现代人都认为上网是好的，因为网络可以帮助查找资料、看视频、看新闻、娱乐等。其实正如老师说的那样“网络是双刃剑。”网络可以是你生活学习的伙伴，也可能是你成长的健康杀手。

现代网络游戏会上瘾，沉迷于游戏时的少年儿童连吃饭、睡觉、上课、写作业都是心不在焉的。天天想着游戏，时刻离不开游戏，自然学习成绩下降，体质变差，视力下降。甚至有的因为过于沉迷网络，长时间玩网游造成了下身突然瘫痪，不能动弹，严重的还当场昏迷。

去年，我家安装了宽带网，在朋友狂轰烂炸般的推荐下，我玩上了一款当时十分流行的网络游戏——“梦幻西游”。从此，便开始了我的“梦幻”生涯。
