杀掉了。

平时课堂上，她经常让我们听写、考试、玩游戏等等不像班主任那样，一进来准没好事——不停在传授一些人生大道理给我们。语文老师抱着书不是听写，就是背书。她每次都会说一些连班主任都不太懂的人生哲理的、感人的文章给我们听，有时还会说笑话，即使是不好笑，她自己也会乐成一团。

有一天下午的英语课，打了上课铃之后班里仍是像炸了锅一样热闹：吵架的、打架的、嬉笑的、K歌的，应有尽有，无所不有。我正奇怪英语老师为什么还没来？突然间发觉班上顿时鸦雀无声，我好奇的望望门口，发现英语老师就站立在教室门口。一同来的，还有班主任。班主任宣布了放学后全班站到6点，再吵就站到7点的圣旨后生气地朝办公室走去。我们在下面后悔已经来不及了，因为我们班主任从来都是说话算数的。同时也深感不服，我根本没吵到，凭什么要我陪他们留到6点，我越想越不服气，最后还是决定暂时不追究她，先认真上课再说。

我刚回过神来，忽然发现英语老师已经站在我的身边。我立刻打起十二分精神！过了一会儿，她说：其实今天的事我也有责任。我来晚了。可是大家真的很乱，我一路走过来，别的班都很安静地上课、自习，最吵最乱就是你们班了那好吧，我也要为这件事负点责任，我也陪你们站，大家谁都别坐了，好吗？她严肃的表情上找不到任何的虚伪迹象，我们都为之感动，就差流泪了。结果那个晚上，她真的一边管七班的纪律一边陪我们罚站，不停地在我们班和七班两个班之间走来走去，因为我们班和七班的教室刚好捏在一起！那天晚上她一直都没坐下过。我们看见她如此辛苦的陪着我们，谁也没好意思偷懒，就凭她的那番话和行为，我愿意站十个晚上来奉还。

教过我的英语老师甚至是所有老师中，她的确是教得最好且最能拉近与学生之间距离的一个。翻开我们的英语作业本，你会发现，每个人的本上每天都会有一个大大的评分：A+！

你们都是我的学生，你们在我心目中都没有优差之分，我对待我的每一个学生都是一视同仁的。只要你肯学，我都会卖力地教育你们！——这就是她的教学方式。

老师，你不仅是我见过最好的英语老师，也是我们的良师益友。我相信，在我初中三年内，有您与我同行，我的英语成绩一定会更上一层楼！

Mrs Zhao is a kindly teacher, she always make us laugh and at the same time, she will teach us more knowledge.She doesnt seem like a teacher, and her friendly always make her like our friend, however, it doesnt mean that she is not care about our grade and homework. She is also strict, every time, she checks our homework very carefully, and make us understand anything in class. so that is our teacher who is kindly and serious.

赵老师是一个亲切的老师,她总是逗我们笑,同时,她将教我们更多的知识。她似乎并不像一个老师,她总是让她像我们的朋友一样,然而,这并不意味着她不关心我们的成绩和作业。她也很严格,每一次,她很仔细地检查我们的家庭作业,在课堂上使我们了解很多事,所以这就是我们慈祥和严肃的老师。

那是他上的英语课，在课堂上告诉了我们一个记单词的诀窍，就是用音标记单词，可是刚接触音标的我，根本搞不清楚哪几个字母读哪个音，使我的听写没的不堪入目，应老师见了，不由的开起了玩笑：“我可真是伤心啊！”他说完后没有马上走开，反而是帮我认真的分析起来，边说边让我作笔记。让我记清楚，下次听写不要那么多错，那么辛苦的订证。

窗外的鸟儿在欢唱，伴着我“唰唰”的写字声和应老师的讲解声。

“colour，green，smart……。”又是一次听写，可这次，我有了应老师亲身传授的听写宝典，终于破了我的记录，拿了听写的第一个一百分！拿着听写本时，我的耳边好似又响起应老师给我认真的讲解声。

应老师在我的脑海中不只是英语王，还是一个“百科全书”。

在上课的前几分钟，应老师总会来和我们“谈谈人生”，“八婆八婆”。就拿最近几次的英语课来说说吧。

最近工作愉快吗?我很想您，我最喜欢英语了。自从您开始教英语时，我的成绩从来都是90分以上。有一次，我考了97分，您奖给了我一个本，当您说;“李佳仪，这次考的不错!”时，我非常高兴，我一定要继续努力!

邓老师，我最不喜欢星期三。因为，那天没有英语课。还有一次，您让我们给们您写纸条，……第二节下课你叫我到你办公室,抱着我笑着说：“这里的作业确实很好，我什么时候对你不理睬了?”我嘻嘻的笑了两声。您经常跟我拉手，您的手多么光滑，多么柔软。老师，您在我心中是最好的老师，我最喜欢您了!

我喜欢英语，梦想着长大当一名英语老师。学校里，我是英语课代表，平时喜欢和同学们用简单的英语交谈。像“Hello！”“Howareyou？”“Whatareyougoing？”等等。这一次，我的愿望要实现了。老师留了作业，让我们做小老师，教会家里人。哦也，我欢呼雀跃起来！

回到家，我把大家召唤在一起。找出闹钟，定上时间，拿出英语课本，打开课文《Themap》一课。郑重地对他们说“今天，我的作业是要把这一课教会给你们，大家认真完成，谢谢合作啊，拜托！”一边说，一边双手合十做鞠躬状。心想，我容易嘛。“好，开始上课，先教第一句话‘We……have……a…map……’”这一遍我说得很慢。妈妈爸爸悟性最高，学得最快，其实我心知肚明，他们是上过好几年学的产物，经历过学校大家庭无数次的文化熏陶了，自然这点单词不在话下。

哎，爷爷奶奶可就不同了，我说了好几遍，还是不会。就在我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁——团团转的时候，突然灵光一闪，我想到了我的同学，把中国字标在书上的瞬间。于是，我改变对爷爷奶奶的教学方法，说道“喂、喊、五、鹅、卖、坡”哇，他们像着了魔一样，经过不断地读，反复地练，学得有模有样了。哎呀，一节课的时间终于要结束了，为了巩固练习，下课之前，我又让他们各自说了一遍，这一次，爸爸妈妈说得没问题，爷爷奶奶的英语，真真切切的把我们一家逗得前仰后合啦！哇呀呀！

当老师真不容易啊，要面对各种各样的学生，但我还是喜欢当老师，当英语老师，不光能传授知识，还能品味教学的乐趣，一举多得啊！

ive got some suggestions for you. it seems that we students have got few chances to participate in discussion during the class time. most of the time, we are listening. seldom did we express our own ideas. i suggest that teachers should interact with students more frequently in the class. besides, id like to practice writing more, so would you please leave us more assignments?
