数学老师

化学老师

政治老师

还记得那次演讲比赛，我在耿庄镇中脱颖而出，代表耿庄镇去海城参加演讲，是您带我去的，虽然我努力了，但是还是只得了一个优秀奖，您安慰我说："没关系，毕竟你这是第一次，下次你一定会取得好成绩的，失败是成功的开始，别伤心了。”我听了，擦干了眼角的泪水，眼里又重新绽放出光芒，我知道，那是希望。从那一刻起，我决定做您最优秀的学生，我下功夫，拼命的学，努力的学，本以为还有机会，可谁知道，比赛之后的第3天，就传出了您要调走的消息。我们不敢相信，简直不敢想象，我们大家都哭了，所有人都哭了。那一刻，想见您，拼命的想见您，我当时都有了那个想法：只要能见您，付出生命我都愿意!您对我们比妈妈还亲，您教给我们的知识，我们会铭记在心，我们知道，您不可能在调回来了，就算调回来，教的也不再是我们了!

I think she is the most beautiful girl I have ever seen. She is exciting, amazing and sexy. When we first met I felt her erotic emanation. Now I know that she is extremely intelligent too. She is 25 years old, and she has a 3-year-old son. So she is a mother. A sharp mother. She has a piercing in her tongue and two tattoos, one on her stomach (an Indian man’s face) and one on her back (it is non-figurative). I like them very much. 我的英语老师姓闫，叫继旭，是个帅气的中年男子。闫老师个子有一米七多，皮肤黑黑的，看起来很老实。他英俊的脸上总是挂着微笑，不过有时发火时就不是了。

闫老师是个十分幽默的人，给我留下印象最深的就是几星期前的那节英语课。

那时闫老师提问到了一位同学，但是那个同学没有听讲，不知道是哪个问题，也不会。就在这时，闫老师想到了一个绝妙的办法，想着，他笑着对那位同学说：“没事儿，坐下吧，不是你的问题，是脑子的问题，回家花三毛钱换一个脑子就行了！”

课还是接着上，一旦提问到了谁，但是站起来不说话的，老师就会笑着对他们说：“嘴巴忘记带了吗？现在可以回家拿的！”

闫老师幽默归幽默，搞笑归搞笑，他同时又是那么地关心自己的学生。

那天我们正在写书面作业，最后一排的李文婧只小声地说了一声自己头疼，然后用手按住头部，简直没有一点声响。可是闫老师竟然像雷达一样发现了这一小小举动。他就像看到自己的孩子生病一样，在瞬间跑了过去，问李文婧哪里不舒服，还拿着她的水杯，问她用不用去倒点热水。那时大约离下课还有十五分钟，可是单单这十几分钟，闫老师就去问候李文婧三十次之余。可见闫老师是多么地关心自己的学生啊！

这就是我的英语老师，这就是我帅气的英语老师，这就是我幽默的英语老师，这就是我关心自己学生的英语老师，这就是我的好英语老师！

初一的一年里，我遇到了一个好的英语老师。她为我们付出了很多，可是我们却用那惨不忍睹的成绩来回报她，我们真的很不应该。

我们的英语老师还是个比较年轻的女孩，可是她生动的教学还是无法挑剔的。记忆中，她没有骂过我们，我们考差了她也不怪我们，每次上课都是微笑着走进教室。成绩差，她也只是微笑着鼓励我们，眼里是浓浓的爱意，没有丝毫的责备，虽然常常和其他班比较，但到最后却做出了自我批评，可是，这么好的老师，我们却伤透了她的心。不懂得感恩，不懂得回报，不懂得对她好。

期中考试，我们彻底垮了，跌倒了谷底，无法挽救。老师走进教室，小小的空间顿时变得凝重起来，大家都有着说不出的难过，老师走上讲台，脸上带着微笑，可是那分明是无奈的笑，我们又伤了老师的心。她开口了：“同学们，大家都猜到了，对吗？”我们低着头，不说话。“同学们有考差了，也许，我这个做老师的有不对的地方，可是，我不敢相信我会差到这种地步。我一直相信同学们是好孩子，不会让老师失望，所以我一直坚持，一直坚信我可以把你们变得更好。虽然你们一次次让我失望，可是我还是愿意相信你们，这一次，我还是相信你们，希望这是我的错……"说着，她，哭了。那眼泪滴在了心里……

现在学期已经结束了，我没有勇气去回忆起那段回忆，没有勇气去回忆那位老师，没有勇气去回忆起自己的叛逆……

在新的学校呆了近两个月，不久刚举行了一次月考，学生都反映成绩不理想。借分析试卷的机会，我布置学生对我两个月的初一语文教学提出自己的意见，学生们踊跃参与，各抒己见。现归纳如下，并加上自己的感悟，以期指导今后的教学。

1、 上课速度要放慢，课文讲解要详细些。

感悟：中学的学科增加了，学习任务也加重了，可学生还停留在小学的阶段，要求老师咀嚼慢磨可见与小学的接轨工作没有做好。

2、上课要让学生把手放在书桌上，以防学生在下面做小动作。

感悟：还是小孩子的思维，或者说小学的许多做法在学生心中留下了深刻的印象，甚至是一些错误的做法也被学生视为法宝，习惯的力量大得吓人！

3、 上课不能接电话，请假也不能耽误课程。

感悟：曾经有两次在课堂接电话，后来我不再带手机进教室了，不想学的记忆那么棒。老师实在是一个高标准的职业！

4、学校的图书馆要对学生开放，允许学生借阅图书，开拓学生的视野。班级要办图书角，争取成立班级图书馆。

感悟：学生的知识来源渠道太窄，尤其是农村的学生。他们对知识充满了渴望。可惜学校图书馆暂时没有办法满足他们的要求。“书香校园”的建设任重道远！

5、 多布置作业，甚至抄作业做，对未完成作业的同学要严厉惩罚。

感悟：对最后一点我赞成，可前两点我有自己的看法。大概是小学的“题海

战术”功勋“卓著”，小学毕业考试的成绩让学生们体会到了它的巨大功能，令她们念念不忘。到初中之后学习的难度增加，他们又想起来对自己用这一狠招。我的可怜的学生！

6、 多讲课本上的课后习题。

感悟：自己的确对课后的“研讨与练习”关注不够，大部分是要求学生自己

完成，事后的检查也没有。学生是在提醒我不能丢了教材！

7、不能拖课，要将课间十分钟还给学生。

感悟：以后无条件执行！

8、上课声音洪亮，多讲普通话。

感悟：自己是外乡人，普通话有时讲的不标准，带有很重的地方口音。本来一进新学校，我自己格外注意这个问题，不想还是出问题。还是要加强普通话训练，“说”是教师的重要基本功之一！

9、多写正楷字，一笔一画的写！

感悟：本来自认为自己的字写得不错，周围同事也是这么说的，可在学生面前却行不通了。究其原因是，自己的字连笔多，有时字多或者一急，就显得潦草。这真是一个不应该出现的意见。

10、课堂上多训练朗读。

感悟：与自己的想法不谋而合。在教学中我一贯主张读中感、读中悟，甚至仿照韩军的名文写了《没有朗读，语文教学找不到回家的路》一文，表达自己的观点。可能问题出在自己的朗读水平不高，对学生朗读指导不到位上。

11、多举行如书法、朗诵等形式的竞赛。

感悟：以赛代练，以赛代学，在丰富多彩的活动中学习语文，是大家的一致追求。我在今后要多动脑筋，丰富他们的学习与生活！上次的“这就是我”语文实践活动，以“赛”的形式，鼓励学生全程参与，气氛热烈，学生的热情十分高涨！

12、多用多媒体和扩音器。

感悟：现代化的东西大家都喜欢！

13、平时测验要写作文，可以训练学生作文的速度，提高写作水平！

感悟：有两次单元检测，我考虑到时间的关系，就不要求他们作文，没有想到他们自动请缨。我的感觉是：喜从天降，何乐而不为！写作是语文教学的重点和难点，次数训练是基础，所谓量变导致质变嘛。学生都懂这个道理！

14、抓好预习，利用多种机会养成学生自学的习惯。

感悟：教学的最高境界就是：教是为了不教。好的学习习惯会让他们受益终生！“地球人都知道”！

15、不准对学生瞪眼睛，不准大声批评学生，不准打断学生的发言，不准拐弯批评学生。

感悟：学生是聪明和敏感的，我们每个老师都要当心呀！
